我，将转生为鹿。百次之中即使获得人身，也会变成太监、女人、两性人、无根之人，以及妓女。即使转生为人，如果特别喜欢生气，死后会堕落为毒蛇、老虎、狮子、狼、熊、狗熊、猫和老鹰等形态。百次之中即使获得人身，也会特别喜欢养家禽、杀猪、当屠夫、做猎人、养鸟和当狱卒。即使转生为人，如果愚蠢且痴迷，不明白道理，死后会转生为大象、猪、牛、水牛、虱子、蜜蜂、长嘴蜂和蚂蚁等身体。即使获得人身，也会变成聋子、瞎子、哑巴、肢体不全、驼背和残疾。即使转生为人，如果傲慢且自大，死后会堕落为不净处的虫子、骡子、驴子、老虎和狗。即使转生为人，也会变成女奴，因贫穷而乞讨，遭受众人的鄙视和唾弃。即使转生为人，如果仗着上师的势力夺取他人财物，死后会堕落到如肉山般的众生地域，成百上千的人会割下他的肉来吃。今生特别喜欢让别人难堪的人，死后会转生为大象，因四肢僵直而无法躺卧。今生破坏供养，晚上偷吃食物的人，死后会堕落为饿鬼，几百年都无法获得食物和饮料。行走时，身体的每个关节都会燃烧起来。今生特别喜欢裸体的人，死后会转生为被寒冷冻僵的虫子。

I will be reborn as a deer. Even if I obtain a human body out of a hundred times, I will become a eunuch, a woman, a hermaphrodite, a person without genitals, and a prostitute. Even if reborn as a human, if one is particularly fond of anger, after death, one will fall into the forms of venomous snakes, tigers, lions, wolves, bears, grizzlies, cats, and eagles. Even if one obtains a human body out of a hundred times, one will be particularly fond of raising poultry, killing pigs, being a butcher, being a hunter, raising birds, and being a prison guard. Even if reborn as a human, if one is foolish and deluded, and does not understand reason, after death, one will be reborn as elephants, pigs, cows, buffaloes, lice, bees, long-beaked bees, and ants, etc. Even if one obtains a human body, one will become deaf, blind, mute, with incomplete limbs, hunchbacked, and disabled. Even if reborn as a human, if one is arrogant and conceited, after death, one will fall into the worms of unclean places, mules, donkeys, tigers, and dogs. Even if reborn as a human, one will become a female slave, begging due to poverty, and falling into being despised and scorned by many. Even if reborn as a human, if one takes the wealth of others by relying on the power of the lama, after death, one will fall into the sentient being hell like a mountain of meat, and hundreds of thousands of people will cut off and eat the flesh of the body. One who is particularly fond of embarrassing others in this life will be reborn as elephants after death, and will fall into a state where they cannot lie down because their limbs are stiff. One who destroys offerings and secretly eats food at night in this life will fall into the hungry ghost realm after death, and will not be able to obtain much food and drink for hundreds of years. When walking, every joint in the body will burn intensely. One who is particularly fond of being naked in this life will be reborn as worms frozen by the cold after death.

将会转生。此生之中，凡是拿走供养宴会的残食，死后将会堕入铁地炽热的众生地域（地狱）。即使百中有一转生为人，也会患上喉咙疾病，并且短命。此生之中，向如来的身像顶礼，却不以头触地，死后将会堕入头朝下悬挂的众生地域（地狱）。即使百中有一转生为人，也会被他人多次欺骗。此生之中，向如来的身像顶礼，却不合掌，死后将会转生到边远地区，即使付出诸多努力寻找，也一无所获。此生之中，听到大钟的声音也不起身，死后将会堕入巨大的蛇身之中，身体又长又大，会被众多微小的生物吞食。此生之中，将手背在身后，向如来顶礼，死后将会堕入被倒吊束缚的众生地域（地狱），即使转生为人，也会无缘无故地发生争讼。此生之中，合掌并且五体投地顶礼，将会恒常转生于高贵的种姓，并且经常享受安乐。此生之中，容易发怒并且腹中饥饿，这是因为前世曾经发疯的缘故。此生之中，眼睛斜视，这是因为前世以邪恶之心注视他人妻子的缘故。此生之中，受妻子支配并且辱骂父母，死后将会堕入舌头被犁耕的众生地域（地狱）。 此生之中，在酒中掺杂东西，给予他人，死后将会转生为水中的虫类。即使百中有一转生为人，也会因身体肿胀和呼吸短促而死亡。世尊开示说：如上所说的各种各样的痛苦，全部都是罪恶不善之业

In this life, if one does not rise even when hearing the sound of a large bell, they will, after death, fall into the bodies of great snakes, and because their bodies are long and large, they will be eaten by many small creatures. In this life, if one puts their hands behind their back and prostrates to the Tathagata, they will, after death, fall into the hell of sentient beings bound upside down, and even if they are reborn as a human being, they will have lawsuits arise without cause. In this life, if one joins their palms and prostrates with the five limbs touching the ground, they will always be reborn in a noble lineage and will constantly experience happiness. In this life, whoever is quick to anger and hungry in the stomach, this comes from having been insane in a previous life. In this life, whoever has squinting eyes, this is because in a previous life they looked at another's wife with an evil mind. In this life, whoever is dominated by their wife and scolds their parents will, after death, fall into the hell of sentient beings whose tongues are plowed. In this life, whoever mixes things into alcohol and gives it to others will, after death, be reborn as worms in the water. Even if one is reborn as a human being in a hundred, they will die from a swollen body and shortness of breath. The Bhagavan declared: All of the various sufferings described above are the result of sinful and unwholesome actions.
