Go to a solitary place, sit under a tree, put the finger of your left hand into your mouth, visualize your hand as a lion, and recite the sixteen-armed Avalokiteśvara mantra five thousand times, and surely the clouds will dissipate. Go to the mandala, sit on a tiger skin, pour mustard oil blood into your mouth, bless it with the ten-armed Avalokiteśvara mantra, and recite it one thousand times, and surely the heavy rain will stop. Mix black Aparajita flowers, brown sugar, and sesame seeds, perform five thousand fire offerings, and recite: Om, maha jnana samaya, hum hum hum phat phat phat, megham sphota ya, hum phat. By merely reciting this mantra, one can surely destroy the clouds in the human world. This is a wonderful method, and it will surely stop the rain. If it is a time when it is not raining, go to the top of a building, dig a cubit-deep pit in the center of a square mandala, offer one thousand flowers, and recite this mantra: Om, hum, prasha prabhrasha prabhrasha, ja ja ja ha ha ha ha phat.
