Bound by pervading, it transforms. The wheel of the steadfast mother, Bound by the king of letters, It becomes as stable as the earth. For sentient beings with no feet, two feet, And four feet, etc., When meditated upon in the navel, They immediately die and transform. That also, like the fire at the end of an eon, With blazing, radiating light, One should meditate on Va. Again, thinking of the fire blazing, On whose left hand, Think of placing that letter. As long as one thinks in the hand, The beings on earth, From their own place, Are the best at subduing and summoning. This is for Yama, the steadfast mother, The explanation of pleasing activities. The activities of Yama's messengers, Who subdue all the senses, shall be explained. Like the petals of a blue Utpala flower, Abandoning the head and bindu, Like the petals of a blue Utpala flower, When one thinks of whose tongue and palate, The good fortune will be destroyed. In the heart, mouth, and nose, And similarly in the eyes and ears, If the central letter is placed, Then all the senses will be robbed, One will not see forms nor hear sounds, Not smell scents nor gain strength, Likewise, the tongue will not taste flavors, One will remain as if poisoned and fainted. For all those activities, If one reverses them with the mind, one will be liberated and transformed. Yama's fangs are the color of smoke, Like the end of a burning eon, One who wanders pervading all, One should meditate on the one with various lights. The letter Sa (藏文:ས།,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨) of the heat element, The color of smoke and wind, Place it in the heart, hands, and feet. When even the three realms are expelled, What need is there to mention beings on earth? With bindu and with Ha (藏文:ཧ།,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), And with the complete one, on whose tongue, Thinking, it becomes like a peg. That same auspicious letter, If one constantly thinks on the tongue, Then one will achieve it by reciting it only once, That one will become pleasant and a good speaker. Thus, the ritual of the letters of the earth and the edge of the earth has been explained. The mother who destroys the three worlds, With red light, glorious and great, Like the light of a billion suns, Slightly blue, greatly terrifying. Buffaloes and horses, etc., Think of them in all the combinations of the wheel. That king of letters, The letter Ha (藏文:ཧ།,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) of great glory, Its activities are various and supreme, The desired activities shall be explained.

Thus, if one constantly contemplates one's own body, And contemplates the five letters, All the actions of sentient beings Will be accomplished by speech. Gods, demigods, and humans on earth, Can be subdued, and the untimely deaths of practitioners Can be destroyed. Practitioners can subdue all diseases According to their wishes. With mere speech, one can bind Armies, rivers, and oceans, Boats, vehicles, wheels, and yokes, Horses, elephants, and so on. One can fell large trees to the ground, And subdue all sentient beings. By seeing the rituals of actions, One can accomplish all things as desired. The letter called "Ha" is supreme, Devoid of a head and adorned with a dot. All of its actions, Listen to the benefits that will be explained. That which pervades and that which is pervaded are empty, The all-pervading is indestructible, Extremely empty and empty. That is mindless sleep, Separated from awakening, Nothing appears. It is not gods, demigods, or yakshas, Not Kinnaras or Gandharvas, Not nagas or rakshasas, Not oceans or Mount Meru. Not river trees or forests, Not earth and so on, Not terrifying hells and so on, Not fire or smoke and so on, Not sun, moon, planets, or stars, Not humans or flesh-eaters and so on, Not womb-born or heat-born, Not egg-born or moisture-born, Not land-dwelling or water-dwelling, Not lotus-born, Not Ishvara, Vishnu, or the blissful one, Not wind, bile, phlegm, or the like, Not the aggregates of elements and so on. The letter called "Ha" is supreme, If one always contemplates it, one will not perceive anything. If one meditates on it for a year, Old age and all diseases will be destroyed. Poison will not affect one, How can there be fear of disease? Even if one eats a hundred loads of poison, One will not die. If one always meditates on emptiness, One will be liberated without doubt. The letter Ksha (藏文,kṣa,ksha,Emptiness) without a head, That itself dissolves into the supreme place, Having meditated, in an instant, clairvoyance arises. By the union with the bindu, In the path of the throat and nostrils, Imagine that the channels enter. The channels are like the tip of a butter lamp, Imagine the radiance of the four mandalas. Always dwell in the cave of the throat, Always dwell in union.
