Becoming independent, he is without greed and without a mind of harming others, and has right view. The mind of enlightenment never declines, whether it is an equal mind or an unequal mind. Because all the distractions of his mind, all the movements of his mind, and all the roughness of his mind are completely purified, he spends his days and nights with a mind that follows loving-kindness. This King of Manifestation is the ninth of the unique qualities of a Bodhisattva. As soon as he is born, scriptures, secret mantras, knowledge mantras, medicine, knowledge of calculation, writing, crafts, numbers, and calculations, even if he has not heard them and has no teacher, will manifest. He is skilled in all scriptures and crafts, and for the transcendent dharmas, he possesses wisdom that does not rely on others and does not look at the faces of others. Instead, the gods and other worldly beings will think, "Let us listen and learn," and will look to his face. This King of Manifestation is the tenth of the unique qualities of a Bodhisattva. When he administers worldly healing to other beings and other people, he does not expect to gain profit, respect, or fame, but with great compassion as a guide, he remembers the transcendent nature of dharma. In worldly healing, the Bodhisattva thinks, "When will I be able to liberate beings from this disease of imbalance? After liberating them, I must also completely abandon the disease of afflictions, pacify all suffering, and lead them to nirvana." He will gain such remembrance. This King of Manifestation is the eleventh of the unique qualities of a Bodhisattva. Without making prayers or having expectations, the state of Indra, the state of Brahma, and the kingdom of a Chakravartin will naturally be accomplished. The Bodhisattva does not seek the state of Indra or the state of Brahma, nor does he seek the kingdom of a Chakravartin, but these do not require effort and will naturally manifest.

will be accomplished. That Bodhisattva does not practice celibacy because of desiring form, not because of desiring enjoyment, not because of desiring kingship, not because of desiring servants, and not because of desiring fame, speech, and sound. Those will also be naturally accomplished, without needing to seek, and will be accomplished without expectation. That King of Transformation is the twelfth unmixed Dharma of the Bodhisattva. Even when he abides in the dominion of kingship, those gods who previously saw the Buddha will come to that Bodhisattva's presence, causing him to remember, urging him, and declaring these words to him: 'This is what should be done, this is what should not be done, this action will turn into Bodhi, this action will completely decay.' If you act in this way and abide in this way, the faculties will be in accordance with the unsurpassed, perfectly complete Bodhi. The gods also urge him in this way, and he naturally does not deviate from the path of the Bodhisattva. That King of Transformation is the thirteenth unmixed Dharma of the Bodhisattva. No matter how angry, extremely hateful, contemptuous, wrathful, malicious, and naturally unruly beings are, they cannot harm that Bodhisattva with body, speech, or mind. Even those angry, contemptuous, wrathful, and malicious beings will develop faith simply by seeing him. He does not retaliate against those who do evil to him, but rather, in order to bring them into accordance with the Dharma, he causes them to develop true faith. Those beings who do evil to him will also not fall into the lower realms. Why is that? Because the Bodhisattva has initially completely purified and completely perfected the unmixed Dharma of morality. Therefore, the aspiration made by the mind of one who possesses morality will also be fulfilled. That King of Transformation is the Bodhisattva's

This is the fourteenth unmixed dharma arising from the aspiration of vows. Those sentient beings who are faithless and miserly, who have wrong views and disregard karma, who do not rely on the ripening of karma, who turn their backs on the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, who are faithless and disrespectful towards other ascetics and Brahmins, who do not associate with or respect them, and who do not pay homage, will, upon seeing the Bodhisattva, or seeing his conduct, or hearing of him, naturally develop faith and respect, associate with and respect him, and pay homage. The King of Transformations, this is the fifteenth unmixed dharma of the Bodhisattva. Among the gods, or nagas, or yakshas, or gandharvas, or sages, or Brahma, whoever considers themselves a teacher and is known as a teacher in the world, the Bodhisattva will become even more famous. The gods, or nagas, or yakshas, or gandharvas, or sages, or Brahma, whoever considers themselves a teacher, will bow down to the Bodhisattva, prostrate with reverence, serve him, and make offerings to him. Those beings will think, "This was my teacher before," and then come to associate with him, respect him, and gain faith, thinking, "This one is the chief, this one is the most excellent." The King of Transformations, this is the sixteenth unmixed dharma of the Bodhisattva. In whatever family or city virtuous dharmas increase, non-virtuous dharmas decrease, sentient beings are matured, and the sacred Dharma is upheld, the Bodhisattva will naturally be born there. He will have parents who have correctly taken birth and entered there. In whatever country or region the Bodhisattva is born, that place will become the sole teacher, remembered and venerated. No sentient being from that region will ever go to a lower realm. Why? Because the Bodhisattva's roots of virtue completely encompass them. Even after they die, they will be reborn in the realms of gods and humans. The King of Transformations, this is the seventeenth unmixed dharma of the Bodhisattva. In order to fully accomplish clairvoyance and wisdom, Bodhi
