ཀྱེ་བྱིས་པ་དག་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་སློང་ཤིག་ཅེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གི་གྲོགས་པོ་རྣམས་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་དོང་སྟེ་ལྷགས་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེས་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཁྱོད་ནི་སྐྱིད་དེ་བར་འདུག་འདུག་པ་བདེ་བ་འདོད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཁྱོད་ནི་སྡུག་མ་མྱོང་བ་ཡིན་ལ་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ནི་སྤྱད་པར་དཀའོ། །དབེན་པར་གནས་པ་ནི་དཀའོ། །གཅིག་པུ་འདུག་པ་ནི་དགའ་བར་བྱ་དཀའོ། །དགོན་པ་དང་། ནགས་ཁུང་དང་། བས་མཐའི་གནས་མལ་དུ་གནས་བཅའ་བ་ནི་ཡིད་ལ་བསམ་པར་ཡང་དཀས། དེས་པ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཁྱོད་འདི་ཉིད་དུ་འདུག་ལ་འདོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ལོངས་སྤྱད་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །སྦྱིན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་བྱིན་ཅིག །བསོད་ནམས་དག་ཀྱང་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་དེ་སྐད་བྱས་ན་ཡང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཅང་མི་ཟེར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གི་གྲོགས་པོ་རྣམས་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གི་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་དོང་སྟེ་ལྷགས་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གི་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་གཉིས་མཁྱེན་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག །དེས་པ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གུམ་ན་ཅི་རུང་གིས་ཡང་དག་པའི་དད་པས་ཁྱིམ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་མེད་པར་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་དུ་སྩོལ་ཅིག་དང་། གལ་ཏེ་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་ན་ནི་གསོན་པོར་མཆིས་ན་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟིགས་པར་འགྱུར་གྲང་། གལ་ཏེ་དགའ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ན་ནི་བུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ས་ཕ་མ་མ་གཏོགས་པ་གཞན་མ་མཆིས་སོ། །ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། བྱིས་པ་དག་གལ་ཏེ་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་ངེད་དང་ཕྲད་དུ་འོང་ན་ནི་དེ་ བཞིན་དུ་གནང་ངོ་། །དེས་པ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཁྱེད་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བར་ནི་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་གནང་མོད་ཀྱི། གལ་ཏེ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཕྲད་དུ་འོང་ན་གདོད་གནང་ངོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་ཕྲད་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཁད་ཀྱིས་ལུས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་དང་སྟོབས་བསྐྱེད་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ །ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཙུན་པ་བདག་ནི་ཕ་མས་གནང་ལགས་ན་བདག་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས་པའི་ཆོས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་ཤིང་དགེ་སློང་གི་དངོས་པོ་འཐོབ་ཏུ་རུང་ན་བདག་ཀྱང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་སྤྱད་པར་འཚལ་ལོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་ནས། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གིས་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས་པའི་ཆོས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་དང་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་ཤིང་དགེ་སློང་གི་དངོས་པོ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་དེ་ལྟར་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ནས་དེས་བརྩོན་པ་དང་། བསྒྲུབ་པ་དང་། འབད་པས་ཕོལ་མིག་ལྔ་པའི་འཁོར་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་འདི་ཉིད་གཡོ་ཞིང་མི་བརྟན་པར་རིག་ནས་འདུ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྙིལ་བ་དང་། ལྟུང་བ་དང་། རྣམ་པར་འཐོར་བ་དང་། རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པའི་ཆོས་ཅན་ཡིན་པར་རྩད་ཆོད་དེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤངས་ནས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཁམས་གསུམ་པའི་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ནས་གསེར་དང་བོང་བར་མཉམ་པ། བཀུར་སྟི་ལ་མི་ལྟ་བ། དབང་པོ་དང་ཉེ་དབང་དང་བཅས་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་ཅིང་རྗེད་པ་དང་གུས་པར་སྨྲ་བའི་གནས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ངའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་དགེ་སློང་དགོན་པ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ནི་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དགེ་སློང་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་དགེ་སློང་དག་ཐེ་ཙོམ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། ཐེ་ཙོམ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅོད་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཞུས་པ། བཙུན་པ་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་གིས་ལས་གང་དག་བགྱིས་ན་དེས་ཕྱུག་པོའི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ་གཟུགས་བཟང་ཞིང་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ལ་མཛེས་པ་དང་། རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ནས་ཀྱང་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བགྱིས་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྐྱོང་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སྔོན་ཚེ་རབས་གཞན་དག་ཏུ་ཚོགས་རྙེད་ཅིང་རྐྱེན་གྲུབ་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ་དབའ་རྒལ་བཞིན་དུ་འབྱུང་ལ། གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་འོང་བའི་ལས་དེ་དག་བྱས་ཤིང་བསགས་པས་ན། It is difficult to be happy staying here. To settle down in monasteries, deep forests, and remote dwellings is even unthinkable. Therefore, Protector of the Land, stay here and enjoy your desires to the fullest! Also, please give alms and accumulate merit. Even if they said this, the householder's son, Protector of the Land, would not say a word. Then, the friends of the householder's son, Protector of the Land, went to where the parents of Protector of the Land were, and upon arriving, they said this to the parents of the householder's son, Protector of the Land: Parents, please be aware that Protector of the Land would rather die, but please allow him to renounce the household life with true faith. If he enjoys renunciation, then you will see him alive. If he does not enjoy it, then there is no other place for a son to go except to his parents. The parents said: Children, if our son, Protector of the Land, comes to see us after renouncing, then we will allow it. Then, the friends of the householder's son, Protector of the Land, went to where the householder's son, Protector of the Land, was, and upon arriving, they said this to Protector of the Land: Protector of the Land, your parents have allowed you to renounce, but they say they will only allow it if you come to see them after renouncing. Protector of the Land said: Yes, I will come to see them. Then, the householder's son, Protector of the Land, gradually increased his physical strength and power, and went to where the Blessed One was, and upon arriving, he bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One, and then sat to one side. Having sat to one side, the householder's son, Protector of the Land, said this to the Blessed One: Venerable One, because my parents have allowed me, if I can renounce and receive full ordination in the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, and obtain the status of a Bhikshu, then I also wish to practice the Brahmacharya in the presence of the Blessed One. After making this request, the son of good family, Protector of the Land, renounced and received full ordination in the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya.

从而获得了比丘的物品。他那样出家后，通过精进、修持和努力，认识到这五眼轮回之轮是动摇而不稳固的，从而断定一切有为法的相都是衰败、堕落、消散和坏灭的自性。断绝了一切烦恼，现证了阿罗汉果位，成为脱离三界贪欲的阿罗汉，拥有黄金与粪土平等，天空与手掌无别的心，像旃檀浸泡过一样清凉，以智慧摧毁了卵壳，获得了智慧、神通和各别正知，不贪图有漏的利养、执着和恭敬，成为诸天及眷属供养、敬畏和恭敬称赞之处。当时，世尊对比丘们说：诸比丘，我的声闻比丘中，住于寂静处者最胜者就是这位比丘护国者。之后，诸比丘生起了疑惑，为了断除一切疑惑，向佛陀世尊请教：尊者，护国者做了什么业，才能出生于富裕的种姓，相貌端庄，令人赏心悦目，出家后也能现证阿罗汉果位呢？世尊开示说：诸比丘，护国者在往昔的其他世代中，积累了资粮，具足了因缘，就像乘胜追击一样出现，做了那些不会被鬼神吞噬而来的业并积累了它们。护国者自己所做和积累的业，其他人怎么会去感受呢？诸比丘，所做和积累的业不会在外面的地界成熟，也不会在水界、火界和风界成熟，所做和积累的善业和不善业，只会成熟在所执取的蕴、界和处上。有情众生的业，即使百千劫也不会磨灭，一旦因缘聚合时机成熟，自会显现果报。
