I reside in the midst of all the oceans, and I bestow the secret and sacred words. Vajrasattva, the great king, should be urged again and again. This is the essence of all mantras, and it should be regarded as the supreme vow. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the samadhi called "Vajra of Wisdom Manifesting in All Space," and entered into the great vow of Vajra Ekajati. The supreme samadhi of the victorious Vajra, and spoke this mind of enlightenment. Oṃ Vajra Eka Jaṭi Khu Li Ni Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཊི་ཁུ་ལི་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra eka jaṭi khu li ni svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 班匝 额嘎匝哲 库勒尼 梭哈). Vajra Ekajati, with secret wisdom self-arisen, has three faces and six arms. Her body color is dark blue-black, and her radiance is blazing. The right face is white, and the left face is red. She holds a curved knife and a skull cup. The vajra and the skull staff, contemplate them being held in the right hands. The bell and the vajra lasso, contemplate them being held in the left hands. Adorned with various jewels, contemplate her as being extremely graceful and elegant. This is the supreme method for perfectly summoning the daughters of the nagas. At the time of an earthquake, one should know to recite this secret mantra. Then, just by uttering this, the powerful daughters of the nagas will become enraged, their clothes will fall off, and they will remember the Buddhas and enlightenment. This secret mantra-vidya will become the supreme method for summoning the nagas. One should summon the beautiful-eyed daughters of the nagas and enjoy them intimately. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the samadhi called "Vajra Arising from the Vow of Space," and this vow of the great Dharma, is born from the body, speech, and mind vajra of Vajra Krodheshvari. Vajra goddess Krodheshvari, her body color is clear blue-green, with three faces, six arms, and three eyes. The right face is white, and the left face is red, slightly wrathful. With the first two hands in bliss, crossed at the heart, holding a wheel and a blazing jewel. A sword and a trident, she definitely holds in the right hands. The threatening finger gesture, a lasso, and a vase, she definitely holds in the left hands. Adorned with various jewels, in vajra posture.

Think of residing. The body radiates light, think of pacifying all harm. As soon as this was said, all the kings of vidyādharas trembled greatly, remembering the king of wisdom. The supreme goddess of vidyādharas, all golden earrings, are summoned by this mantra knowledge and vows, etc. Wherever all activities are, secretly accomplished, the obstructing king Vajradhara, with complete adornment, arises from the three wisdom vajras. Everything immediately transforms. Then, the Bhagavan entered the samadhi called All Sounds, and from it extracted the great vajra's meditation vow, namely the body, speech, and mind vajra. CUM (Tibetan) Oṃ Mahāvidyādhara Cali Culi Cuntale Jñāna Viśuddha Sarva Dharmā Buddhe Svāhā (Sanskrit Devanagari) om mahāvidyādhara cali culi cuntale jñāna viśuddha sarva dharmā buddhe svāhā (Sanskrit Roman transliteration) Cum, Om, Great Vidyadhara, Cali, Culi, Cuntale, Wisdom, Pure, All Dharmas, Awakened, Svaha (Literal Chinese meaning). Think of the sacred solar mandala, in the center of the vajra of space. All burning wisdom eyes, with the ritual of the Buddha cloud, the great places of the three vajras, descend upon body, speech, and mind. Think of the vajra that stimulates the goddess. Three-faced and six-armed, the first two hands hold a vajra and a burning lotus. Jewels, mani jewels, vajra clouds, moon, crystal, burning objects, the other hands hold. All ornaments complete, Vajrasattva the great king, think and write the letters of the mantra. Pacifying all diseases, the secret ocean of wisdom, think of it as supreme bliss. Here, practicing peaceful activities, is a secret, brief collection. The samadhi called Vajra Vow Wisdom Light. Then, the Bhagavan, the one holding the vajra in his hand, the Tathagata Hero Vajra Tathagata, extracted this supreme vow of vajra meditation, namely the body, speech, and mind vajra.
