那（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字于心间腰间及， 足部等处作意念想后， 以名为“巴”之字， 缠绕所调伏者之身。 所调伏者之我慢与， 以嗔恨稳固安住之主， 以主要之字安立后， 刹那之间即可驱逐。 纵然于其他世， 亦不会再次返回。 其后“帕”字之， 殊胜事业我将说，请谛听。 字如莲花之色， 燃烧于所调伏者之顶门， 喉咙心间与脐间， 及秘密处安立后， 如红花之液， 观想为滴落， 所调伏者之身内外， 以彼充满而修习后， 所调伏者昏厥而晕倒， 无心之身颤抖着， 因昏厥而为调伏者之， 所控制，无需观察。 名为“瓦”之国王， 四方形且具大威力， 如海螺与月亮般白色， 具月光之所调伏者， 于中央由调伏者作意念想。 其身不为毒所害， 亦不为疾病等所侵扰， 不会发生瘟疫饥渴等事。 若恒常修习此， 则将长寿无病而获胜。 以此禅定瑜伽， 与红月一同， 一同念诵后， 则将恒常如甘露之流。 其后名为“巴”之国王， 事业之殊胜请谛听。 如帝释天之兵器般， 如日出时分之色， 于所调伏者之头顶， 恒常观想胜者之殊胜， 其身无余， 以字之国王刺穿。 昏厥且与心识分离， 纵然是金刚亦成百瓣， 如被獠牙抓住般刹那间， 堕落且死亡， 其命因此而昏昧。 仇敌纵然存活百年， 亦于刹那间死亡。 其后具大威光之， 第二十五个字， 名为“玛”之圣者殊胜， 其事业如实谛听。 如瞻波迦花般黄色， 如劫末之火般威光炽燃， 光芒如千道闪电般， 于所调伏者之上作意念想， 其光芒将所调伏者之， 上与下无余， 身体全部

The arrogance of the one to be subdued, and The chief who dwells steadfastly with anger, By placing the chief letter, Will be expelled in an instant. Even in other lifetimes, They will not return again. Then, listen to the supreme action Of the letter Pha, which I will explain. The letter is like the color of a lotus, Blazing at the crown of the head of the one to be subdued, And after placing it at the throat, heart, navel, And secret place, Contemplate it as dripping Like the essence of a Kusu flower, And if you meditate on filling The body of the one to be subdued, inside and out, with it, The one to be subdued will become confused and faint, The mindless body will tremble, And due to the confusion, he will be Under the control of the subduer, no need to examine. The king called "Ba" Is square and of great power, White in color like a conch and the moon, The one to be subdued with moonlight, The subduer should contemplate in the center. That body will not be harmed by poison, Nor will it be afflicted by diseases and the like, Plagues, hunger, and thirst will not arise. If this is constantly meditated upon, One will become long-lived, healthy, and victorious. With this meditative union, Together with the red moon, If recited together, It will always be like a stream of nectar. Then, listen to the supreme Action of the king called "Bha." Like the weapon of Indra, Of the color of the rising sun, At the head of the one to be subdued, Always contemplate the supreme of the victors, And completely Pierce that body with the king of letters. He will become confused and separated from his mind, Even if he is a vajra, he will be shattered into a hundred pieces, And like being seized by fangs, in an instant, He will fall and die, His life will become confused. Even if the enemy lives for a hundred years, He will die in an instant. Then, the twenty-fifth letter Of great splendor, The holy and supreme letter called "Ma," Listen to its action as it is. Yellow like a Champaka flower, Its splendor blazes like the fire of the eon, Its light is like a thousand flashes of lightning, Contemplate it above the one to be subdued, And its light will completely Envelop the upper and lower parts Of the body of the one to be subdued.

In short, I will tell you, the excellent letter called "ཡ", the color of darkness and smoke, residing in the center of the wind mandala, the great letter with the form of wind, the lord of the seven winds, called "place", with the shape of a half-moon, covered with hundreds of banners, becoming the support of four forms, wrapped like an outer garment. The excellent letter called "ར", has a hundred thousand kotis of flames, think on it, adorned with a garland of smoke, meditate on the head of the one to be subdued, even if the enemy can live for a hundred years, like being bitten by the fangs of a snake, in an instant, separated from life, heading towards the gate of death. On any of the gods, etc., if you add this letter, you will quickly fall without doubt. All demons and plagues, etc., will descend upon him, like the fangs of a hundred great snakes descending, he will die quickly, not to mention other harms. Called "ཡ" and "ར", as the form of wind and fire, think in the direction of the sky, if you think of covering the face of the sky, the sun, moon, planets, stars, etc. are also possible. In the middle of rivers and oceans, think of these two letters, on the eighth day, all oceans, etc. will dry up. If you think of fields, grain piles, and houses, etc., the outer flames burn, all the letters turn to ashes. The fire mandala resides in the center, surrounded by wind, thinking of these two excellent letters, all actions can be quickly accomplished. After that, there are two other letters, with great power, which will be declared. Great freedom and water are the authors of all actions. Called "ལ" is earth, called "earth" is the best of holding, marked with a vajra, the light shines like lightning, has five colors, meditate on the lord of letters on the earth. Above it is the letter "ཅུ", the fourth letter resides well, the color is as white as a conch and the moon.
