On the tip of the tongue, the white bindu is completely surrounded by sound, thereby stimulating the nectar. 193. Again, cover the mouth, from both nostrils, all the external breaths, Bend with the power of life, and combine with the downward-moving air, which is similar to immaculate lightning. Through long practice, in the center of the moon, sun, and fire, the taste becomes equal. Taking away food, etc., from the body, as well as hunger and thirst, and giving the state of immortality. 194. Turning away from the sun, staying in the sunlight, looking at one's own shadow with steady eyes. Observing the sky from the outside, one can see the color of the smoke of a person with equal taste. Through six months of practice, one can see the treasure located on the ground, in the cracks of the earth. Or completely enter the shade of a tree, and meditate on the string of bindus in the center of the sky. 195. The energy that goes from the center of the navel to other places, to the edge of twelve fingers and the edge of parts. That, together with stopping in the navel, is similar to immaculate lightning, and the shape of a cane stands up. From chakra to chakra, it must decrease, and move to the central channel with playful steps. Until one forcefully blocks the hole in the crown of the head, touching the outer skin like a needle. 196. At that time, with the most excellent force of the downward-moving air, urge it upwards on the path above. When the dual breaths stop, one will go from the hole in the crown of the head to the excellent city. Thus, when the vajra is completely awakened in the heart, together with the place, one will walk in the sky. Becoming the nature of the five clairvoyances, again this is the various mothers of the yogis. 197. The mudra corresponds to illusion, the mind and the sky are like images in a mirror. Illuminating the three realms, radiating numerous rays of light similar to immaculate lightning. Outside and the body are not separate, the realm And separation are separated, only appearance remains in the sky. With mind and mental factors, I embrace, in the form of numerous beings, that is the only one. 198.

For the sake of enlightenment, the mother of the Victorious One, the supreme mudra is without obscuration. Without transformation, equal to space, destroying darkness, pervading the accumulated places to be traversed by yogis. The splendor of wisdom, stealing the defilement of existence, after the Wheel of Time, one should meditate on wisdom. 199. The subtle dust of the three realms is not form, here, consciousness is also like that, the nature of consciousness is also non-existent. The wisdom of the Buddha does not abide anywhere, this word is to reveal the Buddhas. Whoever holds onto the unchanging and detached person, emptiness, and contemplates emptiness. Therefore, what the chief lord said, what is unmoving, the bliss of the co-emergent body, is taught in the mantra vehicle. 200. Lord of the ox, rhinoceros, horse, elephant, at the time of sacrifice, in the realm of the body, your senses. Happily holding, that object and the object-holder, are obstacles to the yoga of wisdom. Whatever is the drink of the Soma vine on the oxhide of the disciplined, together with blood. That is the nectar of the moon on the crown of the head, residing in the dust of bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,bhaga,梵文罗马拟音,auspiciousness), wandering everywhere, the body of joy. 201. Brahma, the body of beings, the speech of the robber, Vishnu is also the mind, those are the three Vedas. The syllable Om (藏文,梵文天城体,ॐ,Om,梵文罗马拟音,唵) those are three letters, sun, moon, fire, eater, those, and the three roots of merit. Those of lineage, the lineage of the body, different from the object and merit, abiding in existence, protecting, the form of Nada. In its center, the indestructible one, that is separate from object and aspect, the unchanging one without merit. 202. These secrets beyond the end of the Vedas, Brahma formerly spoke to the yogis. The wise who are proficient in the knowledge of time, here also taught the killing of beings. People enter into it for the sake of ascending to heaven, which will bring the evil fruit of hell. Washing with a stream of charcoal and milk, here it will never turn into the color of the moon. 203. The words of the Vedas without union, whoever are the people deceived by those who are separated from vows. Those do not beget the son of another, for this purpose, after guarding their own wives day and night. The offerings given by the son will also enter the world of the pretas, becoming the offerings of the father.

Therefore, this giving that bestows the fruit of equal bliss is hidden by the malicious Brahmins. 204. If a thoroughbred horse mates with an excellent mare, and the resulting fine horse becomes another person, then through this power, wealth will also transform again, so how could the master not have gains? Those who are attached to desire guard their respective women day and night. If you die, who are you? And who is your woman? Alas, bound by unwholesome karma. 205. Giving cows and land, as well as other giving that bestows enjoyment in the human world, giving medicine and food, all eliminate disease, hunger, and thirst. In all giving of desire, the fruit of equal bliss is bestowed; what need is there to mention it in the age of samsara? Charming young women, sisters, and fortunate daughters should all diligently give secret offerings. 206. The actions of sacred prostitutes become the mudra of activity, a secret woman is the vow of another woman. Self-mastery is the dharma mudra, delighting in many places, one's own wife is the wisdom mudra. A sacred prostitute of twelve years delights in the supreme bliss of the elderly, other women of sixteen years. Self-mastery is twenty years old, with a daughter, one's own wife becomes thirty years old. 207. In the past, the consorts of the Buddhas, as well as elephants, horses, and numerous chariots, loads of gold, were given for the sake of the Buddhas themselves, and again, heads, blood, and flesh were also fully given. These did not become the desired Buddhas themselves, and then the giving of desire was fully given. Through secret giving, those men are born as Buddhas themselves in the lineage that produces victors. 208. Copper is like gold, and a small piece of cinnabar is like the crown jewels of the gods. The desire giving of a sacred prostitute gives birth to an immortal lineage daughter, pieces of skin and musk. A donkey is like a thoroughbred horse, and a goat is like the supreme master of elephants, if one can obtain it. The giving of a wife, in the lineage that produces victors, how could this not be a gain for that goddess? 209. Giving in a place of loving-kindness does not bestow the fruit of equal bliss, for beings of equal power.
