Though skilled in benefiting others, do not universally examine all sentient beings. With mind fixed on Bodhichitta, initiate actions that surpass all directions. Possessing both skillful means and wisdom, turn away from all combinations. If one can well practice that nature, accomplishment will be achieved in this very life. Liberated from all discriminations, due to the differences in the intentions of sentient beings, like illusion, etc., the yogi should consume everything. Truly born from the realm of Dharma, there is no companion on the path whatsoever. With a mind free from doubt, one should consume as desired. All these meanings of perfect enjoyment, without exception in the three realms, for the benefit of practitioners, are transformed by Vajrasattva. Having attained limitless wisdom, if one does not prostrate to the Tathagata, what need is there to mention empowerment, etc., for one who constantly possesses meditation? From the nature of Bodhichitta, this is the nature of all phenomena. That is the Bhagavan Vajradhara, therefore, that is the assembly of all deities. One should not prohibit the food of the mandala, nor should one make hand gestures or stupas. Whatever other matters are taught by the glorious Vajra Protector, especially the places where faith resides, those too should be known as such. Just as one seeking the meaning of nectar, takes its essence and discards the dross, so too, having obtained the essence of Dharma, abandon all discriminations. Whenever a wise person is free from thought, having abandoned doubt and being without a dwelling place, as the heart's vajra has spoken, at that time accomplishment will definitely occur without doubt. By discriminatory thought, one will fall into hell, in the cycle of the six realms, one will wander in the ocean, without discriminatory thought, one will be liberated. The place is stainless and peaceful in nature, therefore, to destroy the enemy of discrimination, whatever actions are done by the Buddha of vows, one should constantly practice them diligently. By whom the vow abides in its own nature, act with the power of mantra wisdom, one should look upon all things, definitely knowing that all are unborn. With the appearance of a yogi, dogs, donkeys, mules, and elephants, etc., constantly drinking blood and eating meat, smearing large pieces of meat with blood, one should view everything as excellent, inferior meat and all, eat hundreds of thousands of millions of sentient beings, Vairochana.

In the decaying corpse, there are hundreds and thousands of buzzing worms. The vomit of dogs and humans is mixed together, and the meat is soaked in vajra water. The yogi, with joyful heart, mixes it with Vairochana and eats it, and drinks the vajra water. If at some time meat is not found to eat, then for the purpose of eating, one should visualize it as the form of meat and eat it. Anyone who eats the food of other worlds should eat it. Therefore, for the senses of the practitioner, one should walk where one should not walk, and what should not be done is his deed. One should discriminate between walking and not walking, between eating and not eating, between ugliness and non-ugliness, between drinking and not drinking. One should not recite mantras, and body, speech, and mind should abide equally. In any case, as long as the mind is not deluded, the yogi should always drink alcohol, be very seductive to the inferior, and regard all miserable and poor beings, both with and without caste, in an equal manner, as if looking at a victor. It is said that one should not recite scriptures, should not collect mandalas and flowers, should not recite mantras, should not prostrate to deities and initiations, should not lie, should serve the fortunate wife of another, and should not show love to the malicious. One should not kill Buddhas and sentient beings, and the teacher who is offered by the victorious ones. The samaya of wisdom is that the sentient being constantly gives various siddhis through the samaya. For the wise, one should offer to those who abide in the ten directions. Therefore, if one sees the merit of the perfectly enlightened Buddha and Bodhisattva on the tip of the guru's hair follicle, therefore the Bodhisattva should see the guru being offered by the Buddha. If one desires accomplishment, one must give accomplishment through one's own samaya, therefore one should not slander the holy guru, should not disrespect the vajra brothers, should not take what has been given, should not prostrate to stupas, and also brothers, sons, fathers, the enjoyment of kingship, treasures, and wealth.
