He went to the place where the prince was and said: Prince, you are fond of giving, and it is said that you do not go against the wishes of others. I have also come here specifically to beg, please give me your queen. The prince said: Very well, I will give her to you as you say. The queen said: If I am also given to others, who will serve the prince? The prince said: If you do not give, how can you attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment? After that, the prince took the water vessel and, in order to wash the Brahmin's hands, poured water on his hands and gave the queen to the Brahmin. In this way, Indra realized that the prince had no regrets at all, and the gods praised and extolled him, and the earth and sky shook greatly. After that, the Brahmin took the queen and walked about seven steps, then returned and said to the prince: Return this queen to the prince, do not give her to anyone. The prince said again: Why don't you take her, don't you want her? Among the wives born as humans, this wife is very virtuous and beautiful, she is the daughter of a king. That king has only this one daughter. This wife is very important to me, she is good at cooking food. Even if the food is rough, she will not complain, she always tries her best, and she is beautiful and fair, I would be happy if you took her. The Brahmin said to the prince: I am not a Brahmin.
