ར་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་སླད་དུ་ཞེ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་བདག་གིས་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་ཆོས་ཐོས་པ་ནི་བདག་གིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་སླར་བགྱི་བའི་རྔོ་མི་ཐོགས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་དེས་བདག་སླད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་འདི་འདྲ་བའི་ཆོས་ཐོས་པ་དང་འབྲལ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་གནང་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། དེ་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མ་གནང་ངོ་། །ཟླ་བ་གཉིས་གསོལ་ཏེ། ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མ་གནང་ངོ་། །ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་གསོལ་པ་དང་། ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་ལ་ཅང་མི་གསུང་བས་གནང་བ་མཛད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མ་དྲོས་པས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཅང་མི་གསུང་བས་གནང་བར་རིག་ནས་ཚིམ་ཞིང་མགུ་ལ་ཡི་རངས་ཤིང་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་སྟེ། དགའ་བ་དང་ཡིད་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེས་ནས་གཉེན་དང་འཁོར་དུ་བཅས་པས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་དྲུང་ནས་སོང་སྟེ་སྤྲིན་བསྡུས་འབྲུག་བསྒྲགས་ནས་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་ཆར་པའི་རྒྱུན་མངོན་པར་ཕབ་སྟེ་རང་གི་གནས་སུ་ཕྱིན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མ་དྲོས་པས་བུ་ཐུ་བོ་ལེགས་སྦྱིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་བོས་ནས། ལེགས་སྦྱིན་དང་། ལེགས་གནས་དང་། ཞི་བ་ལྡན་དང་། དབང་པོ་ཞི་དང་། རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་དང་། གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆེ་དང་། གཟི་བརྗིད་དཔག་མེད་དང་། དཔག་མེད་འཛིན་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་དཔག་མེད་འཛིན་དང་། ཀུན་ནས་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟི་བརྗིད་མཆོག་དང་། ནོར་མི་ཟད་དང་། བཟོད་ལྡན་ལ་སོགས་པ་བུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་ཞུགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བསྒོ་བ། གཞོན་ནུ་ཁྱོད་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག ། ཁོ་བོས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་དང་། མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ཏུ་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བའི་ ཕྱིར་གནང་ངོ་། །དེ་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷན་ཅིག་འདུས་ལ་ཀླུའི་རྩེ་བ་དང་། ཀླུའི་དགའ་བ་དང་། ཀླུའི་དབྱིབས་སྤོངས་ཤིག ། འདོད་པ་ལ་རྩེ་བ་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་། སྒྲ་དང་། དྲི་དང་། རོ་དང་། རེག་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་ཆགས་པ་སྤོངས་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མཆོད་པ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་འདུན་པར་བྱའོ། །དྲན་པ་དང་། ཤེས་བཞིན་དང་། བག་ཡོད་པ་ལ་གནས་པར་གྱིས་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་གྱིས་ཤིག ། དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ནི་བག་མངའ་བའོ། །འཁོར་ཀྱང་བག་ཡོད་པའོ། །ཅང་

敬礼！那是什么缘故呢？世尊，我听闻了这样的法，我就不会再有为如来效劳的机会了。为了不让我因为供养如来而与听闻这样的法分离，请世尊为了怜悯我而开许。世尊没有开许。恳请了两个月，世尊仍然没有开许。恳请了半个月，世尊因为怜悯，没有对他说任何话，就开许了。之后，龙王无热恼知道世尊因为没有说话就是开许了，感到满足、高兴、喜悦、非常欢喜，生起了欢喜和愉悦，与亲眷眷属一起向世尊的足下顶礼，从世尊那里离开，聚集云朵，发出雷鸣，在赡部洲降下雨水，然后回到了自己的住所。之后，龙王无热恼召唤了他的长子，名叫善施，以及善住、寂静具、自在寂、种种幻化、大光荣、无量光荣、执持无量、执持无量功德、一切颜色、殊胜光荣、无尽财、忍耐等五百个儿子，他们都已正确地进入了大乘，对他们进行教诫：年轻人，你们要知道！我曾与如来、比丘僧团、具有神通的神通菩萨摩诃萨们一起，用半个月的时间迎请，世尊为了怜悯我而开许了。因此，你们大家聚集在一起，放弃龙的嬉戏、龙的快乐、龙的形相！放弃对欲望的嬉戏，以及对色、声、香、味、触的执着，要极度渴望供养如来！安住在正念、正知、谨慎之中，恭敬世尊！那是什么缘故呢？因为世尊是谨慎的，眷属也是谨慎的。什么

Homage! What is the reason for that? O Blessed One, having heard such a Dharma, I will not have the opportunity to serve the Tathagata again. In order not to be separated from hearing such a Dharma because of offering to the Tathagata, please, O Blessed One, grant permission out of compassion for me. The Blessed One did not grant permission. He requested for two months, but the Blessed One still did not grant permission. After requesting for half a month, the Blessed One, out of compassion, did not say anything to him, and thus granted permission. Then, the Dragon King Anavatapta, knowing that the Blessed One had granted permission by not speaking, felt satisfied, pleased, delighted, and exceedingly joyful. Having generated joy and happiness, together with his relatives and retinue, he prostrated at the feet of the Blessed One, departed from the presence of the Blessed One, gathered clouds, thundered, manifestly poured down rain in Jambudvipa, and then returned to his own abode. Then, the Dragon King Anavatapta summoned his eldest son, named Susiddha, as well as Susthita, Shanti-yukta, Vasu-shanta, Nana-vikurvana, Mahatejas, Aprameya-tejas, Aprameya-dhara, Aprameya-guna-dhara, Sarva-varna, Uttama-tejas, Akshayya-dhana, Kshanti-yukta, and so on, five hundred sons, all of whom had correctly entered the Great Vehicle, and instructed them: Young men, you should know! I invited the Tathagata, the Sangha of monks, and the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas with supernormal powers for half a month, and the Blessed One granted permission out of compassion for me. Therefore, all of you gather together, abandon the playfulness of dragons, the joy of dragons, and the form of dragons! Abandon the playfulness of desire, and attachment to form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and you should be extremely eager to make offerings to the Tathagata! Abide in mindfulness, awareness, and vigilance, and honor the Blessed One! What is the reason for that? Because the Blessed One is vigilant, and the retinue is also vigilant. What

是智者。眷属也是聪慧者。是寂静者。眷属也是寂静者。是调伏者。眷属也是调伏者。因此，您在半个月内不要生起想进入妻眷中的欲念，也不要生起分别念。不要生起害心的分别念，也不要生起分别念。不要生起恼害的分别念，也不要生起分别念。此外，世尊，为了听法，天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、大腹行、人和非人等也会前来。因此，您请展示那样的处所和陈设，使我不会受到指责。如果这样供养世尊，眷属也会感到高兴。之后，龙王无热恼吩咐家人，为了供养世尊的事业，在雪山之王和无热恼大湖之间，幻化出眷属的围墙，周长七百由旬，由纯净的蓝色吠琉璃和阎浮河金装饰，各种金刚光彩夺目。在眷属的围墙中，幻化出八万四千棵珍宝树，都用各种珍宝装饰，具有所有的花和果实。 每棵珍宝树上，都用各种珍宝装饰树叶，悬挂着成千上万的红珍珠璎珞。在眷属的围墙中，幻化出用各种珍宝装饰的楼阁，悬挂着伞、幢和幡旗。在所有这些楼阁中，铺设着无数对用天界丝绸制成的狮子座，底座是黄金，用各种珍宝装饰，共八万四千个。在所有楼阁中，都安排了成千上万的龙女，她们都拿着鲜花、熏香、香、花环、涂香、粉末、衣服、伞、幢和幡旗。上方的虚空也被珍宝网的伞盖覆盖。

Is the wise one. The retinue is also the intelligent one. Is the peaceful one. The retinue is also the peaceful one. Is the subdued one. The retinue is also the subdued one. Therefore, for half a month, do not generate the desire to enter the circle of wives, and do not generate conceptual thoughts. Do not generate thoughts of harming, and do not generate conceptual thoughts. Do not generate thoughts of violence, and do not generate conceptual thoughts. Furthermore, Lord, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans, and non-humans will also come to listen to the Dharma. Therefore, please show such a place and arrangement so that I will not be blamed. If the Lord is offered in this way, the retinue will also be pleased. Then, the Naga King Anavatapta instructed his family members, and for the purpose of offering to the Lord, between the King of Snow Mountains and the Great Lake Anavatapta, he manifested a retinue courtyard with a circumference of seven hundred yojanas, made of pure blue vaidurya and adorned with Jambu River gold, with various dazzling vajras. In that retinue courtyard, he manifested eighty-four thousand precious trees, all adorned with all kinds of precious jewels, and endowed with all kinds of flowers and fruits. On each of the eighty-four thousand precious trees, the leaves were adorned with all kinds of precious jewels, and thousands of strings of red pearl necklaces were hung. In that retinue courtyard, he manifested thousands of pavilions adorned with all kinds of precious jewels, with umbrellas, banners, and flags raised. In all those pavilions, eighty-four thousand lion thrones made of heavenly silk, with gold bases and adorned with all kinds of precious jewels, were placed. In all the pavilions, thousands of dragon daughters were arranged, all holding flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and flags. The space above was also covered with a canopy of precious jewel nets.
