You should be proud of your actions! Manjushri said: Son of the gods, because the mind is completely pure, and because of the solitude of inner and outer, one practices with superior intention; because there is no extreme practice, one practices with union; because the mind is not forgotten, one practices with not forgetting the mind of enlightenment; because the mind is tamed, one practices with generosity; because the mind is peaceful, one practices with discipline; because there is no harm, one practices with patience; because body and mind are solitary, one practices with diligence; because the realm of dharma is without distraction, one practices with meditation; because there is no elaboration, one practices with wisdom; because beings are without self, one practices with loving-kindness; because there are no afflictions and it is extremely peaceful, one practices with compassion; because of naturally liberated, one practices with joy; because of being separated from the two extremes, one practices with equanimity; because from the very beginning there is no arising, one practices with individual observation of impermanence; because complete conceptualization is suffering, one practices with individual observation of suffering; because the inverted is without nature, one practices with individual observation of selflessness; because of completely understanding concepts, one practices with individual observation of peace; because of completely understanding the aggregates as illusory, one practices with complete understanding of suffering; because ignorance precedes, one practices with understanding of the origin; because of naturally ceasing, one practices with understanding of cessation; because there is no attachment to conditioned phenomena, one practices with understanding of the path; because of completely understanding the result, one practices with understanding of the cause; because of dependent arising, one practices with understanding of conditions; because of many, one practices with understanding of assembly; because it is inexpressible, one practices with individual correct knowledge of meaning; because the realm of dharma is undifferentiated, one practices with individual correct knowledge of dharmas; Because name and form do not arise, one practices with individual correct knowledge of definitive words; because sound is similar to an echo in a valley, one practices with individual correct knowledge of fearlessness; because the words are clear, one practices with the meaning

于依赖而行,以及不舍弃识之行境而于智慧依赖而行,以及业之异熟以空性而于了义经部依赖而行,以及令有情完全成熟而于法依赖而行,以及为业极清净之故而行天眼,以及为戒律极清净之故而行天耳,以及为等持极清净之故而行知他心,以及为三时平等之故而行知宿住随念,以及为于心自在之故而行神通现证,以及为不退转之故而行行稳固,以及为不松懈之故而行行坚固,以及为不可动摇之故而行无住,以及以无差别之故而行平等行,以及为不随一切分别之故而如地、水、火、风、虚空般而行,以及为如实成就之相之故而如幻化般而行,以及以非真实之相而如梦境般而行,以及以极度愚昧之相而如阳焰般而行,以及以不隐瞒自性之相而行空性,以及以心无自性之相而行无相,以及以三界无自性之相而行无愿,以及以有为法无自性之相而行无所造作,以及以心、意、识无入之相而行降伏魔军,以及以一切行如实成就之相而不舍断三宝种姓而行,天子,如是而行之菩萨乃是行菩萨行。 (第三品完) 天子说:文殊,菩萨之行远胜于一切声闻和独觉。 文殊说:天子,正是如此。天子,我乃是菩萨以信心而随行。

To practice relying on dependence, and to practice relying on wisdom by not abandoning the realm of consciousness, and to practice relying on the sutras of definitive meaning through the emptiness of the ripening of karma, and to practice relying on the Dharma by completely maturing beings, and to practice the divine eye for the sake of completely purifying karma, and to practice the divine ear for the sake of completely purifying discipline, and to practice knowing the minds of others for the sake of completely purifying samadhi, and to practice knowing the recollection of past lives for the sake of the equality of the three times, and to practice the realization of magical powers for the sake of mastering the mind, and to practice steadfast conduct for the sake of non-reversal, and to practice firm conduct for the sake of non-relaxation, and to practice non-abiding for the sake of immovability, and to practice equal conduct through non-differentiation, and to practice like earth, water, fire, wind, and space because of not following all discriminations, and to practice like an illusion because of the characteristic of perfect accomplishment, and to practice like a dream because of the characteristic of non-reality, and to practice like a mirage because of the characteristic of extreme delusion, and to practice emptiness with the characteristic of not concealing self, and to practice signlessness with the characteristic of the mind being without self-nature, and to practice wishlessness with the characteristic of the three realms being without self-nature, and to practice non-fabrication with the characteristic of conditioned phenomena being without self-nature, and to practice subduing the armies of Mara with the characteristic of the non-entry of mind, intellect, and consciousness, and to practice not cutting off the lineage of the Three Jewels with the characteristic of all conduct being the characteristic of perfect accomplishment. Son of the gods, a Bodhisattva who practices in this way is practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva. (End of the Third Chapter) The son of the gods said: Manjushri, the conduct of a Bodhisattva is far superior to all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Manjushri said: Son of the gods, it is just so. Son of the gods, I am a Bodhisattva who follows with faith.
