为了长久住留，在此降生。无论何时那个地方发生灾难，在那时将那些佛的名号，和那些陀罗尼咒语，以及之前所说的那些光芒书写下来，安放在城市的各个门口，也书写在军队的旗帜上并放置好。也让人们读诵和佩戴，就能免受敌方军队的恐惧，免受饥荒的恐惧，能够消除业障，能够圆满一切善的方面，并且能如众生所愿地利益他们。对于生病的众生，也会成为救护。对于那些罪业 极其深重的人，也要在二十一天里念诵佛的名号、陀罗尼咒语和光芒，并且忆念十方诸佛世尊。无论何处有舍利塔，或者有佛像，都要在其面前于三时念诵，那么一切所希望的善的方面都会迅速圆满，并且那些光芒也会停留在其上。如果敌方军队来临，也要念诵。或者念诵七天。无论是谁，如果遭受损害，或者生病，或者如其所愿地念诵，或者读诵。如果不能读诵，那么就在绳子上念诵七遍，打结后佩戴，就能从一切损害中解脱。无论哪个城市的门口书写并安放佛的名号、陀罗尼咒语和光芒，那个城市就不会被其他军队摧毁。对于经常念诵的人来说，不需要戒荤，也不需要戒其他东西。然后，对于那些跟随佛出家的善男子，那些非常谨慎和小心的人，圣观自在菩萨这样说道：孩子们，不要小心谨慎。为了你们的利益，僧团的众多寺院，以及法王所建造的香室等等，都具有舍利。

In order to stay for a long time, I took birth here. Whenever a calamity occurs in that place, at that time, write down those names of the Buddhas, and those dharani mantras, and those rays of light previously mentioned, and place them at all the gates of the city, and also write them on the banners of the army and place them there. Also, if people are made to read and carry them, they will be free from the fear of enemy armies, free from the fear of famine, able to eliminate karmic obstacles, able to perfect all aspects of virtue, and able to benefit sentient beings as they wish. For sick sentient beings, it will also become a refuge. Even if someone has sinful actions that are extremely heavy, they should recite the names of the Buddhas, the dharani mantras, and the rays of light for twenty-one days, and remember the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the ten directions. Wherever there is a stupa containing relics, or a Buddha image, if one recites in front of it at the three times, then whatever virtuous aspect is desired will be quickly fulfilled, and those rays of light will also remain upon it. If an enemy army comes, one should also recite. Or recite for seven days. Whoever it may be, if they are harmed, or sick, or recite as they wish, or read. If one cannot read, then recite seven times on a string, tie a knot, and wear it, and one will be liberated from all harm. Whichever city's gates are written with and placed with the names of the Buddhas, the dharani mantras, and the rays of light, that city will not be destroyed by other armies. For those who constantly recite, there is no need to abstain from meat, nor is there a need to abstain from other things. Then, to those sons of good family who have gone forth after the Buddha, those who are very mindful and cautious, the noble Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara said this: Children, do not be cautious. For your benefit, many monasteries of the Sangha, and incense chambers and so on built by the Dharma King, all possess relics.

A stupa of endowment will appear in that land. As long as the teachings of the Buddha Bhagavan remain in that land, a king who can destroy the entire land will not appear. For example, Dangar, called "Delightful," and the city marked with a pig, and those three ancient cities, as long as the Buddha's teachings remain, and offerings are made to all the Sangha, and the Buddha's stupa exists in Kapilavastu, they will not be destroyed. Then, the Bodhisattva Arya Avalokiteshvara called all the sons of the Victorious One and instructed them: "O friends, Bodhisattvas, and all the gods, etc., who protect that land, when an unlawful king destroys that land, do not abandon it. If some do not listen to the Buddha's teachings and abandon the land at the time of destruction, they will be obstructed from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment for many kalpas." Then he recited this dharani mantra: Tadyatha. Kāle. Akāle. Nime bhapraveśā. Ākālikrame. Anime. Abraveśā. Pare same parisamiti. Sasa se. Asasa se. Sakute. Varure. Parure. Agame. Asamamote. Then, the Bodhisattva Arya Avalokiteshvara asked the one who had become the king of Li country: "This is your birth. Whatever you have done, and whatever you have done to give up your body and life for the sake of the Three Jewels, that is the work of the sons of the Buddha, you have done well. When the fear of a great enemy arises in the country, then this sutra should be read, held, and offered to. Then all fears will be pacified, and even Sahapati will become a friend. For the sake of protecting the country, this sutra should be written according to the ritual and kept in the king's palace. It should also be written in the same way outside the king's palace and at the gates of the city.

Whenever someone reads, learns, or upholds this text, then at that time, that place will be liberated from epidemic diseases and all kinds of harm. After the noble Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva spoke thus, the gods residing in the sky rained down divine flowers, played divine musical instruments, and beat divine drums. All the bodhisattvas, gods, and dragon kings spoke these words: "Whenever those dharani mantras, rays of light, and names of the Buddhas come to that place, we will also come again, just as we came before the Blessed One Shakyamuni. We should also bestow dharani mantras for the sake of protecting the king's country, and give whatever the holy one asks for." Then, a bodhisattva appeared in the form of a woman, named "Adorned Individually by the Light of Vairochana's Realm," residing there. The Tathagata, Lotus Petal Immaculate Star King, made a vow in the presence of the fully blossomed flower of manifest wisdom: "By all means, may I go to the Sahā world, the Buddha-field of the Blessed One Shakyamuni. There, may I hear from the Blessed One the Dharma discourse called the 'White Lotus Sutra of the Wonderful Dharma.'
