Sa! That is to meditate on the path. All dharmas are suchness. I became enlightened in this way, and in order to realize that suchness, I meditate on the path. If someone does not know the path, and has not entered into the supreme conduct, when seeking the Buddha's teachings, obstacles will arise for them. How I cultivated the path, and how I touched it, abiding in suchness, thus it should be said. In order for the Lesser Vehicle to arise, this path is with measure. In order for the Great Vehicle to arise, this is the supreme of the path. Some have obtained the path, and having obtained it, do not interrupt the continuum, they have obtained the path, cultivating the path is cultivating. The path that is equal and without inequality, abiding peacefully and knowing directly, having completely abandoned all evil paths, they attain enlightenment accordingly. Just as you, King of Nagas, abide in your own place, abiding and not moving, yet fill this ocean. Likewise, great beings, having cultivated the path, without moving from the realm of dharma, fill the ocean of wisdom. Just as you, King of Nagas, satisfy all these lands with streams of water, yet it does not dwell within. Likewise, great beings, having cultivated this meditation, although they satisfy beings with dharma, they do not dwell within. Just as you, King of Nagas, are not afflicted by oppressing others. Likewise, the hero who has attained the path is not afflicted by afflictions. Whatever beings dwell in views, those who fall into wrong paths, if they dwell well on this path, they will pass into nirvana. Having dwelt on this path, the Bodhisattva of great renown subdues the evil demons and likewise the non-Buddhists. When the path is attained, at that time it will become unshakeable. Having subdued the worldly dharmas, they conduct themselves excellently like a lotus. Not degenerating from the mind of enlightenment, abiding equally on this path, even if other beings are empty, they skillfully introduce them to enlightenment. Those who dwell well on this path, having obtained the five kinds of clairvoyance, transform all kinds of miracles, and teach the Dharma to living beings. Da.

Those beings, their body, speech, and mind, are completely pure in all places. They thoroughly introduce the inconceivable realm of sentient beings to the path of the noble ones. Whatever forbearance is without an object, understanding and realizing it within, after obtaining the realization of the Tathagata, they teach the Dharma to all living beings. Whoever is a traveler in this world, the Tathagata is that traveler. When they understand that within, they will become free from traveling. Whatever is the journey of all sentient beings, those travelers will surely travel. Having learned in this Buddha Dharma, they emanate through the Dharma of illusion. How does one meditate on this path, and who are those who meditate on the path? All the guides speak of those mantras and qualities. The limit of those qualities cannot be realized even in a hundred paths. Those who meditate on this path abide in non-existence. Those who have thoroughly entered this path of non-arising and non-ceasing, all those with objects and demons cannot fathom its depth. Those with reverence, mindfulness, intelligence, realization, and retentions, obtain fearlessness and discipline, and increase through hearing and giving. Those who meditate on this path, the body is pure and the speech is pure, the mind is pure, those who are extremely tamed, are completely pure and extremely pure. Those who meditate on this path, subsequently obtain the realization of the noble ones, and are skilled in the profound principles, wisdom without attachment, without confusion. Those Buddhas of the past, those who will come in the future and those who appear now, all the perfect Buddhas, are worshiped by those who have attained the path. Whoever delights in this sutra, so many sentient beings will find it well. They will see the Tathagata very well, and they will hear the true Dharma very well. Then, as the Blessed One taught the Dharma, the Naga King Anavatapta, being satisfied, pleased, delighted, and extremely joyful, having generated joy and mental happiness, spoke thus to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please grant the Blessed One's permission for the Sangha of monks, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who are seeking manifestation and seeking manifestation, to reside together with me at my place, Anavatapta, for three summer months. I will serve the Blessed One with all the offerings I can provide."
