Who is to liberate those who have already reached full maturity, thinking to engage in wisdom observation. Here it is said: The ocean is the abode of aquatic creatures, and the waves of time may pass, but for the sons to be tamed, the Buddha will not miss the opportunity. Then, in order to benefit the son of the clan, Phisa Khung, the Blessed One put on his skirt and robes in the morning, took his bowl, and was attended by a gathering of monks. The Sangha of monks led the way to Vaisali to beg for alms. After a while, he gradually finished begging for alms and walked on the street. Phisa Khung also followed each other and stood before the Blessed One. Then, he saw the body of the Buddha, the Blessed One, perfectly adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great man, beautifully decorated with eighty minor marks, surrounded by a fathom of light, possessing light surpassing a thousand suns, and as beautiful as a mountain of jewels. Having seen this, he immediately rejoiced in the Blessed One. Having generated joy, he prostrated at the feet of the Blessed One, folded his palms, and prayed: Blessed One, if even beings like us can be ordained in this well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, and it will not be in vain, I also wish to be ordained. Then, the Blessed One, endowed with great compassion, knowing the thoughts and habits of sentient beings, understood in his heart that he was very fortunate.
