The thirteenth chapter, which explains the wheel of the goddess and the accomplishment of actions, from the Tantra of the Great and Glorious Protector Mahakala, is complete. Furthermore, there are other things to be explained, delightful secret rituals. The practice of all the glorious brothers and sisters is extremely delightful.
