萨帕尼，是无漏之源，能生起极大的快乐。风使心无有瑕疵，完全寂静，使诸要素逆转，成为安住于一之业，此乃瑜伽之道。聚集五门之风，从根门向内回遮，不再缘于外境。这是掌握意之风。使一切动摇者僵硬，生命以稳固之态，变得不可动摇，此乃显现之风稳固。稳固的枝干，以风之道，完全注入的结合，当生命之勤奋耗尽时，获得不动摇的稳固力量。超越尺度与数量，无与伦比，一切颤动皆止息，当一切分别念消逝之时，即是战胜烦恼魔。不为一切分别念所动摇，此即智慧之大胜者。安住于单跏趺坐，背靠菩提树，紧密系缚于等持，束缚与解脱无有差别，无需饮食衣物之勤奋，即是战胜蕴魔。风不觉流动，于中脉生起稳固，见诸事物如幻，即是战胜天子魔。以自明智慧清净，断除烦恼三毒之风，摧毁世间诸天之色相。以随取而复聚集，成办合一，由此成就。于内执持月亮之风，具有猛烈残酷之轮。从阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）里生起清净，月亮亦不能移动。从秘密回遮之三摩地，直至五时之间，以卡（藏文：ཀཱ，梵文天城体：का，梵文罗马拟音：kā，汉语字面意思：卡）里束缚太阳之风，太阳亦不动摇。能取与所取分离，粗大即是所谓的声，微细即是心的显现，为摧毁分别念之山，亦能摧毁外在之山，甚至能化为灰烬，是因具足殊胜之意。从三毒中生起的自性，一切邪念垢染，皆能摧毁，安住不动摇，无疑能聚集大军。舍弃轮回之法性，能将毒转为甘露，自生甘露得以净化，即能无有饥渴。思

Sapa is the source of non-leakage, and it generates great happiness. The wind makes the mind without flaws, completely pacified, and reverses the elements, becoming the karma of abiding in one, this is the path of yoga. Gathering the winds of the five gates, turning them inward from the root gate, no longer relying on external objects. This is grasping the wind of the mind. Making all that moves stiff, life in a stable state, becoming unshakeable, this is the stable appearance of the wind. The stable branches, with the path of the wind, the union of complete infusion, when the diligence of life is exhausted, the power of unmoving stability is obtained. Transcending measure and number, unparalleled, all trembling ceases, when all conceptual thoughts vanish, it is victory over the demon of afflictions. Not moving from all conceptual thoughts, this is the great victor of wisdom. Abiding in a single lotus posture, leaning against the Bodhi tree, closely bound to Samadhi, bondage and liberation are without difference, without the diligence of food and clothing, it is victory over the Skandha demon. The wind does not feel movement, the arising in the central channel is stable, seeing all things as illusion, it is victory over the son of the gods demon. Purified by self-aware wisdom, cutting off the winds of the three poisons of affliction, destroying the form of the gods of the world. By following and then gathering, accomplishing oneness, this is accomplished. Internally holding the wind of the moon, possessing a fierce and cruel wheel. From Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) arising purity, the moon also cannot move. From the Samadhi of secret reversal, until the time of five watches, with Kā (Tibetan: ཀཱ, Devanagari: का, Romanized Sanskrit: kā, Literal meaning: Ka) binding the wind of the sun, the sun also does not move. The grasper and the grasped are separated, the gross is what is called sound, the subtle is the appearance of the mind, in order to destroy the mountain of conceptual thoughts, it can also destroy the external mountain, and even turn it into ashes, it is because of possessing excellent intention. The nature arising from the three poisons, all wrong thoughts and defilements, can be destroyed, abiding unmoving, there is no doubt that a great army can be gathered. After becoming completely pure, poisonous snakes will not cause harm; if reversed, poisonous snakes can be driven away to other places. Even when extremely angry, one can command the Naga clans. All those who hold wrong views and refute will be devoured by great poisonous snakes. If faith arises in those individuals, through the practice of transferring samadhi, toxins can be eliminated in an instant. From the wind of wisdom, the unmoving, indestructible vajra can bind the mouths of fierce sentient beings, such as tigers. Wherever, through skillful means and wisdom, the form of combined semen, from the lotus of a woman, through the practice of contraction and reversal, one can make rivers like the Ganges flow backward. Those that arise from the three channels and flow from other subtle channels, if reversed, can completely dry up rivers. If one takes the worldly meditative absorption of the peak of existence as a dwelling place and empties it, even great deities will be destroyed, otherwise they will act like an Ajaka. There, the subtle aspects of the great secret activities are shown, which are not shown in all tantras, but are hidden and secret. Because wind enters from the grasping and grasped channels, it creates the existence of samsara. If one abides in the true universal tremor, one will attain the supreme state of liberation and peace. At the navel center, samsara and peace, various gatherings are the place of arising. Binding channels, sons of gods, demons, and billions of beings, etc., can be subdued externally. Because faults are transformed into virtues, even rain of weapons, etc., will fall as precious flowers, and suffering will manifest as happiness. In the heart, with complete supplication, if the conceptualization of signs becomes powerful, because the mind is bound, it will not be stained by the defilements of afflictions externally. Because of abandoning and abiding purely on the path, in order to conquer the demon of afflictions, abiding in equality, there will be no movement. In the throat, with the complete accomplishment of enjoyment, because of binding the wind, for the six tastes, there will be no hunger or thirst for enjoyment.
