།དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་དང་། ཐབས་མཁས་པ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཡོངས་སུ་བརྒྱན་པས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོའི་གཏེར་དུ་གྱུར་པ། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་གཟུངས་རྣམས་ལས་རབ་ཏུ་བཟོད་པ། སའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་གྱུར་པའོ། །གཡོ་དང་སྒྱུ་མེད་ཅིང་ལུས་བྱད་ཤིན་ཏུ་རིང་ལ་མཚན་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་དེས་པའི་བཟོད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་པར་གྱུར་པ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ང་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་གཅིག་པ་དེ་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེའི་དབང་གིས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕྱི་མ་དང་། གནས་དང་གནས་མ་ཡིན་པ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཁྱེན་པས་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ་ཐོབ་སྟེ། བདེ་བར་གནས་ཤིང་ལྷ་དང་བདུད་དུ་བཅས་པའི་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ལོག་པར་སྨྲ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤིན་ཏུ་བཏུལ་ནས་ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ཏེ། ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྤྱད་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་གྲུབ་པས་ང་ནི་རྙོག་པ་ལྔའི་སྡིག་པ་ཅན་གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་འདིར་འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་ཡང་དག་པར་བསྒྲགས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཚམས་མེད་པ་ལྔའི་ལས་ཞི་བར་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བར་གཏོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་ནས་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་རྒྱུན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟར་སྲ་བ་དག་ཀྱང་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཟག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟད་པ་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བའི་འབྲས་བུ་དམ་པ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་བཞག་ནས་ཅི་དང་ཅི་ལ་མོས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བར་འཇོག་པ་དང་། མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དག་ནི་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་ལ་བཞག་སྟེ་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པར་ཡང་མཛད་དོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོག་མ་རྒྱལ་སར་ཞུགས་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲིད་བཟུང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་འདས་པ་དང་། མ་འོངས་པ་དང་། ད་ལྟར་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་དང་ཁྲིམས་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ལྟ་ཞིང་རྟོག་གོ །དེ་ལྟར་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཀུན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྟོགས་ནས་རྒྱུ་དང་འབྲས་བུ་སྨིན་པ་ཡང་ཤེས་ཏེ། They were previously happy and comfortable, so they become busy and impoverished, always entangled in various nets of afflictions, and taking the opportunity to take refuge in the six heretical teachers, retreating from the noble path and indulging in the three lower realms. At that time, in that land, Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas who had previously made offerings and served countless Buddhas, entered the ocean of Buddha's qualities, and dwelt in the realm of the Buddhas of the past, all gathered together and came before me, saying in unison: You, in the past, diligently practiced immeasurable giving, strictly guarded the precepts, and with extremely diligent effort practiced extremely difficult practices, and completely meditated on everything. Like this, adorned with the accumulation of merit and wisdom, wisdom and skillful means, great compassion, etc., you have become a treasure of great qualities, obtained great patience from all samadhis and dharanis, and become an ocean that fully possesses all the qualities of the earth. Without deception and falsehood, with an extremely tall body, possessing excellent marks and characteristics, possessing enduring patience, and being extremely beautiful, not relying on others, cultivating the path of enlightenment, completely possessing the ocean of all wisdom, possessing excellent and supreme color, becoming the great teacher of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, becoming the protector of all beings who fear samsara, adorned with immeasurable qualities such as love and great compassion. Bhagavan, dispelling wrong faith, and the true sons such as Vajrapani and Light-Holder, will manifest enlightenment in this fortunate aeon, becoming the most important among all Bodhisattvas, possessing the fragrance of various qualities, bathing with the pure water of Shamatha and Vipassana, wearing the garment of shame and modesty, holding the pure Dharmadhatu as the jewel on the crown of the head, being the vast realm of all Buddhas.

Adorned with a garland of flowers as a headdress, bound by the thread of liberation, and furthermore, completely adorned with the jewels of qualities such as the wisdom of knowing all aspects and the forbearance of non-arising, wearing the precious shoes of great love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, covered by the umbrella that perfectly causes the three practices that completely cover the three realms to become the cause of complete accomplishment, having arranged the vajra-like seat of samadhi held by the Buddhas of the past, gods, and sages, abiding in the four mindfulnesses held with reverence and offerings by all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, seated on the seat laid by all the Buddhas of the past, manifestly awakened to unsurpassed enlightenment. In order not to cut off the lineage of the Three Jewels, which have become the wisdom of omniscience, the wheel of Dharma was turned. Having beaten the drum of Dharma, the sound of Dharma was proclaimed throughout the three realms, and all beings such as gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, kumbhandas, spirits, flesh-eaters, stinking ghosts, body-stinking ghosts, humans and non-humans, were liberated by the four noble truths. The wheel of Dharma with twelve branches, which no one in the world, including ascetics, brahmins, gods, demons, Brahma, humans and non-humans, has ever turned, in order to obtain the supreme great benefit of benefiting and bringing happiness to the immeasurable gods and humans in the world, that which no one had ever turned before was thoroughly turned in three ways. Having completely exhausted all outflows, having established them in the supreme fruit of liberation, and having placed all in happiness according to their wishes, and those sentient beings who possess power, he also establishes them in the three vehicles, making them irreversible. Son of the lineage, for example, the great king of the royal lineage who was enthroned from the crown of his head, as soon as he ascended the throne and took hold of the royal power, all the kings of the past, future, and present greatly observe and contemplate the Dharma and the laws. Thus, having thoroughly understood the wheel of activities of all kings, and also knowing the ripening of cause and effect, he gives the appropriate means according to what each possesses, and puts them into action. Therefore, the wise and foolish people living in that land are made to perform three kinds of wheels of activity. By the power of that wheel of activity, all the sentient beings living there enjoy various kinds of pleasing necessities of life for a long time, happiness and joy increase, and all external enemies are also subdued. What are the three wheels of activity? They are as follows: the king establishes the wheel of political activity, trains those who are skilled in warfare, makes them proficient in martial arts, subdues external enemies, and protects many people; he establishes the wheel of activity of fields and dwellings, builds houses, smoothly carries out farming with agricultural tools, makes them happy, and makes them free from the worries of food and clothing; he establishes the wheel of activity of searching for precious jewels, makes them learn commerce and various crafts, allows them to freely use various necessities of life, and makes them happy and joyful.
