There, also perform a fire offering, burning black agarwood, white sandalwood, red sandalwood, yellow sandalwood firewood, as well as unhusked rice and shariba. The ritual should be performed as follows: in the mandala, recite once for each of the thousand whisks, and then perform the fire offering. Also burn black agarwood, Chinese incense, kaliyaka, camphor, shiliya, saffron, and duruka incense there. At that time, also recite this Dharani as in the extensive ritual of the Horse Place Mantra. Also inquire of the mountain deity there. Or recite on the mountain. Then, the Bhagavan said to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara: At that time, you should remember that thorough determination.
