With this virtuous mind of repentance, may I, in that Khotan (Xinjiang Hotan), see impermanence until the time of my death does not come. When the Azha and Sumba come to that land, may I take death as an opportunity to be reborn in the Pure Land of Bliss. The brother of the Immaculate Light Goddess, the son of King Ajatashatru, who was very arrogant and conceited, came to the Shakya battlefield to watch the war, joining the army of King Holy Born One. He also committed sins such as killing people. When he saw many beings dying there, he saw the Buddha and felt great regret and sadness. At that time, he said to the Immaculate Light Goddess: I am your very bad brother, you heard that I committed sins in that war and were pleased, unwholesomeness arose in your mind, with the ripening of this karma, the Sumba army will come to your country. At that time, just as it is now, I will become your bad brother there, you will obtain impure samadhi alone for no reason, just as you initially obtained the dharani. At that time, I will also be liberated from the suffering of hell and animals by your power, and become the Yaksha King Vaishravana.

At that time, that goddess's younger brother became known as Genaenma Husha, he had always been her brother, and because of his previous karma, he frightened beings, and he also saw his sister making vows in front of the Blessed One, and he also saw that after making vows in front of the Blessed One, she vowed to protect the entire country of Li (present-day Hotan, Xinjiang). Then, the younger brother of the goddess Immaculate Light, the son of King Ajatashatru, bowed with folded hands towards the place where the Blessed One was, and said this: In the past, I have served many Buddhas, Blessed Ones, and have been born in all times, and have also done many affairs of the kingdom. My sister also practices the conduct of a Bodhisattva in the form of a woman, and she has vowed to protect the entire country of Li (present-day Hotan, Xinjiang), that is a great undertaking, the Buddha, Blessed One, yourself knows the thoughts of women. Please also grant such a dharani that my lineage may long hold the kingdom in Li country. After taking birth and obtaining the fruit, may I also be born among the gods after death. When the Sumpas or the red-faced ones come to Li country, may I become the king of the land of star-stones, and become the namesake of the goddess Immaculate Light. In order to make Li country flourish, may I become her friend. When that youth prayed thus and made the aspiration, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called "Victorious over the Maras." The gods also rained down a rain of divine flowers and played divine musical instruments. The Blessed One arose from that samadhi and said: "The merit and roots of virtue that I have accumulated from the initial generation of the mind until sitting under the Bodhi tree, and the great accumulation of merit and miraculous powers of the many deeds of the Buddhas performed by many other Tathagatas, I will gather these together in one place and unite them as one. In order to ensure that the land of Li country, which will be protected by the goddess Immaculate Light in the future, will be able to dwell stably, I will place it in my hand." Then, the Blessed One disappeared from Vulture Peak Mountain and went to the place where Li country and the holy place of the Great Sage Shakyamuni, the Gomasala Gandha Stupa, will appear. While dwelling there, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called "Adorned with All Glory" and emitted a radiance called "Lamp of Wisdom." All those assemblies dwelling on Vulture Peak Mountain also saw, while seated in the same place, the Blessed One seated in the lotus posture in the direction where Li country would appear. The Bodhisattvas dwelling on the holy place of the Great Sage Shakyamuni, called Mount Ox-horn, who were the friends of the Blessed One Shakyamuni when he was practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, also saw those rays of light.
