Will be done. A Bodhisattva with the power of wisdom becomes a virtuous power in all ways. A Bodhisattva who becomes the master of wisdom obtains the power of dominion over all. The emanation of a Bodhisattva's wisdom is that in all ways, the emanation of all dharmas is attained. A Bodhisattva who wields the weapon of wisdom cuts off and utterly separates all afflictions. A Bodhisattva who abides in wisdom completely holds the abode of all dharmas. A Bodhisattva who makes the light of wisdom obtains the array of the light of the Buddhas. A Bodhisattva endowed with wisdom realizes that all virtuous dharmas are spontaneously accomplished. Like the king of emanations, for example, when an arrow is shot into the sky, it goes as far as the force of the shot, and then it falls back to the ground without needing to be searched for. Similarly, like the king of emanations, the power of the pure wisdom of a Bodhisattva also descends upon all virtuous dharmas without needing to be sought. The power that moves as many Buddha-fields as there are grains of sand in the Ganges in a single instant, and the power that defeats the great armies of demons, also shows everywhere in the essence of enlightenment. After attaining enlightenment, by what powers are the ten powers that are unmatched by the world, including gods, nagas, and asuras, also attained? Like the king of emanations, these emanations of discipline, clairvoyance, knowledge, and wisdom will be heard by the ears of those Bodhisattvas, great beings, who generate roots of virtue. All those who are delighted to hear this Dharma discourse will especially practice these four emanations. Why is that? Because these are not possessed by all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Then, the Bodhisattva, the king of emanations, was delighted, joyful, and elated to receive the answer to his question. His mind was happy, exceedingly joyful, content, and admiring. He folded his palms towards the Thus-Gone One, looked without blinking, and spoke.

Thus he spoke. O Blessed One, just as the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, manifests transformations, may all sentient beings also be transformed by those transformations. Then, the Bodhisattva-Mahāsattva, the King of Transformations, blessed heaps of exceedingly fragrant flowers of gods and humans, of various colors, and with those flowers he scattered the Tathāgata, all the Bodhisattvas, and all the retinue. As soon as those flowers were scattered, all those who were touched on their bodies appeared to be adorned with marks and excellent signs, like the color of gold. From the sky, a hundred thousand gods also spoke these words: "O Blessed One, whatever sentient beings have faith in this transformation and generate the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, those beings are adorned with the adornments of the Buddha. Why is that? Because all these transformations belong to the realm of the mind of omniscience. If the Blessed One had not previously generated the mind of enlightenment, how could we have heard of these inconceivable transformations of the Dharma in this way?" Then the Blessed One gave praise to those sons of the gods, saying, "Well done!" After giving praise, he spoke to the Bodhisattva, the King of Transformations: "O King of Transformations, I remember that beyond the Tathāgata Dipamkara, there appeared the seventieth Tathāgata named Great Radiance of All Light and Splendor. That Tathāgata also extensively revealed the chapter on the door of the Dharma, teaching only these four transformations. There was also a Bodhisattva named Abundant Land, and when he asked him, and that Tathāgata spoke of this category of Dharma, eight thousand Bodhisattvas attained these transformations and attained acceptance of the unborn Dharma. Thirty-two thousand beings also generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Among them,

I have heard these manifestations, and after hearing them, I have also held them. I obtained forbearance from the Tathagata Dipamkara, and I also perfected those. King of Manifestations, therefore, whether now or after completely passing into Nirvana, any Bodhisattva who listens to this Dharma category, and after hearing it, also holds, recites, masters it, and also extensively and truthfully proclaims it to others, those people will quickly obtain the forbearance of non-origination. At the time of expounding this teaching, thirty-two thousand gods and human beings generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Those sons of gods also manifested and rained down great showers of flowers in order to perform the act of offering to the Bhagavan, and they also played melodious musical instruments. By the power of the Buddha, from those musical instruments also came the sound: "Those beings who, after hearing this Dharma category, believe and hold it, recite it, master it, and also extensively and truthfully proclaim it to others, those are the ones who have great faith, sharp faculties, faith in the Buddha's Dharma, practice wisdom, are embraced by virtuous friends, have accumulated roots of virtue in the past, and possess great compassion for all beings." Thus, the sound was emitted. Then, the Bodhisattva King of Manifestations said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, the Tathagata possesses the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, like those, Bhagavan, do Bodhisattvas also possess the ten powers of a Bodhisattva, the four fearlessnesses of a Bodhisattva, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Bodhisattva?" The Bhagavan replied: "King of Manifestations, those Bodhisattvas who have completely trained, obtained irreversible forbearance, abide on the eighth ground, leap to the ninth ground, and are embraced by the Prajnaparamita and skillful means, they possess those qualities. King of Manifestations, those Bodhisattvas possess the ten powers and the four fearlessnesses."
