The eighteen realms and, the twelve links of dependent origination and, the four mindfulnesses and, the four right abandonments and, the four legs of magical power and, the five faculties and, the five powers and, the seven branches of enlightenment and, the eight noble path branches and, mundane and supramundane dharmas and, conditioned and unconditioned dharmas will obtain union. Furthermore, the true nature of all dharmas will be quickly obtained. Expertise in distinguishing the characteristics of all dharmas will be quickly obtained, the power of mindfulness will be quickly obtained, and the wisdom of expertise in distinguishing all dharmas will be quickly obtained. Furthermore, even if this body is abandoned, from having uninterrupted mindfulness until unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, it will be quickly obtained. This "World Holder Sutra" will, in the future, in later times, bring about the appearance of great Dharma for many beings, and with the light of wisdom, it will become the cause and condition of merit. Furthermore, the accumulation of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of the bodhisattvas will be completely fulfilled. World Holder Bodhisattva, whichever bodhisattva in the future, in later times, if they possess or encounter this sutra, or another profound sutra belonging to the treasury of enlightenment, and those corresponding to the perfections, then that person will not be obstructed by demons, nor will they be obstructed by karmic obscurations. World Holder, if that person has not yet obtained the tolerance of unborn dharmas, then I prophesy that they will obtain the tolerance of unborn dharmas from two or three Buddhas. If they have already obtained the tolerance of unborn dharmas, then they will also quickly obtain mastery over all dharmas, quickly obtain a pure Buddha-field, quickly obtain immeasurable assemblies of hearers, and quickly obtain assemblies of bodhisattvas. World Holder, I have spoken this Dharma Seal Sutra in order to dispel the doubts of many beings in the future, in later times. World Holder, the bodhisattvas, the great beings.

见到有益的四种事物，为了未来能够守护和受持此经等，要受持誓言。四种是什么呢？即是说，菩萨们这样想：我将迅速获得无量无边的功德；众生将生起广大的善根，并且守护和受持佛陀净土的真实之法；我将受持一切佛陀的法藏；无量佛陀将赞叹和称扬我。这就是四种。持世菩萨摩诃萨等，我于无量百千劫中所积聚的法宝藏，要为天人和人们广为宣说。当时，善护等以头顶礼拜世尊之足，禀白说：我等尽己所能，并以世尊的加持，在未来没有佛陀出世之时，也要广为宣说此法宝藏。世尊宣说此《法印经》时，无数无量无边一生补处菩萨都圆满了善根。无量百千众生都发起了无上正等觉之心，并且无疑地得到了无上正等觉的授记。世尊如是说已，持世菩萨和善护等其他菩萨以及四众眷属、天、人、阿修罗等一切众生，都对世尊所说感到欢喜。 《教诫品》第十二。 《圣持世经》圆满。 《圣持世所问大乘经》。

Seeing the four beneficial things, in order to protect and uphold this sutra and others in the future, one should take vows. What are the four? They are: Bodhisattvas think, 'I will quickly obtain immeasurable and boundless merits'; 'Sentient beings will generate great roots of virtue, and uphold and protect the true Dharma of the Buddha's pure land'; 'I will uphold the Dharma treasury of all Buddhas'; 'Immeasurable Buddhas will praise and extol me.' These are the four. Holder of the World, Bodhisattva Mahasattva, and others, this Dharma treasury that I have accumulated for countless hundreds of thousands of kalpas, you should widely proclaim it to gods and humans. At that time, Good Protector and others bowed their heads to the feet of the Bhagavan and said, 'As much as we can, and with the blessings of the Bhagavan, we will widely proclaim and explain this Dharma treasury in the future when there are no Buddhas in the world.' When the Bhagavan spoke this Sutra of the Seal of Dharma, countless, immeasurable, and boundless Bodhisattvas who were bound by one lifetime completed their roots of virtue. Immeasurable hundreds of thousands of sentient beings generated the mind of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and undoubtedly received the prediction of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Having spoken thus, the Bhagavan, Holder of the World Bodhisattva and Good Protector and other Bodhisattvas, as well as the fourfold assembly, gods, humans, asuras, and all beings, rejoiced in what the Bhagavan had said.
