It is so. Why is that? Because the Dharma of the Tathagatas abides, it abides without moving in the manner of the unmoving Dharmadhatu. Son of lineage, therefore, son of lineage or daughter of lineage, wishing to enter into the manner of the Dharma of the Tathagatas, should not waver from desire. Should not waver from hatred. Should not waver from delusion. Should not waver from all afflictions. Should not waver from the eye and form, and from the consciousness of the eye. Similarly, not from the ear and sound, and the consciousness of the ear; the nose and smell, and the consciousness of the nose; the tongue and taste, and the consciousness of the tongue; the body and touch, and the consciousness of the body; the mind and dharma, and the consciousness of the mind. One should not waver from the perception of all dharmas. Nor should one abide in the perception of all dharmas. Why is that? If one wavers from desire, one will waver from the Dharmadhatu. Why is that? Because by the meaning of emptiness being unmoving, desire itself is the Dharmadhatu. If one wavers from hatred, one will waver from the Dharmadhatu. Why is that? Because by the meaning of signlessness being unmoving, hatred itself is the Dharmadhatu. If one wavers from delusion, one will waver from the Dharmadhatu. Why is that? Because by the meaning of wishlessness being unmoving, delusion itself is the Dharmadhatu. If one wavers from all afflictions, one will waver from the Dharmadhatu. Why is that? Because by the meaning of realizing the nature of all afflictions as they are, without wavering, all afflictions themselves are the Dharmadhatu. If one wavers from the eye and form, and from the consciousness of the eye, one will waver from the Dharmadhatu. Why is that? Because by the meaning of dependent arising being unmoving, the eye and form, and the consciousness of the eye themselves are the Dharmadhatu. Similarly, if from the ear and sound, and the consciousness of the ear; the nose and smell

And, if one wavers from the consciousness of the nose, the tongue, taste, the consciousness of the tongue, the body, touch, the consciousness of the body, the mind, phenomena, and the consciousness of the mind, one will waver from the realm of phenomena. Why is that? Because of the meaning of the unmoving arising in dependence, the mind, phenomena, and the consciousness of the mind itself are the realm of phenomena. If one wavers from the concept of all phenomena, one will waver from the realm of phenomena. Why is that? Because of the meaning of the unmoving realization of the nature of the concept of all phenomena as it is, the concept of all phenomena itself is the realm of phenomena. I, having understood that, if I see this statement as a perverse view, seeing it as a perverse view, that is its correct view. In the manner of without refuting and without establishing, even without wavering from the perverse view, and even apart from having no perverse view, there is no correct view, because all phenomena are non-dual. Seeing the perverse view as it is, is the correct view, but if one clings to dualistic concepts, there is no correct view. Son of good family, for example, if someone at night walks on a path in the dark, and he sees many dense trees in an empty wilderness, and he generates the concept that there are robbers under a tree there, and is afraid and does not go on that path, son of good family, what do you think? Would that person, without the appearance of phenomena and without the manifestation of the tree, be liberated from that dense forest, or be without the fear of robbers? He replied: Blessed One, it is not so. The Blessed One said: Son of good family, what do you think? If that person also has the appearance of phenomena and the tree is also manifested, would he be liberated from that dense forest, or be without the fear of robbers? He replied: Blessed One, it is so. Why is that? Blessed One, because that person generated the concept of fear for something that has no fear, and speculated about what is not true. The Blessed One said.
