And not to be used for abiding, and not to be used for grasping at self, and not to be used for grasping at mine, and not to be used for permanence and annihilation, and not to be used for views of extremes, and not to be used for manifest clinging to the middle way, and the place of the essence of self and phenomena, and the place of non-place, and the place of the nature of phenomena, and the place of all phenomena, and the place of emptiness and non-emptiness, and the place of extreme abiding, and all phenomena are unmoving, and non-abiding, and without abiding, and without essence, and without movement, and without elaboration, and without taking, and without abandoning, and without affirming, and without taking, and whoever knows this Dharma, but does not boast of knowing, this is correct, and that alone, and suchness, and is called Dharma knowledge. Daughter, if a Bodhisattva understands all Dharmas in this way, and also engages in Samsara in order to tame other beings, and does not waver from the Dharmata of Nirvana, this is the perfect conduct of a Bodhisattva. When this Dharma practice teaching was taught, eight thousand Bodhisattvas attained great patience. The daughter Jewel offered the Blessed One a necklace of pearls worth a hundred thousand kotis, and said these words: Blessed One, if a Bodhisattva is diligent in this Dharma practice, this is diligence in all the Buddhadharmas. His prediction is this: Having stayed at the Bodhi tree, having defeated the demons and opponents, he is regarded as having been sealed with the seal of non-retrogression. Then, the venerable Sharadvatiputra said to the daughter Jewel: Daughter, do you know the seal of non-retrogression for Bodhisattvas? Then, the daughter Jewel at that time spoke these verses to the venerable Sharadvatiputra: Here, the Dharmadhatu, the realm of beings, having equally realized with reality, whatever non-dual realization, that is the seal of non-retrogression. Whatever Buddhas of the past, and those who have appeared now and those who have not come, all are equal in the Dharmadhatu, those who have realized are non-retrogressing. Whatever compounded realms and

Whatever is the unconditioned realm, Emptiness by the meaning of solitude, Having understood this, one does not turn back. The limit of the past is limitless, Its measure is invisible, Possessing a single instant of mind, Having understood this, one does not turn back. Whatever worldly dharmas, All objects of experience that are designated for practice, Are understood by wisdom, Whatever these are, one does not turn back. However many are the realms of demons, With whatever the realms of the Buddhas, Knowing these as non-dual, This is sealed with this mudra. Whatever are desire, hatred, and ignorance, Whatever endless afflictions, With whatever knowing from the root of conceptualization, Arising, one does not turn back. Samsara and nirvana, Also the teaching of enlightenment and peace, Not different, all equal, Having understood this, one does not turn back. The skandhas as they are, are enlightenment, The skandhas and enlightenment are non-dual, Knowing them equally as like illusions, Those without conceptualization are wise. Whatever are the four elements, Are elements equal to space, Having understood them without grasping, Is sealed with the true mudra. The eye is enlightenment, not enlightenment, The Buddha taught it as emptiness, Just as the eye is enlightenment, It is equal with constant equality. Thus all the sense bases, Are always empty, enlightenment is equal, Those who thoroughly know this way, Are sealed with that mudra. The minds of all sentient beings, Knowing well with one mind, That is from perfect enlightenment, There is no doubt of not turning back. Whatever are the faculties of all sentient beings, Superior, middling, and inferior, Whatever perfections there are, Those are irreversible. It is unobstructed fearlessness, Constantly without interruption, Even if spoken of for billions of kalpas, The praise of it will not be exhausted. The realm of space may be exhausted, The wind may be caught with a lasso, The fearlessness of it, in the world, Exhausting it cannot be done. With whatever the mind is not deluded, And hearing is not in vain, Holding all the dharmas, Dharani is the field of activity for those. Whatever excellent dharma is taught, By the guides of all ten directions, Having obtained dharani, all of that, Is held by memory and knowledge. Dharani, by being greatly practiced,
