行持此事即得生於彼佛土，於彼處所居者，一切願望皆得圓滿，且如彼等所言，將趨近菩提。亦得見如來之聚會。彼等生於佛土之有情亦得見之。若不信如來功德之宣說，且加以輕蔑與捨棄，則將於五劫中完全承受有情地獄之業。於千百佛土之邊際，有一世界，具足一切降伏諸魔者，如來、應供、正等覺，名為具足遍勝者安住於彼。舍利子！凡聽聞彼如來具足遍勝者之名者，彼等將斬斷一切魔之罥索，且將於六十劫中背離輪迴。於千百佛土之邊際，有一世界，能完全摧伏一切魔者，如來、應供、正等覺，名為遍勝音安住於彼。凡聽聞彼如來之名者，彼等將具足一切音聲言說，且亦將遠離罪惡魔。彼等將於八劫中背離輪迴。 第三卷終。其後，大菩薩文殊師利請問世尊曰：「世尊，若大菩薩具足一法，則將於無上正等菩提中不退轉，且將迅速現證無上正等菩提，是否真有如是之法？」如是請問已，世尊告大菩薩文殊師利曰：「文殊師利！有。於北方，有一名為吉祥積之世界，如來、應供、正等覺，名為吉祥藏。

Practicing this will lead to birth in that Buddha-field, where those who dwell will have all their wishes fulfilled, and as they say, they will approach enlightenment. They will also see the assembly of the Tathagata. Those sentient beings born in that Buddha-field will also be seen. If one does not believe in the proclamation of the Tathagata's virtues, and despises and abandons them, then they will fully bear the karma of sentient beings in hell for five kalpas. At the edge of a thousand Buddha-fields, there is a world that possesses all who subdue all demons, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, named "Possessing Complete Victory" dwells there. Shariputra! Those who hear the name of that Tathagata "Possessing Complete Victory" will cut off all the snares of demons, and will turn their backs on samsara for sixty kalpas. At the edge of a thousand Buddha-fields, there is a world that can completely crush all demons, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, named "Sound of Complete Victory" dwells there. Those who hear the name of that Tathagata will possess all vocal speech, and will also stay far away from evil demons. They will turn their backs on samsara for eight kalpas. End of Volume Three. Then, the great Bodhisattva Manjushri asked the Blessed One, "Blessed One, if a great Bodhisattva possesses one dharma, then they will not regress from unexcelled perfect enlightenment, and will quickly manifest unexcelled perfect enlightenment, is there such a dharma?" Having asked this, the Blessed One said to the great Bodhisattva Manjushri, "Manjushri! There is. In the northern direction, there is a world called Auspicious Accumulation, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, named Auspicious Treasury.

Herein dwells the one named "The King Who Proclaims Accumulations." O Māpama, whoever hears the name of the Tathāgata, the Glorious Essence, the King Who Proclaims Accumulations, all those will become irreversible from the Unsurpassed Perfect and Complete Enlightenment. They will swiftly awaken to the Unsurpassed Perfect and Complete Enlightenment. They will turn their backs on the cycle of existence for a complete billion kalpas. O Māpama, whoever hears the name of the Tathāgata, the Glorious Essence, the King Who Proclaims Accumulations, it is as if they have practiced in the presence of fifty Buddhas. Even after death and transmigration, they will never be separated from miraculous powers. Until they have completely passed beyond sorrow, they will never be separated from hearing and smelling. They will never be separated from a perfectly complete form. They will never be killed or imprisoned. Ear diseases will not occur, nose diseases will not occur, tongue diseases will not occur, body diseases will not occur. Until they have passed beyond sorrow, they will never be born in a world without Buddhas, nor will they be separated from the appearance of Buddhas. They will never be separated from the Dharma, they will never be born in unfavorable circumstances, they will never be separated from discipline, they will never be separated from mindfulness. Until they have passed beyond sorrow, they will never be separated from wisdom. O Māpama, whoever hears the name of the Tathāgata, and who also believes, admires, and has complete faith in my omniscience, all those will be completely protected in their abode. They will also become the supreme, sacred, most excellent, and unsurpassed of all the worlds. Therefore, those who desire to completely protect all places, those who desire to abide in the supreme state beyond all the worlds, and those who desire to abide in the sacred and most excellent state, should listen to the name of the Tathāgata, the supreme of all the worlds. Having heard it, they should prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, the Glorious Essence, the King Who Proclaims Accumulations, and offer homage.
