རྣམས་ལ་བསྟན་ནས། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཁ་དོག་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་ཡང་མོད་ཀྱིས་རིན་ཆེའོ། །རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་ལྔི་ཡང་རིན་ཆུང་གིས་མ་ལེན་ཤིག།ཧ་ཅང་མང་ཆེས་ན་ཡང་གྲུ་ལྔི་བས་འབྱིང་ངོ་། །ཧ་ཅང་ཉུང་ཆེས་ན་ཡང་ཉོན་མོངས་ཏེ་སོང་སོང་བའི་དོན་མེད་པས་འདི་ཙམ་ནི་རན་ནོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚོད་ཀྱང་བསྟན་ནས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་གྲུར་བརྫངས་ཏེ་ཅི་ལ་ཡང་མ་རེག་ནས་ད་ཕྱིར་འདོང་ངོ་ཞེས་ཆས་པ་དང་། སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་གྲུའི་ནང་དུ་ཞུགས་སུ་མ་བཏུབ་ནས། ཚོང་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཁོ་བོ་ནི་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ནས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཕྱིར་མི་ལོག་གོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚོང་པ་རྣམས་ངུས་ནས་མྱ་ངན་གྱིས་ཡི་མུག་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བདག་ཅག་ཚོང་པ་རྣམས་ནི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དེད་དཔོན་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་གཡོག་ཏུ་འོངས་ཏེ། ད་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འདིར་བོར་ཏེ་མི་འགྲོ་ན་བདག་ཅག་ཀྱང་ཕྱིར་ཁྱིམ་དུ་མི་ཕྱིན་ཏེ། ཐམས་ཅད་འཁྱམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་སྨྲས་པ། ཚོང་པ་ཁྱོད་མ་ཉེས་པར་ཁོ་བོས་ཡུལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་བོ་ཞེས་པོག་ཕོར་ལག་ཏུ་བླངས་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་མཆོད་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བདག་ནི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བླངས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཕོངས་པ་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་པར་མ་ཟད་ཀྱིས། དེ་ལྟར་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱེད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བདག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ་འདི་བདེན་ཏེ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་ན་ཚོང་པ་འདི་དག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་བཅས་སུ་ཉེ་ཞོ་མེད་པར་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་བདེ་བར་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག་ཤིག།ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ནས་ཐག་པ་བཅད་དེ་གཡོར་ཤིང་བསྒྲེང་ནས་ཕྱིར་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་བདེ་བར་སོང་ངོ་། །དེ་དག་སོང་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆུར་ཞུགས་ཏེ་སོང་བ་ལས་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་པུས་མོ་ཙམ་ལས་མ་ནུབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་བརླ་དྲུང་ཙམ་ལས་མ་ནུབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་ཞག་བདུན་སོང་བ་ལས་རྐེད་པ་ཙམ་ལས་མ་ནུབ་བོ་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་ཕྲག་པ་ཙམ་དུ་ཕྱིན་ཏོ་དེ་ནས་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་ནི་རྐྱལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་རི་ཞིག་གི་དྲུང་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། ཤིང་ལ་འཇུས་ཏེ་རི་ལ་འཛེགས་ནས། ཞག་བདུན་གྱིས་རིའི་རྩེ་མོར་ཕྱིན་ཏོ། །རིའི་རྩེ་མོར་ཞག་བདུན་སོང་སོང་ནས་ཡང་ཞག་བདུན་གྱིས་ཤོད་དུ་ཆུ་འགྲམ་དུ་ཕྱིན་ཏོ། །ཆུ་འགྲམ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། ཆུའི་ནང་ནས་པད་མ་གསེར་གྱི་མདོག་ཅན་ཡོད་པ་ལ་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པས་པད་མའི་རྩ་བ་ལ་དསྲེས་ཤིང་འདུ

给他们看了之后说：“像这种颜色的宝石虽然多，但是很贵重啊。像这种宝石，即使是五‘里’（藏文：ལྔི་）也很便宜，不要拿。即使是非常多，也会被五‘格鲁’（藏文：གྲུ་ལྔི་）淹没。即使是非常少，也会因为烦恼而白白浪费，所以这么多就足够了。”等等，也给他们看了尺寸，把宝石装上船，什么也没碰，就准备回去了。大施主没能进入船里，就对商人们说：“我没有从龙王宫殿里得到如意宝珠之前，是不会回去的。”说完就走了。然后商人们哭着，悲伤地厌烦了，这样说道：“我们这些商人是作为领队您（的）仆人来的。现在您把我们丢在这里走了，我们也不会回家的，全部都会流浪的。”大施主说：“商人们，你们没有错，我发愿回到家乡。”说完，拿起碗，向四方供养，这样说道：“我取了宝石，不仅要利益贫困的众生。而且，为了以那样布施的福德成就佛果。我所说的是真实的，如果能如愿以偿，希望这些商人们连同宝石一起，毫无损害地平安到达赡部洲。”这样发愿后，砍断绳索，升起桅杆，平安地返回了赡部洲。他们走了之后，大施主进入水中，走了七天，水才没过膝盖。然后又过了七天，水才没过大腿根。然后又过了七天，水才没过腰部，七天的时间到了肩膀。然后七天的时间都在游泳。然后到了一个山脚下，抓住树木爬上山，七天的时间到达了山顶。在山顶过了七天，又过了七天，到达了山脚下的水边。到了水边，看到水里有一朵金色的莲花，一条毒蛇缠绕在莲花的根部。

After showing them, he said, "Although there are many jewels of this color, they are very precious. Do not take jewels like this, even if they are cheap at five 'li'. Even if there are very many, they will be submerged by five 'grus'. Even if there are very few, they will be wasted due to afflictions, so this much is enough." And so on, he also showed them the size, loaded the jewels onto the boat, and without touching anything, prepared to return. The great benefactor was unable to enter the boat, so he said to the merchants, "I will not return until I have obtained the wish-fulfilling jewel from the palace of the Dragon King." After saying this, he left. Then the merchants cried, saddened and weary, and said, "We merchants came as servants to you, the leader. Now if you abandon us here and leave, we will not return home either, and all will wander." The great benefactor said, "Merchants, you are not at fault, I have made a vow to return home." After saying this, he took the bowl in his hand, made offerings to the four directions, and said, "I have taken the jewels, not only to benefit impoverished sentient beings. Moreover, in order to attain Buddhahood through the merit of such generosity. What I have said is true, and if it can be fulfilled as wished, may these merchants, together with the jewels, reach Jambudvipa safely without any harm." After making this aspiration, he cut the rope, raised the mast, and safely returned to Jambudvipa. After they left, the great benefactor entered the water, and after walking for seven days, the water only reached his knees. Then after another seven days, the water only reached the base of his thighs. Then after another seven days, the water only reached his waist, and after seven days it reached his shoulders. Then for seven days he swam. Then he reached the foot of a mountain, grabbed the trees and climbed the mountain, and after seven days he reached the top of the mountain. After spending seven days on the top of the mountain, he reached the water's edge at the foot of the mountain after another seven days. When he reached the water's edge, he saw a golden lotus in the water, and a venomous snake was coiled around the root of the lotus.

ག་པར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་ཏེ་འདུག་ནས་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱམས་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་འདི་དག་ཀྱང་སྔོན་ཞེ་སྡང་དང་ཕྲག་དོག་བྱས་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་ལུས་མི་སྡུག་པ་མྱོང་ངོ་སྙམ་ལྷག་པར་དེ་ལ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་བའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་དེའི་གདུག་པ་ཀུན་ཞི་ནས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་པད་མའི་སྟེང་ནས་གོམ་པ་བོར་ཏེ་སོང་སོང་བ་ལས་ཞག་བདུན་གྱིས་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་དེ་དག་བརྟོལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་སོང་སོང་བ་ལས་སྲིན་ པོ་དང་ཕྲད་ནས་སྲིན་པོ་དེ་དག་མིའི་དྲི་ཚོར་བས་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཚོལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བརྟགས་པས་སྲིན་པོ་དེ་དག་འཇམ་པའི་ཚིག་གིས་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཁྱོད་གང་ནས་འོངས། གང་དུ་འགྲོ་ཞེས་དྲིས་སོ། དེ་ལ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ཁོ་བོ་ནི་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཚོལ་དུ་འོངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སྲིན་པོ་དེ་དག་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་སྟེ། འདི་ནི་བསོད་ནམས་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་གོ་སྙམ་བསམས་ནས། འདི་ནི་ད་དུང་ཀླུའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ལས་ཤིན་ཏུ་རིང་སྟེ། ནམ་ཡང་མི་ཕྱིན་པས ་ཉོན་མོངས་པར་འགྱུར་གྱིས་མཐུ་ཞིག་གིས་བསྟངས་ཏེ་བསྐྱལ་ལོ། །སྙམ་ནས་ནམ་མཁར་ཁྱེར་ཏེ་དཔག་ཚད་བཞི་བརྒྱའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན་ཕྱིན་པས་ཡང་ས་ལ་བཞག་གོ །སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ནས་སོང་སོང་བ་ལས་རིང་པོར་མ་ལོན་པར་དངུལ་གྱི་མཁར་ཞིག་མཐོང་ནས་ཀླུའི་གནས་ཞིག་ཡིན་སྙམ་སྟེ་ཉེ་བར་སོང་ངོ་། །མཁར་དེའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་འོབས་རིམ་པ་བདུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ། འོབས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བས་གང་ངོ་། །སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་དེ་དག་མཐོང་ནས། སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་འདི་དག་ནི་སྔོན་ཞེ་སྡང་ཆེ་བའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་ལུས་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བ་མྱོང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ་སྙམ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་བུ་གཅིག་པ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། བྱམས་ཤིང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས། དེ་ལྟར་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་གདུག་པ་ཡང་ཞི་བར་གྱུར་ནས་དེ་དག་བརྫིས་ནས་ཀླུའི་མཁར་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །མཁར་དེ་ལ་ཀླུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་དསྲེས་ཏེ། ཀླུའི་མགོ་མཁར་སྒོ་ལ་བརྟེན་ཏེ། ཀླུ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་མཐོང་ནས་མགོ་བཏེག་སྟེ་གདུག་པ་འབྱིན་པ་ལས། སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས་གདུག་པ་ཡང་ཞི་ནས་མགོ་སྨད་པས་ས་ལ་ཉལ་ལོ། །སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ཀླུའི་མགོ་ལ་བརྫིས་ནས་མཁར་གྱི་ནང་ན་སོང་བ་དང་། མ

在哪里见到呢？然后菩萨结跏趺坐而坐，一心进入慈爱的禅定。心想这些毒蛇也是因为过去嗔恨和嫉妒的缘故，才感受这样丑陋的身体，更加对它们生起慈悲之心，毒蛇的毒性全部平息。菩萨从莲花上迈步，走了七天，穿过了那些毒蛇。然后又走啊走，遇到了罗刹，那些罗刹闻到人的气味，到处寻找。然后菩萨一心以慈爱之心观察，那些罗刹用柔和的语言问道：‘年轻人，你从哪里来？要到哪里去？’大施回答说：‘我是来寻找如意宝珠的。’那些罗刹非常高兴，心想：‘这个人有很大的福报。’心想：‘这里离龙宫还很远，永远也到不了，会很辛苦的，用神力送他去吧。’于是带到空中，飞过四百由旬之外，又放在地上。大施从那里走啊走，没过多久，见到一座银城，心想：‘这是龙的住所吧’，便走近了。那座城的外面被七层壕沟围绕，壕沟里充满了可怕的毒蛇。大施见到那些毒蛇，心想：‘这些毒蛇是因为过去嗔恨心重的业力，才感受这样可怕的身体。’像对待唯一的儿子一样，以慈爱之心对待它们。这样生起慈爱之心，毒蛇的毒性也平息了，踩着它们进入了龙城。那座城由两条龙守护着，龙的头靠在城门上。那两条龙见到大施，抬起头来，要放出毒气，大施生起慈爱之心，毒气也平息了，低下头来，睡在地上。大施踩着龙的头进入城内，

Where did he see it? Then the Bodhisattva sat in the lotus position and entered the Samadhi of Loving-kindness with one-pointed mind. He thought, 'These venomous snakes are also experiencing such an ugly body because of past hatred and jealousy.' He especially generated a heart of compassion for them, and all the venom of the venomous snakes subsided. The Bodhisattva stepped off the lotus and walked for seven days, passing through those venomous snakes. Then he walked on and on, and encountered Rakshasas. Those Rakshasas, smelling the scent of humans, searched everywhere. Then the Bodhisattva, with a one-pointed mind of loving-kindness, contemplated, and those Rakshasas asked with gentle words, 'Young man, where do you come from? Where are you going?' The Great Giver replied, 'I have come to seek the wish-fulfilling jewel.' Then those Rakshasas were overjoyed, thinking, 'This person is endowed with great merit.' Thinking, 'This is still very far from the Dragon Palace, and he will never reach it, so he will become distressed. Let us transport him with magical power.' So they carried him into the sky and flew beyond four hundred yojanas, then placed him back on the ground. The Great Giver walked on from there, and before long, he saw a silver city, thinking, 'This must be the abode of the Nagas,' and he approached it. The outside of that city was surrounded by seven layers of moats, and the moats were filled with terrifying venomous snakes. The Great Giver saw those snakes and thought, 'These venomous snakes are experiencing such a terrifying body because of the karma of past great hatred.' Like treating an only son, he treated them with loving-kindness and compassion. Thus, generating a heart of loving-kindness, the venom of the snakes also subsided, and he stepped over them and entered the Naga city. That city was guarded by two Nagas, with the heads of the Nagas resting on the city gate. When those two Nagas saw the Great Giver, they raised their heads and were about to emit venom, but the Great Giver generated a heart of loving-kindness, and the venom also subsided, and they lowered their heads and lay on the ground. The Great Giver stepped on the heads of the Nagas and entered the city,
