He teaches the Dharma to all living beings. Having heard the name of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, if one extensively proclaims it to others, one will always be adorned with the thirty-two marks. Whoever holds the name of the Sage, his wisdom will never decline, and when practicing the conduct of enlightenment, he will also make offerings to the Bodhisattvas. By proclaiming the name of the Buddha, in the future when practicing enlightenment, countless billions of Buddhas will be constantly worshiped by the wise. Having heard the name of the Buddha, if one extensively proclaims it to others, the measure of such a collection of merit cannot be described. Thus, having heard this name, even in many future times, one will not have any doubt about the wisdom of the unsurpassed Buddha. Whoever sees the perfectly enlightened Buddha and serves him with respect, this sutra will fall into his hands in the future. Whoever sees me surrounded by the retinue of Bodhisattvas, having heard this sutra, will not have any doubt about it. The Tathagata is immeasurable, having abandoned doubts about the Buddha's Dharma. Thus, the conduct of previous lives, practiced for many hundreds of thousands of kalpas, giving away hands and feet, as well as ears, nose, head, sons, daughters, and lands, without any displeasure in the heart when giving. Whoever hears this sutra, having obtained it in the future, if he proclaims it to others, he will be worthy of offerings. For those who desire the realm of conduct of all Buddhas and manifest enlightenment, never have any doubt about the teachings of the protector of the world. Thus, having heard this sutra, a person without deceit should repeatedly proclaim this sutra at crossroads and other places. Having proclaimed it, if one proclaims it completely and repeatedly for three months, one will obtain the wisdom of the Dharani that holds all Dharmas. Then, the young Licchavi Jewel Net, knowing that the Bhagavan had spoken well, offered the Bhagavan a pair of priceless cloths adorned with gold. 清净显现，东方无数无量的世界全部显现，那些佛土中出生的众生见到了佛土，这个佛土中聚集在如来眷属坛城中的众生也见到了那些佛土。那时，恒河沙数九十九俱胝那样的诸佛世尊向四众眷属显现。以如是神变而显现，即是显现。之后，世尊对离车族青年宝网说：青年，你见到上方无边佛土中如是不可思议，如是不可测量，如是无边际，如是无量，如是不可言说的诸佛世尊了吗？回答说：世尊，见到了。善逝，见到了。世尊说：种姓之子，譬如说，在三千大千世界中，天和人们的名号集合，如来的名号非常多，每一个都有无数不可思议的名号集合。例如，东方有如来名为善妙寂静光荣音声自在王，以及如来名为月轮清净，以及如来名为花光遍戏现证王，以及如来名为花开娑罗树王，以及如来名为珍宝光芒月亮庄严智者光辉音声自在王等。如来一个名号如何，见到各个如来的名号也与此相同吗？回答说：世尊，见到了。善逝，见到了。同样，南方，西方，北方，以及下方，以及上方。

It appeared purely. All the immeasurable and countless world realms of the eastern direction became visible. Those beings who were born in those Buddha-fields saw the Buddha-fields. And those beings who were assembled in the mandala of the Tathagata's retinue in this Buddha-field also saw those Buddha-fields. At that time, ninety-nine kotis of Buddhas, the Bhagavat, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, appeared to the fourfold assembly. By manifesting such miraculous displays, he manifested. Then, the Bhagavat addressed the Licchavi youth Ratnavajra: "Young man, do you see the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in the upper direction, who are inconceivable, immeasurable, boundless, limitless, and inexpressible?" He replied: "Bhagavat, I see them. Sugata, I see them." He said: "Son of good family, it is like this: In the three-thousand great-thousand world realm, the names of the Tathagatas are very numerous due to the collection of names of gods and humans. Each one has countless inconceivable collections of names. For example, in the eastern direction, there are Tathagatas named King of Auspicious, Perfectly Pacified, Glorious Sound, and Sovereignty, and Tathagatas named Pure Lunar Mandala, and Tathagatas named King of Manifest Knowledge, Who Plays with Flower Light, and Tathagatas named King of Blossomed Sala Flower, and Tathagatas named King of Jewel Light, Adorned with the Moon, Wise, Radiant, Sound, and Sovereignty. Just as one Tathagata's name is, do you see that each Tathagata's name is similar to that?" He replied: "Bhagavat, I see them. Sugata, I see them."
