In true delusion, there is no true object. This is the teaching of the path to enlightenment. Thus it was said. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Naga-dana, with the compassion of all Buddhas, entered the Samadhi called "Unforgetting," and spoke this mind of enlightenment: The mind is stained with impurities, habits are stirred up by awareness, settling into clarity, its nature transforms into purity. This is the teaching of the path to enlightenment. Thus it was said. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Firmly Gone, with the wisdom of beings, entered the Samadhi called "Without Self-Nature," and spoke this mind of enlightenment: Self-born wisdom is like the sky, completely liberated from names, without arising and without ceasing. This is the teaching of the path to enlightenment. Thus it was said. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Meaningful Seeing, with the wisdom of all Buddhas, entered the Samadhi called "Essence of the Sun of Expanding Wisdom," and spoke this mind of enlightenment: A person endowed with faith, greatly stimulates the light of wisdom, like light illuminating darkness. This is the teaching of the path to enlightenment. Thus it was said. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Diligent Giving, with the Mount Meru accumulation of all Buddhas, entered the Samadhi called "Piled Up," and spoke this mind of enlightenment: Abandoning the stains of conceptualization and being clear, the mind that universally enters everywhere, if turned away from the habitual, will go to no self-nature. This is definitely the secret teaching of enlightenment. Thus it was said. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Good Protector, with the lamp that dispels the darkness of all beings, entered the Samadhi called "The Lamp," and spoke this mind of enlightenment: Without object, without characteristics, meditation Samadhi without abiding, after equality without object, the limit of liberation. This is the teaching of the path to enlightenment. Thus it was said.
