། བཙོན་རྫིར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཏི་མུག་ཆེ་ཞིང་དགེ་མི་དགེའི་བྱེ་བྲག་མི་ཕྱེད་པ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་བལ་གླང་དང་། ཕག་དང་། བ་ལང་དང་། ལུག་དང་། མ་ཧེ་དང་། ཤིག་དང་། ལྗི་བ་དང་། སྦྲང་མ་དང་། མཆུ་བསྙུང་དང་། གྲོག་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ན་ཡང་། འོན་པ་དང་། དམུས་ལོང་དང་། ལྐུགས་པ་དང་། ལྦ་བ་ཅན་དང་། སྒུར་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཡན་ལག་མ་ཚང་བ་དང་། དབང་པོ་མ་ཚང་བའི་ལུས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཆོས་ལ་ནན་ཏན་བྱེད་མི་ནུས་སོ། །རྒྱགས་ཤིང་དྲེགས་པ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་མི་གཙང་བའི་ནང་གི་སྲིན་བུ་དང་། རྔ་མོ་དང་། བོང་བུ་དང་། ཁྱི་དང་། རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ན་ཡང་བྲན་ཁོལ་དུ་སྐྱེའོ། །དབུལ་ཕོངས་ཏེ་སློངས་མོ་བྱེད་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བརྙས་ཤིང་དམད་པར་འོང་ངོ་། །གང་དབང་པོ་ཡོད་པས་བྲན་དུ་གཟེར་ཞིང་གཞན་གྱི་ནོར་ལ་ལེན་པ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་ཤལ་མ་ལིའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་སྟེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཁྲི་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྟོང་སྙེད་སོས་ཤ་གཅོད་ཅིང་ཟ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་ཕ་རོལ་པོ་འགྲེང་དུ་མི་དགའ་བ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་བ་ལང་གི་ལུས་སུ་སྐྱེ་སྟེ། རྐང་ལག་རེངས་ཤིང་ཉལ་མི་ཤེས་པས་གཉིད་ལོག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་མཆོད་སྟོན་ཟོས་པའི་ནུབ་མོ་ཟས་ཟོས་ན་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་འདྲེ་ལྟོགས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལོ་ཁྲི་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་གི་བར་དུ་བཟའ་བ་དང་། བཏུང་བ་རྙེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡན་མན་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་ ཚིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མེ་འབར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་སྒྲེན་མོར་འདུག་པར་དད་པ་ནི་སྤུ་ཉུང་བའི་བྱ་རྟག་ཏུ་འབོད་པར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་མཆོད་སྟོན་གྱི་ཟས་ཟོས་ཀྱི་ལྷག་མ་ཁྱིམ་དུ་ཁྱེར་བ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་ལྕགས་འབར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཅི་སྟེ་མིར་སྐྱེས་ན་ཡང་ལྐོག་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཚེ་ཐུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་ཚེ་དཔྲལ་བ་ས་ལ་མ་གཏུགས་ན་སྤྱིའུ་ཚུགས་ཀྱི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་ངོ་། །ཅི་སྟེ་མིར་སྐྱེས་ན་ཡང་མིའོ་ཅོག་གིས་བརྙས་ཤིང་སླུ་བར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཚེ་སྔ་མ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་ཚེ་ཐལ་མོ་མི་སྦྱོར་བ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་མཐའ་འཁོབ་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་སྟེ། ལས་མང་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་འབྲས་བུ་འགྲུབ་པ་ཆུང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་ཞལ་ཏོན་ཉལ་ནས་མི་ལངས་པ་ནི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་ལྟོ་འཕྱེའི་རིས་སུ་སྐྱེའོ། །ལུས་རིང་ཞིང་ཆེ་བ་ནི་སྲིན་བུ་ཕོ་མོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཟ་བར་འོང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་འདི་ལ་ལག་པ་བསྣོལ་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་

会变成狱卒。愚痴深重，不能分辨善与非善的区别，来世会转生为毛牛、猪、牛、羊、水牛、虱子、蛆、蜜蜂、蚊子、蚂蚁等。即使获得人身，也会转生为聋子、瞎子、哑巴、大脖子病患者、驼背等。会变成肢体不全、器官不全的身体，无法精进修法。傲慢自大，来世会转生为不净之中的虫子、苍蝇、驴、狗、马等。即使获得人身，也会转生为奴隶。贫穷困苦，以乞讨为生，会被所有人轻贱和侮辱。如果拥有权力却用作奴役他人，掠夺他人财物，来世会堕入带刺树地狱，被八万俱胝的众生切割血肉并吞食。今生不喜欢别人站立，来世会转生为牛身，手脚僵硬，不会躺卧，无法入睡。今生吃了祭祀的食物，晚上又吃东西，来世会变成饿鬼。数百万年中都无法找到食物和饮料。四处游荡时，所有关节都会燃烧。今生相信裸体修行，会转生为羽毛稀少的鸟，不停地鸣叫。今生吃了祭祀的食物，却把剩下的带回家，来世会堕入燃烧铁的地狱。即使转生为人，也会患有隐疾，寿命短促。今生向佛顶礼时，额头不触地，会堕入寒冷地狱。即使转生为人，也会被骗子欺骗和愚弄。前世向佛顶礼时，不合掌，来世会转生到边地，做很多事情，但成就甚少。今生吃饭时躺着不起来，来世会转生为懒惰的蟒蛇。身体又长又大，会被所有雌雄虫子吞食。今生双手交叉着向佛

Will become a jailer. Being deeply ignorant and unable to distinguish between good and non-good, in the next life one will be born as a yak, pig, cow, sheep, buffalo, louse, maggot, bee, mosquito, ant, and so on. Even if one obtains a human body, one will be born as a deaf person, a blind person, a mute person, a goiter sufferer, a hunchback, and so on. One will become a body with incomplete limbs and incomplete organs, unable to diligently practice the Dharma. Being arrogant and haughty, in the next life one will be born as a worm in filth, a fly, a donkey, a dog, a horse, and so on. Even if one obtains a human body, one will be born as a slave. Being poor and destitute, living by begging, one will be despised and humiliated by everyone. If one has power but uses it to enslave others and plunder their wealth, in the next life one will fall into the Shalmali hell, where eighty trillion beings will cut and devour one's flesh and blood. In this life, disliking others standing, in the next life one will be born as a cow's body, with stiff limbs, unable to lie down, and unable to sleep. In this life, eating food from offerings and then eating again at night, in the next life one will become a hungry ghost. For hundreds of thousands of years, one will not be able to find food and drink. When wandering around, all joints will burn. In this life, believing in practicing naked, one will be born as a bird with few feathers, constantly chirping. In this life, eating food from offerings but taking the leftovers home, in the next life one will fall into the hell of burning iron. Even if one is born as a human, one will suffer from hidden diseases and have a short life. In this life, when prostrating to the Buddha, if one's forehead does not touch the ground, one will fall into the cold hell. Even if one is born as a human, one will be deceived and fooled by tricksters. In the previous life, when prostrating to the Buddha, if one does not join one's palms, in the next life one will be born in a border region, doing many things but achieving little. In this life, lying down while eating and not getting up, in the next life one will be born as a lazy python. The body will be long and large, and will be eaten by all male and female worms. 顶礼膜拜，来世将堕入被倒吊束缚的地狱众生之中。即使转生为人，也会经常遭遇诉讼纠纷。今生合掌，五体投地，以专注之心顶礼佛陀，无论转生何处，都将永远强大而幸福。今生悭吝且吝啬，是源于转生为旁生。今生斜眼视物，是源于以眼角窥视他人之妻。今生受妻子压制，顶撞父母，将堕入被割舌的地狱众生之中。今生贪恋饮酒，来世将转生为水中的虫子。如果转生为人，也会因麻风病和呼吸不畅的疾病而死亡。世尊开示道：喜悦啊，我所说的众多痛苦，各种各样，都源于不善业，最严重的是堕入地狱道，中等的是转生为旁生的因，最轻微的是转生为饿鬼的因。杀生将使众生堕入三恶道。 如果转生为人，也会成熟两种果报：贫穷，以及无权支配共同使用的财产。邪淫也会使众生堕入三恶道。如果转生为人，也会成熟两种果报：自己的妻子不贞，夫妻二人争吵不休，以及自己的愿望无法实现。说谎也将使众生堕入三恶道。如果转生为人，也会成熟两种果报：被他人诽谤，以及未来被所有人欺骗。挑拨离间也会使众生堕入三恶道。如果转生为人，也会家庭破裂，结交恶友，以及变得嫉妒心强。说粗恶语也会使众生堕入三恶道。如果转生为人，也会成熟两种果报：总是听到许多难听的声音，以及所说的一切都会变成争吵的导火索。说绮语也会堕入三恶道，如果转生为人，也会成熟两种果报：

Prostrating will cause sentient beings to fall into hell, bound upside down in the next life. Even if reborn as a human, one will often encounter lawsuits and disputes. In this life, joining palms and touching the earth with the five limbs, prostrating to the Buddha with a focused mind, wherever one is reborn, one will always be strong and happy. Being stingy and miserly in this life comes from being born as an animal. Looking askance in this life comes from glancing at another's wife out of the corner of one's eye. Being oppressed by one's wife and arguing with one's parents in this life will cause one to fall into the hell of beings with severed tongues. Being addicted to alcohol in this life will cause one to be reborn as a water worm in the next life. If reborn as a human, one will also die from leprosy and diseases of difficult breathing. The Bhagavan said: Delightful one, the many sufferings I have described, in various forms, all arise from non-virtuous actions, the most severe being falling into the hell realm, the intermediate being the cause of rebirth as an animal, and the least being the cause of rebirth as a hungry ghost. Killing will cause beings to fall into the three lower realms. If reborn as a human, two kinds of results will ripen: poverty, and having no control over commonly used property. Improper sexual conduct will also cause beings to fall into the three lower realms. If reborn as a human, two kinds of results will ripen: one's own wife being unfaithful, the couple arguing constantly, and one's own wishes not being fulfilled. Lying will also cause beings to fall into the three lower realms. If reborn as a human, two kinds of results will ripen: being slandered by others, and being deceived by everyone in the future. Sowing discord will also cause beings to fall into the three lower realms. If reborn as a human, one will also have a broken family, make bad friends, and become jealous. Speaking harsh words will also cause beings to fall into the three lower realms. If reborn as a human, two kinds of results will ripen: always hearing many unpleasant sounds, and everything one says becoming a cause for argument. Speaking frivolous words will also cause one to fall into the three lower realms, and if reborn as a human, two kinds of results will ripen:
