It pacifies scabies, smallpox, measles, and all poisons arising from the limbs. Do not doubt what I, the goddess, have said. Turmeric, worldly dust, cinnabar, dust from temple bricks, nodes of Kanaka leaves, musk, four-mixture, and thieves, kemsu (Sanskrit), taken together, can pacify various diseases. It also pacifies diseases caused by worms, leprosy, and poisons arising from the limbs. What need is there to mention taking it with Bakuchi (Sanskrit)? This is the ritual for anointing the body. Then, grind the three fruits and the four-mixture together into powder. Together with cold musk, a celibate should drink it for one year. Thus, various diseases that have entered the body, such as phlegm diseases, will be made to subside. If used for burning, it can pacify the white hair of the mantra practitioner, but not otherwise. Alternatively, take the four-mixture, grind it carefully into powder, and together with the three fruits, mix it with ghee and honey, and eat two shos (Tibetan unit of volume). Afterwards, the appearance will become beautiful and one will live for three hundred years. Even if it is wet, it is still effective, but remove the ghee and honey. Alternatively, take the three fruits and grind them into a fine powder. Gradually increase the amount from the size of a cat's footprint, use a moderate amount of musk, make it very cool, and the yogi, after carefully assessing his own ability, should drink it. It will eliminate wind and phlegm diseases, and turn white hair black, while warmth will make the hair white. Alternatively, take the three fruits, decoct them in milk and water, and use it to wash the head. Sew it together with a scepter and red rice, make it into an amulet to wear, fry it in ghee, and eat it with honey. Afterwards, in three months, all diseases will be eliminated, especially white hair. After six months of practicing this method, the yogi will become very melodious in voice and full of fat. After nine months, the body will become beautiful, as swift as thought, and memory will be enhanced. After one year, one will have the strength of an elephant and live for three hundred years. Alternatively, take Nagamula (Sanskrit), Balasha (Sanskrit), Kushta (Sanskrit) three parts each, and Magadha (Sanskrit) ten parts.
