The Inconceivable One generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment and became irreversible. At that time, fifty-eight hundred thousand beings obtained forbearance of the non-arising dharmas. All the gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, pretas, flesh-eaters, kumbhandas, humans, and non-humans all exclaimed, "Excellent! Blessed One, excellent! Excellent! The unobstructed wisdom vision of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, is wonderful! Utterly wonderful! Blessed One, thus the Tathagatas know the intentions of all sentient beings, and are the perfection of skill in faculties. You satisfy all sentient beings with the taste of Dharma, you show the noble eightfold path, you pacify all suffering, who would not generate faith in this unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment?" The gods, nagas, yakshas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and others, with their palms joined together, spoke in one voice, saying, "Blessed One, wherever this true and conforming dharani mantra is taught, even if it is placed in a book, in that place, we will pay homage and make offerings with all means of diligent effort, draw pictures, and make offerings. To those who speak and listen to the Dharma, and to those places, all who oppose them, we will protect, guard, and conceal them without sparing any effort. We will not let them lack any wealth. May they always be vessels and places of giving, and may the sangha be free from illness, joyful and playful with enjoyment and close use, extremely joyful, seeking the Dharma and abiding by the Dharma, we will follow and protect the Dharma." The Blessed One said, "You who have joined in order not to cut off the principle of Dharma and the lineage of the Three Jewels, you patrons are good for the Buddha's teaching."

So Leg So! The Sutra of the Noble Greatly Expanded Collection, called "Heart of the Sun." Volume Eight. Furthermore, at that time, the venerable Shariputra, where the Bhagavan was, with palms joined and greatly bowed, spoke thus to the Bhagavan: Venerable Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the glorious Lotus Heart, from whence did he entrust the mindfulness from the hands of the Bodhisattva Akashagarbha, and bestow faith in the great prophecy, the Heart of the Sun? Please speak the dharani mantra that is the abode of knowledge, that reverses peace, hatred, and sleep. The Bhagavan said: Shariputra, it shall be spoken before the world with gods. Shariputra, therefore, listen, from 'you listen' to 'the Bhagavan spoke thus to him.' Shariputra, thus the Tathagata, the glorious Lotus Heart, knowing your thoughts and latent tendencies from such a distant place, here in this Buddha-field, you perceive self, your mind is inverted, you are completely deluded in the mud of samsara, and you are also deluded about the eightfold path, therefore, such a dharani mantra is urged here. Although there is no self, nevertheless, here, childish beings, seeking self, are with inverted minds. Shariputra, how does the wise one seek self? Just as there is no self, it becomes manifest by its own nature. Shariputra, the wise should seek self in this way: these sentient beings perceive their own body as self, therefore, this very body should be examined individually and properly. How? Only in the senses, the eye sense should be examined individually. Also, it should be examined truly in this way. Thus, in various places, sitting in the lotus position, restraining all the senses, examine in this way with your own mind: This right eye of mine is made of the four great elements, connected by veins, filled with fluids, and there is nothing else that can transform it except the winds. Those that enter the eye sense, rotate and cause to turn

Those things that act as barriers are also winds. Those that completely purify and arise are those that rely on space. That space is also ungraspable, unspeakable, and without self. Just as space is without self, so are those winds without self. Those that enter the eye faculty and circle around, transform, completely purify, and arise are also ungraspable, unspeakable, without self, and free from objects. Similarly, in the eye faculty, the solidity of the earth element, even if it is only the size of a banyan tree seed, for all eyes, due to proper attention arising, through separate examination, it is not fixated as self. Therefore, one's own self becomes without weakness. Therefore, the earth element is without self. That element is also ungraspable and is regarded as without self. Similarly, for the water element, one should make separate discriminations, and up to the fire element, one should make separate discriminations. Thus, by separately examining the eye, for the great elements of the eye, due to selflessness, one's own self becomes without weakness. He also thinks like this: If, relying on the eye and form, it becomes the nature of touch, that is not right. Therefore, that wind, which is also the nature of space, should also be properly examined separately, and in all these, nowhere is self fixated. The arising of consciousness dependent on this also does not arise without various causes. Depending on the eye and form, only eye consciousness arises, and it arises from the causes of various forms. Friend, name and form are from consciousness. From this arise the six sense bases, namely, contact, feeling, experience, craving, special attachment, grasping, existence, birth, old age, and death. Therefore, all these dharmas truly depend on eye consciousness. That eye consciousness also does not come from the east, not from the south, not from the west, not from the north, not from above, not from below. In whatever moment eye consciousness arises, that moment also ceases. It does not remain close for two moments, because it has ceased, so there is nowhere to go. Accumulated fire
