This is the accumulation of complete dedication. This is the accumulation of tranquility. This is the accumulation of insight. This is the accumulation of all roots of virtue. O Lord of Nagas, in order for that mind of omniscience to follow after the omniscience that is accumulated in sixteen ways, it should be so. O Lord of Nagas, furthermore, if the mind of omniscience does not regress, and is separated from and abandons the twenty-two wrong paths, then omniscience will be attained. What are these twenty-two? They are as follows: Separated from the mind of a Hearer. Separated from the mind of a Solitary Buddha. Separated from pride. Separated from excessive pride. Separated from deceit. Separated from clinging to the secret words of the world. Separated from wrong entry. Separated from complete weariness. Separated from fear. Separated from arrogance and contention. Separated from desire, hatred, and ignorance. Separated from karmic obscurations. Separated from obscurations of dharma. Separated from praising oneself and blaming others. Separated from the teacher concealing the Dharma. Separated from the concept of forgetfulness. Separated from evil friends. Separated from opposition to virtuous friends. Separated from the unfavorable aspects of the six perfections, such as being separated from stinginess, evil conduct, harmful thoughts, laziness, distraction, and immoral wisdom. O Lord of Nagas, if the mind of omniscience is separated from these wrong paths and these twenty-two evil paths, and is completely abandoned, then omniscience will be attained. It is manifestly superior with the victory banner of liberating wisdom. It is manifestly superior with the victory banner of great compassion. It is manifestly superior with the victory banner of skillful means. It is manifestly superior with the victory banner of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. Towards living beings, it is manifestly superior with the victory banner of no sentient beings, no life, and no individuals. Having understood dependent origination, it is manifestly superior with the victory banner of being free from extreme views. With one's own mind being completely pure, it is manifestly superior with the victory banner blessed by the Buddhas. With the wisdom of omniscience, it is manifestly superior with the victory banner free from pride, conception, various conceptions, and complete conceptions. It is manifestly superior with the victory banner of not forgetting the mind of enlightenment. O Lord of the Nagas, if that mind of generating omniscience is manifestly superior with these twelve victory banners, then all demons, all hosts of demons, and all opposing adversaries will be difficult to subdue. O Lord of the Nagas, furthermore, the mind of omniscience has two abodes. What are the two? They are: the abode of acting according to what is said, and the abode of completely dedicating all roots of virtue to perfect enlightenment. These are the two abodes. O Lord of the Nagas, furthermore, the mind of omniscience has two inexhaustibles. What are the two? They are: the mind without hatred towards all sentient beings, and great compassion towards those who have gone astray. These are the two. O Lord of the Nagas, furthermore, the mind of omniscience has two conjoined dharmas. If it is conjoined with these two, then this mind of omniscience will overcome all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. What are the two? They are skillful means and wisdom. These are the two. O Lord of the Nagas, furthermore, the mind of omniscience has two supports. What are the two? They are: no regret for practices, and no trust in change. These are the two. O Lord of the Nagas, furthermore, the mind of omniscience has two letters. What are the two? They are towards the vehicle of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas.

The good conduct of body, the good conduct of speech, and the good conduct of mind, these three are non-obscurations. Dragon Lord, furthermore, the mind of omniscience, its obscurations are four, what are the four? Namely, abandoning the sacred Dharma, disrespecting the lamas, being angry with the Bodhisattvas, and not understanding the actions of the demons, these four are obscurations. Dragon Lord, furthermore, the mind of omniscience, its non-obscurations are four, what are the four? Completely upholding the sacred Dharma, respecting the lamas, regarding the Bodhisattvas as cherished as the Buddha, and understanding the actions of the demons, these four are non-obscurations. Dragon Lord, furthermore, the mind of omniscience, its attainment of priceless Dharma is five, what are the five? Giving without expecting fruition, morality that does not abide in births, great compassion that does not abandon all sentient beings, giving up body and life without regard to those who are loving and unloving, and teaching the Dharma without seeking gain, respect, and verses, Dragon Lord, the mind of omniscience, its attainment of priceless Dharma is these five.
