It is angry with me, and also causes thirst and headaches. By examining separately the worms suffering from thirst, one can also truly recognize the body separately as it is. Furthermore, when a yogi dwells on the body of the inner self, observing according to the body, he, through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, there is a worm called "separating the intestines" that dwells in the body. Does it naturally exist, or does it not naturally exist, what does it do to me? Furthermore, when a yogi abides in the body of his own self within, contemplating the body as it is, he sees with the wisdom arising from hearing, or with the divine eye, that the worm called "Good Color" dwells in my body. Whether it exists naturally or unnaturally, what does it do to me? He sees with the wisdom arising from hearing, or with the divine eye, that the Good Color worm, whether it is barley porridge, uncooked food, or rotten food, whatever is not beneficial to me, whatever I eat, my Good Color worm transforms those foods into food that is beneficial to the elements of the limbs and subtle limbs, and then spreads throughout the body, making it comfortable, and making it grow. If that worm called "making mature" becomes hungry, it will generate various kinds of anal maturation diseases in me. For example, moist, dry, co-occurring, previously generated, caused by wind, caused by bile, caused by phlegm, and a mixture caused by the combination of the three defects.
