Therefore, the Thus-Gone One subdued you in samsara according to your wishes. All of them were also placed in taking refuge in the Three Jewels. At that time, the Blessed One looked at her with great compassion and said: Sister, what sinful deeds has your body committed? What kind of deeds? She replied: Venerable Blessed One, my feeling is suffering. Venerable Blessed One, my feeling is hot, since I was born in this lowly dragon race, I have clearly known that I have lived for thirty-six thousand years. My feeling of suffering has not stopped even for a single day. The Blessed One said: What deeds did you do in the past? She replied: Ninety-one kalpas ago from now, in the teachings of the Victorious Vipashyin Buddha, I was a woman of the human race, at that time I was intoxicated by the arrogance of desire, and together with the renunciates in the teachings of the Blessed One, in the monastery of the Sangha, on the bedding of the Sangha, again and again I enjoyed sexual intercourse and lust, and was not afraid for the sake of wealth. Blessed One, since then, I have always been separated from the wealth of gods and humans. I always endure the feelings of the three lower realms.
