With three fevers and the blood of a goblin's hand, write this on an unused earthen bowl and burn it with sandalwood fire, and it will surely rain; otherwise, it will not. Write it with camphor inside its face and burn it in the fire, and the clouds will freeze and the rain will stop. Draw an eight-spoked wheel, adorn it with eight gaḥs, and in its center, place the object to be accomplished in the ritual. On cloth from a cemetery or cloth struck by a weapon, write with camphor and long pepper juice. Make a Gaṇapati out of Sālu fabric, and insert this wheel into its heart. Place a very new earthen bowl face down, wrap it with yellow thread, and offer it with yellow flowers as instructed. The goddess described in this way is the best way to paralyze a king.
