བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་མ་ཡར་མོ་བྱས་ཏེ། སྔ་མའི་བུ་ལ་ནེར་པ་བྱེད་པ་ནི་མེའི་ཤིང་དུམ་གྱི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་དབྱེན་བྱེད་པ་ནི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གཤོལ་གྱི་དམྱལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་ཚིག་ངན་པས་མི་ལ་སྤྱོ་བས་ནི་ལྕེ་མེད་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བརྫུན་ཟེར་བ་ནི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གཟེར་བུས་གཟེར་བའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་སྲོག་གཅོད་ཅིང་ལྷའི་སྲིན་ལ་རྗེད་པས་ནི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་བསྙུང་བུའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བོན་མོ་བྱེད་ཅིང་འདྲེ་བོས་སོ་ཞེས་བརྫུན་ཟེར་ཞིང་ནོར་ལེན་པ་ནི་ཤལ་མ་རིའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བོན་བྱེད་ཅིང་མིག་བཙུམས་ནས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བླ་མ་མཆོད་འོས་སོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ཞིང་སླུ་བ་ནི་སྐེད་པར་གཏུབས་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བོན་བྱེད་ཅིང་སྲོག་གཅོད་དུ་བཅུག་སྟེ། ལྷ་སྲིན་རྗེད་དུ་བཅུག་པ་ནི་སྟ་རེས་གཏུབས་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་སྟེ། བསྲུངས་མས་ལུས་གཏུབས་ཤིང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་བྱ་མཆུ་ཅན་གྱིས་མིག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་བཙོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བོན་བྱེད་ཅིང་གཤིན་རྔོག་ཏུ་འདུར་བ་དང་། ཁང་ཁྱིམ་བཟང་ངན་ལྟ་བ་དང་། རིགས་ལྔའི་ཁམས་བདེ་མི་བདེ་ལྟ་བ་དང་། གླེན་པ་བསླུས་ཏེ་ནོར་མང་དུ་ལེན་པ་ནི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་དྲ་བར་བཅུག་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེའོ། །བྱ་མ་རུངས་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པས་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་འདུག་ནས་སྟེང་གི་ཤ་ཟད་ནས་རུས་པ་དང་རྒྱུས་པ་བཏོགས་ཏེ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་མུ་མེད་པ་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་སྨན་བྱེད་ཅིང་ནད་པ་གསོ་མི་ནུས་པར་བརྫུན་གྱིས་ནོར་ལེན་པ་ནི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཐུར་མས་བཙུགས་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་སྟེ། ལུས་ལ་ཀུན་དུ་མེ་འབར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་ལྷ་ཁང་དང་མཆོད་རྟེན་བཤིག་ཅིང་དགེ་འདུན་དང་། ཕ་མ་དང་མཁན་པོ་ལ་བག་མེད་པར་སྲི་ཞུ་ཆུང་བ་ནི་མནར་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་དུ་མཐར་གྱིས་འགྲོའོ། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་གི་ནང་དུ་འགྲོ་སྟེ། ལ་ལ་ནི་བསྐལ་པ་གཅིག །ལ་ལ་ནི་བསྐལ་པ་གཉིས། ལ་ལ་ནི་བསྐལ་པ་ལྔའི་བར་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ནས། གཟོད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ ནས་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དང་ཕྲད་ན་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་མ་ཕྲད་ན་སླར་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། མི་ལུས་བོང་ཆེ་ཞིང་གནག་ལ་སྤྲོ་ཐུང་བ་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་དགའ་བ་ནི་རྔ་མོ་ལས་འོངས་སོ། །འགྲོ་བ་ལ་སྲེད་ལ་ཟ་བ་

将会堕落。今生将母亲当作妓女，对前妻的儿子进行虐待，将会堕入火木段地狱。今生制造分裂，将会堕入铁犁地狱。今生用恶语辱骂他人，将会堕入无舌地狱。今生说谎，将会堕入被铁钉钉刺的地狱。今生杀生并祭祀神灵鬼怪，将会堕入铁串地狱。今生做苯教巫术，谎称能招魂并骗取钱财，将会堕入夏玛日地狱。今生做苯教法事，闭着眼睛说“你的上师值得供养”，以此欺骗他人，将会堕入腰斩地狱。今生做苯教法事，让人杀生，并让人祭祀神灵鬼怪，将会堕入被斧头砍劈的地狱，护法神会砍断身体，铁嘴鸟会啄食双眼。今生做苯教法事，为死者招魂，看房屋风水好坏，看五行是否调和，欺骗愚人并骗取大量钱财，将会转生到被铁网罩住的地狱。无数凶恶的鸟类会落在身体上，吃光上面的肉，剥离骨头和肌腱，遭受无尽的痛苦。今生行医，却不能治愈病人，反而用谎言骗取钱财，将会堕入被铁锥刺穿的地狱，全身燃起火焰。今生拆毁寺庙和佛塔，对僧侣、父母和堪布不敬，侍奉不周，最终会逐渐堕入无间地狱等八大热地狱。之后会堕入一百三十六个大地狱中，有的要待一个劫，有的要待两个劫，有的要待五个劫，直到最终脱离，如果遇到善知识，就会生起菩提心。如果遇不到，就会再次堕入地狱。世尊开示说：人的身体粗壮黝黑，性情暴躁，喜欢游荡，是从母牦牛转生而来。贪恋行走和饮食

Will fall. In this life, treating one's mother as a prostitute and mistreating the son of a former wife will lead to falling into the hell of burning wooden logs. Creating division in this life will lead to the iron plow hell. Reviling others with harsh words in this life will lead to the tongueless hell. Telling lies in this life will lead to the hell of being pierced by iron nails. Killing and offering sacrifices to gods and demons in this life will lead to the iron skewer hell. Practicing Bonpo witchcraft, falsely claiming to summon spirits, and deceiving others for money in this life will lead to the Shalmari hell. Performing Bonpo rituals in this life, closing one's eyes and saying, "Your guru is worthy of offerings," deceiving others, will lead to the hell of being cut in half at the waist. Performing Bonpo rituals in this life, causing others to kill and offer sacrifices to gods and demons, will lead to the hell of being chopped by axes, where guardian deities will sever the body and iron-beaked birds will peck out both eyes. Performing Bonpo rituals in this life, summoning spirits for the dead, examining the good or bad of houses, examining whether the five elements are in harmony, deceiving fools and extorting large amounts of money will lead to being reborn in the hell covered by an iron net. Countless ferocious birds will land on the body, eating all the flesh on top, stripping away bones and tendons, and causing endless suffering. Practicing medicine in this life but failing to cure patients, instead deceiving others for money with lies, will lead to falling into the hell of being pierced by iron awls, where the whole body is ablaze with fire. Demolishing temples and stupas in this life, disrespecting monks, parents, and Khenpos, and providing inadequate service will eventually lead to gradually falling into the eight great hot hells, such as Avici Hell. Afterwards, one will fall into one hundred and thirty-six great hells, some staying for one kalpa, some for two kalpas, and some for five kalpas, until finally liberated. If one encounters a virtuous friend, one will generate Bodhicitta. If one does not encounter one, one will fall into hell again. The Bhagavan taught: A person with a large, black body, a irritable temperament, and a fondness for wandering is born from a female yak. Craving for walking and eating

威严而又胆怯，是来自老虎。不畏惧寒热，身形巨大，是来自牛。声音大而无所顾忌，对于想要的东西紧抓不放，不能分辨好坏，是来自驴。总是贪恋肉食，威严而无所畏惧，是来自狮子。身体长，眼睛圆，非常喜欢去山或寺庙，憎恨妻子，是来自老虎。毛长，眼睛圆，不喜欢待在一个地方，是来自鸟。变化大，喜欢杀死虫子，是来自狐狸。喜欢炫耀勇敢，不知羞耻，贪恋妻子和孩子，是来自狼。对于狡猾的人能够识别，睡眠少而易怒，是来自狗。喜欢愤怒，喜欢说话，人人喜爱，是来自鹦鹉。聚集在一起，喜欢说话，忧愁很多，是来自布谷鸟。身体小，对于淫欲非常相信，内心不稳定，是来自燕子。眼睛小，性情急躁，口吐白沫，睡觉的时候喜欢身体蜷缩，是来自蟋蟀。说话就生气，听不进别人的话，生气的时候会对人说恶毒的话，是来自蝎子。喜欢独自待着，贪吃，晚上睡眠少，是来自猫。对于家务和偷盗非常相信，不认亲戚，是来自老鼠。薄伽梵开示说：有些人破坏寺庙和佛塔，有些人拿走并使用三宝的财物，来世会转生到没有依靠的众生地狱中。如果从那里出生后从地狱中解脱出来，也会转生为：鸽子、燕子、鸺鹠、鹦鹉、蓝喉鸟、鱼、乌龟、猴子、猪和鹿。如果转生为人，也会转生为：太监、女人、具相者、无相者、兄弟等等。如果人非常憎恨，就会转生为恶毒的蛇、狮子、老虎、狼、熊、狗熊、猫和老鹰等等。如果获得人身，也会转生为鸟、猪，喜欢杀戮，成为猎人

Being majestic and timid comes from the tiger. Not fearing cold and heat, and having a large body comes from the ox. Having a loud voice and being uninhibited, holding on tightly to what one wants, and not being able to distinguish between good and bad comes from the donkey. Always craving meat, being majestic and fearless comes from the lion. Having a long body, round eyes, greatly liking to go to mountains or monasteries, and hating one's wife comes from the tiger. Having long fur, round eyes, and not liking to stay in one place comes from the bird. Having great changeability and liking to kill insects comes from the fox. Liking to show off bravery, having little shame, and craving wife and children comes from the wolf. Being able to recognize cunning people, having little sleep and being easily angered comes from the dog. Liking anger, liking to speak, and being loved by everyone comes from the parrot. Gathering in large numbers, liking to speak, and having much sorrow comes from the cuckoo. Having a small body, greatly believing in lust, and having an unstable heart comes from the sparrow. Having small eyes, being short-tempered, having foam coming from the mouth, and liking to curl up the body when sleeping comes from the cricket. Speaking with anger, not understanding others' words, and uttering malicious words to people when angry comes from the scorpion. Liking to stay alone, being gluttonous, and having little sleep at night comes from the cat. Greatly believing in household affairs and stealing, and not recognizing relatives comes from the rat. The Bhagavan said: Some people destroy temples and stupas, and some take and use the property of the Three Jewels, in the next life they will be born in the hell of helpless beings. If they are born there and are liberated from hell, they will also be born as: pigeons, swallows, owls, parrots, blue-throated birds, fish, turtles, monkeys, pigs, and deer. If they are born as humans, they will also be born as: eunuchs, women, those with characteristics, those without characteristics, brothers, and so on. If a person is very hateful, they will be born as venomous snakes, lions, tigers, wolves, bears, bears, cats, and eagles, and so on. If they obtain a human body, they will also be born as birds, pigs, liking to kill, and becoming hunters.
