The mountain goddesses are incomparable. All of these here are placed under the control of mere impermanence. The control of desires and so on is also manifestly praised for the purpose of placing them on the side of happiness. Because of this reason, those of inferior intelligence practice morality because of their attachment to existence, for what reason do those of inferior intelligence who are greedy for existence practice morality. In order to reverse the thought, "How will such morality cause us to be born as gods?", the faults of these impermanent, changing, and separating from those who are in harmony are stated. Even a slight cause of greed for existence will become an obstacle to all virtuous dharmas. In short, in the places that are included above, below, and directly, there is no opportunity for anything to be permanent, eternal, and unchanging. It is also for this reason that these heavens are praised, and not just because of greed for existence. Then, those goddesses approached those gods, singing, dancing, and flirting with various kinds of conceptualizations. Then, the newly born god saw the goddesses whom he had never seen before, and thought: Who are these people? What have they realized that they have come here? What do they rely on me for? Just as he had such a thought, he was urged on by such a well-done action, and that young woman said: How do you have greater power over us, and have become stronger, and in order to benefit and be happy for the new you, we follow and serve you. Since you are my master, why don't we speak? Then, he also understood those words in the same way, and said: If you are really as you are, if you are mine, then those people will try to make me look at the forest and the nearby forests anyway. The reason for this is that it will become a cause of happiness, so it is the heavenly world.

If considered from the perspective of its special joy, then that forest called the Garden of Joy is the most terrifying wilderness and solitary place.
