pa. Its nature is emptiness. Dragon Lord Bodhisattva, whatever understanding there is of the nature of the body like this, this is also the complete purification of the body. Furthermore, how is the complete purification of the body? Just as the body of the Tathagata is without outflows and does not belong to the three realms, in the same way, one realizes that one's own body is also without outflows and does not belong to the three realms. Even if he strives to be born into the state of a body without outflows, he will not abandon the true limit of non-outflows. He also shows the complete accomplishment of the form body with a body without outflows, and he does not abandon the nature of the Dharma nature of the body by nature. He realizes that his own body is pure by the purity of the body of the Tathagata, and he also realizes that the bodies of all sentient beings are pure by the purity of his own body, this is also the complete purification of the body. Then, what is the complete purification of speech? All the speech of those who are noble and those who are not noble is pure. If one makes false distinctions, then ordinary people will be completely afflicted by afflictions, and they will become attached to and angry with what they hear that is good and bad. In truth, all speech is without desire, without hatred, and without ignorance. Because the letters of desire, hatred, and ignorance do not arise in these speeches, therefore it is said that all speech is pure. Speech is accumulated, but when it is accumulated, it is not defiled by afflictions such as desire, hatred, and ignorance. Speech is not to be grasped, it is not to be grasped by the eye up to the mind. Speech is like the wind, it does not arise without the movement of the wind. Speech is like an echo, whether it is the speech of the noble or the speech of the non-noble, it does not abide within, nor is it outside, nor can it be found in between the two. Those discriminations and speculations by which speech arises, those discriminations and speculations are also non-abiding, without abiding, and without knowledge. Dragon Lord, therefore, the cause of the arising of the speech of the Tathagata

All the speech of other sentient beings is false and deceptive. Asked: "Bhagavan, is the Tathagata not a speaker of truth?" The Buddha said: "Lord of Nagas, it is so. The Tathagata is a speaker of truth. Why is that? Because the Tathagata knows that all conditioned phenomena have not arisen, and as he knows, so he teaches. Therefore, the Tathagata is a speaker of truth. Lord of Nagas, all sentient beings study the letters of the Tathagata's speech, and therefore, all sentient beings, even if they turn the wheel of Dharma, do not understand the nature of Dharma. Therefore, their study of letters does not arise for the purpose of completely eliminating the suffering that arises from it. Lord of Nagas, in this way, all ordinary people are attached to all sounds. They also produce speech that is not mixed with afflictions in all terms. Even if they have afflictions, they will not be defiled by afflictions. Even if they study language and purify it, they will not become pure by the nature of Dharma. Lord of Nagas, this is called the complete purification of speech. What is the complete purification of mind? The nature of mind cannot be defiled. Why is that? Because the mind is naturally luminous, but it is defiled by sudden afflictions and proximate afflictions. The Bodhisattva does not distinguish between sudden proximate afflictions, but clearly understands that by the action of the mind, which is extremely pure by nature, those minds such as the roots of virtue are also the nature of mind. By the action of the mind, the mind that pervades all sentient beings with love is also clearly understood to be equal to the mind. By the action of the mind, the mind that dedicates all roots of virtue to Bodhi is also clearly understood to be equal to Bodhi. Thus, the complete purification of mind, even if it exists together with all actions of desire, also
