Ro. Thus, by separately examining the wind that destroys the fetus, one can also truly and completely understand the body. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells in the inner self-body, observing the body, what actions do my other winds do when they are disturbed or not disturbed? He sees it through the wisdom born of hearing or through the divine eye. If the wind that makes me walk, come, run, and jump is disturbed or not disturbed, then I will become crooked. The hands will also shrink. It will also become hunchbacked. I also cannot go to this place and that place. I also cannot go to my food, dwelling, and monastery. The wisdom and mind of my body's senses will also not be very clear. If it is not disturbed, then my body will be able to walk and come and go powerfully. I will also be able to run, jump, and climb powerfully. Therefore, by separately examining the wind that makes me walk, come, run, and jump, one can also truly understand the body separately. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells in the inner self-body, observing the body, what actions do my other winds do when they are disturbed or not disturbed? He sees it through the wisdom born of hearing or through the divine eye. The five winds that act separately in my eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body run separately. Among them, one wind is very active in the four elements together with the eyes, so it is wind. Therefore, this is called wind. Therefore, if my eyes are very clear, then, by making my four great elements very clear, I will be able to see things. For the ears, my other wind also exists very well, therefore, I will be able to hear sounds. Similarly, the nose can also smell odors.

Thus, the nose is able to function. Thus, my tongue is also able to taste various flavors. Thus, my body is also able to grasp various tactile sensations. Thus, having understood the five winds, one can also truly and accurately perceive each part of the body separately. If these winds also become disturbed, then the senses will become powerless with respect to those objects that have been spoken of before. Therefore, having understood the five winds that dwell in the eye, ear, nose, tongue, and body, one can also truly and accurately perceive each part of the body separately. Furthermore, the practitioner of yoga abides contemplating the body in his own inner body. Which other of my winds completely dwells in the body, and what action does it perform when it becomes disturbed or undisturbed in me? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, the wind called 'ant-goer' completely dwells in my body. What action does it perform on my body when it is disturbed and undisturbed? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, if the ant-going wind becomes extremely disturbed at the time of my death, then it will dry up all of my skin, blood, flesh, fat, the consciousness of bones, and also semen, all of those elements. It will move everywhere, it will enter, and having become completely dry, at the time of my death, it will produce such feelings. If thousands of red-hot iron ants were put into the body, one could not endure even one-sixteenth of it. If, however, at the time of my death, it does not become disturbed with great force, then by the nature of well-performed actions, it will not cause me to experience extremely unbearable feelings. Therefore, by separately examining the wind that has become the ant-goer, one can also truly and accurately perceive each part of the body separately. Furthermore, the practitioner of yoga abides contemplating the body in his own inner body.

He dwells contemplating the body in the body. What actions do my other winds perform when they are disturbed or undisturbed? He sees it with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye. The wind called "needle" dwells well in my body. What actions does it perform on me when it is disturbed or undisturbed? He also sees it with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye. If, at the time of my death, that needle-like wind is disturbed, it will cause all my bodies, all joints, all vital points, all tendons, all spaces between tendons, all internal organs, all pores, all pieces of flesh, all joints, and all bones to burn intensely, and those that are like needles will pervade the entire body. It will cause me to have feelings in the same way. For example, even if hundreds and thousands of needles were burning intensely and were all stuck into the body, one would not be able to endure even one-sixteenth of it. If, again, by the glory of the deeds well done in the past, the needle-like wind does not become very strong at the time of my death, then the feelings that it has described will not become unbearable. By separately examining the needle-like wind, he can also truly know each part of the body as it is. Furthermore, the practitioner of yoga dwells contemplating the body in the body of the inner self. What actions do my other winds perform on the body when they are disturbed or undisturbed? He sees it with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye. The wind called "completely eliminating bile" dwells well in the body. What actions does it perform on me when it is disturbed? He sees it with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye. If bile
