Here again, you are born as a hand-walking insect. Your own also exist together. You keep eating in the future. You live in the hot springs, and you become blind because of it. The ever-burning iron and copper will also be eaten in hell later. The powerless mind is unhappy, crying among all the dragon kings. If you confess each sin individually, you will be completely liberated from suffering. Then, the Blessed One touched the mandala in the center of the palm of his golden-like hand. Considering the difficulty of practice, the Teacher spoke these words: King Good Eyes, I have appeared. In the past, with what truth did I pluck out both eyes for the sake of the blind Brahmin? By that very word of truth, may you obtain immaculate eyes! May you, through my good conduct, purify that past karma! Tadyatha. Furthermore, yakshas, kumbhandas, pretas, flesh-eaters, and eighty-four trillion blood-drinkers exhausted their past karmic obscurations and their eyes were completely purified. Then the son of the gods, Good Boundary, joined his palms together and said: Look at the power of the guides of the world! They also gave eyes to those who had absolutely no path. If the Teacher did not appear in the world, no one would have the opportunity to remove their fleshy eyes. At that time, the Blessed One said to the venerable Kaundinya who knows all: Kaundinya, hold this eye-accomplishing dharani mantra, the basis of the great secret mantra. Now and in the future, whoever, the remaining past karma of sentient beings, and the disturbance of all elements, and blindness caused by the mixture of secret mantras, medicines, and poisons, and those who can see a little, should recite this eye-accomplishing dharani mantra themselves.

One should confess their sins separately. Therefore, with a loving heart towards all sentient beings, practice mindfulness of the Buddha, and without doing other things, wash one's eyes with this method for seven weeks, and the eyes will become completely pure. Furthermore, if sentient beings are blinded by the remaining karma of committing the five inexpiable sins, or by the remaining karma of abandoning the holy Dharma, or by the remaining karma of slandering the noble ones, or by the remaining karma of obstructing the giving of Dharma, or by the remaining karma of destroying scriptures, or by the remaining karma of destroying the eyes of others, then they should have this dharani mantra written down and have it read repeatedly. One should confess karmic obscurations. Furthermore, mix sea foam, sweet wood, the herb katza, three fruits, and an old turtle heart with honey, crush and boil them, recite this secret mantra one thousand and eight times, and apply it to the outside of the eyes. Without doing other things for seven weeks, practice mindfulness of the Buddha, and also make an image of the Buddha, then all of his karmic obscurations will be completely purified and his eyes will be completely purified. Furthermore, if one builds a dwelling for monks, that is, a monastery for the Sangha, then his karmic obscurations will also be purified. Later, one will not be born incomplete in samsara. Then, the Naga retinue, complete with everything, said this: Possessing great compassion, benefiting all sentient beings of the three times, liberating them from disease, I prostrate to you. Then, at that time, the blue-colored Naga king said in secret praise: You purify all sins. You are the ascetic, complete with all glory. You completely understand karma. You are the king of all living beings. I am completely separated from water, and completely tormented by the heat wave. I live in a desolate wilderness. I live in a place with a bad smell. For billions of years, I have not had a single day of happiness. Always together with my retinue, I am eaten by others.
