Should be completely meditated upon. Holder of the world, if you diligently meditate on this Dharma, before long you will attain unobstructed wisdom in this Dharma. Holder of the world, in the past, immeasurable, countless, inconceivable, and incalculable eons ago, there appeared in the world a Buddha named Immeasurable Merit Light King, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, endowed with knowledge and conduct, the Sugata, Knower of the World, Unsurpassed Trainer of Beings, Teacher of Gods and Humans, Buddha, the Bhagavan. The lifespan of the Bhagavan Immeasurable Light Merit King was one kalpa. That Buddha's field was also covered with a net of seven jewels. The Tala trees of seven jewels adorned that world. Those Tala trees were also covered with a net of seven jewels. Under each of those trees was a lion throne. From all those Tala trees, divine garments were born naturally. Those lion thrones were also made of Vaidurya jewels, gold from the Jambu River, and red pearls. The four sides of those Tala trees were surrounded and adorned with fragrant trees and flower trees. Under each of those trees was a pond, filled with water possessing eight qualities. Those ponds were also made of crystal, Amra fruit, and red pearls. The surfaces of those waters were covered with blue lotuses, red lotuses, white lotuses, and water lilies. The banks of those ponds were also made of seven jewels. Holder of the world, that Buddha's field was thus adorned with many jewels. On the four sides of that world, there were also thirty-three thousand trees of the gods' divine substance, Parijata and Kovidara, surrounding the edge of that world. 而且，从所有珍宝之网中，自然发出各种各样的神圣声音，就像诸神的歌声和赞美诗一样。总是能听到如此美妙的声音。没有三种恶道，甚至听不到三种恶道的名称。世间依怙薄伽梵无量光功德王为众生广说了这些法。即是说，宣说了般若波罗蜜多和菩萨藏，能断除一切众生的疑惑，使一切众生非常欢喜。世间依怙薄伽梵无量光功德王说法时，即使一天一夜，也有无数千万的众生发起无上正等觉之心。所有这些发心者，都将圆满菩提资粮。世间依怙薄伽梵无量光功德王就这样使无数不可思议的众生完全成熟于无上正等觉。那个佛土中也有非常多的菩萨摩诃萨。世间依怙薄伽梵入灭后，正法住世半劫。薄伽梵无量光功德王入灭后，正法快要毁灭时，从下方经过十个佛土之外，有一位菩萨名为无量慧，从那里去世后转生到这个世界，年满十六岁时出家。当薄伽梵无量光功德王的教法快要毁灭时，菩萨摩诃萨听到了关于蕴、界、处结合的解脱之经。菩萨无量慧听闻此经后，生起大精进，也通达了这些法的究竟，并具有非常甚深的结合力。那位菩萨以那善根的因缘，从那里

Moreover, from all the nets of jewels, various kinds of sacred sounds naturally arise, like the songs and praises of the gods. Such beautiful sounds are always heard. There are no three lower realms; even the names of the three lower realms are not heard. The World-Protector, the Bhagavan King of Qualities of Limitless Light, extensively taught these dharmas to sentient beings. That is to say, he taught the Prajnaparamita and the Bodhisattva Pitaka, which cut off the doubts of all sentient beings and make all sentient beings very happy. When the World-Protector, the Bhagavan King of Qualities of Limitless Light, taught the Dharma, even in one day and night, countless hundreds of thousands of sentient beings generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. All those who generated the mind will perfect the accumulations of enlightenment. The World-Protector, the Bhagavan King of Qualities of Limitless Light, thus completely matured countless, immeasurable sentient beings in unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. In that Buddha-field, there are also very many Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas. After the World-Protector, the Bhagavan, passed into complete nirvana, the sacred Dharma remained for half a kalpa. After the Bhagavan King of Qualities of Limitless Light passed into complete nirvana, when the sacred Dharma was about to perish, from beyond ten Buddha-fields below, a Bodhisattva named Limitless Intelligence, after passing away from there, was born in this world, and when he was sixteen years old, he went forth. When the teachings of the Bhagavan King of Qualities of Limitless Light were about to perish, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva heard the sutra on the combination of the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas, which leads to liberation. After hearing this sutra, the Bodhisattva Limitless Intelligence generated great diligence, also reached the ultimate of these dharmas, and possessed a very profound power of combination. That Bodhisattva, by the cause and condition of that very root of virtue, from there
