It is like that, not seen by the divine eye, and not seen by the eye of wisdom, but seen in that way. What is the reason for that? The eye of flesh is without function, and because it is without function, it does not see. The divine eye is manifestly accumulated, so it is not easy to see what is not accumulated with it. The eye of wisdom is non-discriminating, and because it is non-discriminating, it does not see. The Bodhisattva King of Supreme Transformation, whoever sees the dharmas in that way, sees the Tathagata, not seeing in form, not in feeling, not in perception, not in formations, not seeing in consciousness, not in the excellent marks and signs, not in the realm of dharma, not seeing in discipline, not in samadhi, not in wisdom, not in liberation, not seeing in the wisdom of liberation, not in the past, not in the future, not seeing in the present arising, whoever sees in that way, that is seeing the Tathagata. Then, the Bodhisattva King of Supreme Transformation said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, is there a way that whoever sees the dharmas, he will see the Tathagata? The Blessed One said: King of Supreme Transformation, there is. What is the reason for that? Form is the characteristic of being inexhaustible, the nature of being unborn. Whoever sees form in that way, that is seeing the Tathagata. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are the characteristic of exhaustion, the nature of being unborn. Whoever sees consciousness in that way, that is seeing the Tathagata. Discipline is the characteristic of not manifestly accumulating, it is unconditioned. Whoever sees discipline in that way, that is seeing the Tathagata. Samadhi is seeing equality, it is completely pure. In that way, I saw at the time of the Tathagata Dipamkara, it was completely pure. There I saw dependent arising, therefore I saw the Dharma, and because I saw the Dharma, I also became seeing the Tathagata. Then, the Bodhisattva King of Supreme Transformation said: Blessed One, at the time of the Tathagata Dipamkara,

How do the Tathagatas on the other shore see? The Blessed One said: Seeing the nature of form as fully realized, it is not seeing the Dharmakaya as non-dual. King of Transformations, you should believe, you should understand. Since I generated the mind of enlightenment, I have never seen a Tathagata except for the Tathagata Dipamkara. Why is that? Because seeing the nature of form and seeing the Tathagata is not completely pure. King of Transformations, therefore, those who wish to see the Tathagata should look as I saw Dipamkara as the nature of Dharma being one and the nature of Dharma being non-dual. How is the nature of Dharma one? As my body is, so is the body of Dipamkara. As the body of Dipamkara is, so is the body of all sentient beings. Therefore, the body is one, non-dual, and without distinction. For example, because of the absence of characteristics, one should know that the nature of Dharma is one, but one should not know it through discrimination. King of Transformations, this is called seeing dependent origination. Seeing dependent origination is seeing Dharma, and seeing Dharma is seeing Buddha. Whatever manifests cessation to all who generate the mind, but because they do not enter nirvana, do not arise, and have no object, they show samsara with skillful means and wisdom, this is the transformation of his wisdom. What is knowing the truth in that? The realization of truth that touches the liberation of the Shravakas, and the same realization of truth, after being realized by the Bodhisattva, does not touch liberation, this is the transformation of his wisdom. The realization of truth that touches the liberation of the Pratyekabuddhas, and the same realization of truth, after being realized by the Bodhisattva, does not touch liberation, this is his transformation of non-birth, however, what is called knowing the truth is the gathering of nothing that is not true.
