། བཅུ་ལོན་པ་དང་། ཁྱེའུ་གཟུགས་བཟང་ཞིང་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ལ་མཛེས་པ་མདོག་བཟང་བ། གསེར་གྱི་མདོག་ཅན་མགོ་བོ་གདུགས་ལྟར་འདུག་པ། ལག་པ་རིང་བ་དཔྲལ་བའི་དབྱེས་ཆེ་བ་སྣ་མཐོ་བ། སྣ་ལེགས་པ། སྨིན་མ་སྟུག་པ་ཞིག་བཙས་ཏེ། དེའི་བཙས་སྟོན་རྒྱས་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། ཁྱེའུ་འདིའི་མིང་ཅི་སྐད་གདགས་ཞེས་མིང་འདོགས་པར་བྱེད་དེ། ཁྱེའུ་འདི་མཆོག་ཏུ་བྱད་གཟུགས་མཛེས་ཏེ། བྱད་གཟུགས་མི་འམ་ཅི་དང་འདྲ་བས་ན། ཁྱེའུ་འདིའི་མིང་མི་འམ་ཅི་ཞེས་གདགས་སོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་མི་འམ་ཅི་འོ་མ་དང་། ཞོ་དང་། མར་དང་། ཞུན་མར་དང་། མར་གྱི་ཉིང་གུས་བསྐྱེད་བསྲིངས་ཏེ། མཚོའི་ནང་ གི་པད་མ་བཞིན་དུ་སྐྱེ་དྲག་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་གང་གི་ཚེ་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ། ཡི་གེ་དང་། ཁོང་རྩིས་དང་། ཤོད་དགོད་པ་དང་། ལག་རྩིས་དང་། དབྱུང་བ་དང་། སྦ་བ་དང་། དགྲམ་པ་དང་། གོས་བརྟག་པ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་བརྟག་པ་དང་། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བརྟག་པ་དང་། སྤོས་བརྟག་པ་དང་། སྨན་བརྟག་པ་དང་། གླང་པོ་ཆེ་བརྟག་པ་དང་། རྟ་བརྟག་པ་དང་། གོ་མཚོན་བརྟག་པ་བསླབས་ཏེ། ཡི་གེ་མཁས་པ་དང་། ཀློག་མཁས་པ་དང་། མཛངས་པ་དང་། བྱ་བ་ལ་གསལ་བ་དང་། ཡིད་གཞུངས་པ་དང་། བརྟག་པ་རྣམ་པ་བརྒྱད་ལ་བྱང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཆེན་པོ་དྲུག་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དེའི་གྲགས་པ་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། མཉན་དུ་ཡོད་པ་ན། ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་བུ་བྱད་གཟུགས་མི་འམ་ཅི་དང་འདྲ་བ་ཞིག་སྐྱེས་སོ་ཞེས་གྲགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཕལ་པོ་ཆེ་ཡ་མཚན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་བལྟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་དེ་བྱད་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱགས་པས་དྲེགས་ནས་སུ་ལ་ཡང་ཕྱག་མི་འཚལ། སུ་ལ་ཡང་མི་ལྡང་སྟེ། བྱད་གཟུགས་ང་དང་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་དོ་སྙམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསམས་པ། འདིའི་ང་རྒྱལ་བསལ་དགོས་ཏེ། འདི་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། བུ་སུ་ཡང་ང་དང་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་དོ་སྙམ་དུ་བྱད་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱགས་པས་དྲེགས་པར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །བུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་མཐོང་སྟེ། ཁྱོད་ནི་དེའི་བརྒྱའི་ཆར་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་མི་ཕོད། སྟོང་གི་ཆར་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་མི་ཕོད། འབུམ་གྱི་ཆར་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་མི་ཕོད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་དེ་ཡ་མཚན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བདག་པས་དགེ་སྦྱོང་གཽ་ཏ་མ་ཆེས་གཟུགས་བཟང་ཞིང་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ལ་མཛེས་པ་བལྟ་སྙམ་ནས། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོས་གཡོག་བྱས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་

十岁时，生了一个相貌英俊、悦目、美丽、肤色好，金色，头如伞盖，手臂长，前额宽，鼻子高，鼻梁好，眉毛浓密的男孩。为他举行了盛大的诞生庆典，人们开始为这个男孩起名字，说："这个男孩的容貌非常俊美，容貌像非人（藏文：མི་འམ་ཅི།），所以这个男孩的名字就叫非人吧。"之后，这个名叫非人的男孩，被用牛奶、酸奶、酥油、炼乳和酥油精华喂养长大，像海中的莲花一样迅速成长。当他长大后，学习了文字、算术、讲述故事、手算、加法、减法、乘法、除法、鉴别衣服、鉴别宝石、鉴别珍宝、鉴别香料、鉴别药物、鉴别象、鉴别马、鉴别武器，精通文字，擅长阅读，聪明，做事干练，心思正直，精通八种鉴别之术。之后，他的名声传遍了所有六大城市。当他在听闻时，传言说："某某富翁的儿子，生了一个容貌像非人的孩子。"听到这个消息后，许多人都感到惊奇，为了看他而前往。之后，他因容貌出众而骄傲，不向任何人敬礼，不为任何人起身，心想："没有人能与我的容貌相比。"之后，他的父母心想："必须消除他的傲慢，应该让他见见世尊。"于是说道："孩子，不要因为容貌出众而骄傲，认为没有人能与你相比。孩子，你没有见过世尊，你连他的百分之一都比不上，千分之一都比不上，万分之一都比不上。"听到这些话后，他感到非常惊讶。心想："我要去看看那位相貌英俊、悦目、美丽的沙门乔达摩。"于是，在许多人的服侍下，前往世尊所在的地方。

At the age of ten, a boy was born who was handsome, pleasing to the eye, beautiful, with good complexion, golden in color, with a head like an umbrella, long arms, a wide forehead, a high nose, a good nose bridge, and thick eyebrows. A grand birth celebration was held for him, and people began to name the boy, saying, "This boy's appearance is extremely beautiful, his appearance is like a non-human (Tibetan: མི་འམ་ཅི།), so let this boy's name be called Non-Human." After that, the boy named Non-Human was raised with milk, yogurt, butter, ghee, and the essence of butter, growing rapidly like a lotus in the sea. When he grew up, he learned writing, arithmetic, storytelling, manual calculation, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, distinguishing clothes, distinguishing gems, distinguishing treasures, distinguishing spices, distinguishing medicines, distinguishing elephants, distinguishing horses, and distinguishing weapons. He became proficient in writing, skilled in reading, intelligent, efficient in work, upright in mind, and proficient in the eight arts of discernment. After that, his fame spread throughout all six major cities. While he was listening, it was rumored that "The son of so-and-so wealthy man has given birth to a child whose appearance is like a non-human." Upon hearing this news, many people were amazed and went to see him. After that, he became arrogant due to his outstanding appearance, not bowing to anyone, not standing up for anyone, thinking, "No one can compare to my appearance." After that, his parents thought, "We must eliminate his arrogance, we should show him the Blessed One." So they said, "Child, do not be arrogant because of your outstanding appearance, thinking that no one can compare to you. Child, you have not seen the Blessed One, you are not even close to one hundredth of him, not even one thousandth of him, not even one hundred thousandth of him." Upon hearing these words, he was very surprised. He thought, "I want to see that handsome, pleasing to the eye, and beautiful Shramana Gautama." So, attended by many people, he went to where the Blessed One was.
