And the abiding of the mind, and the prior limit of the mind, and the later limit of the mind, and the present arising of the mind, and the place of the mind, and all the abiding of the mind, knowing them thoroughly and correctly as they are. Having known them, he similarly engages those sentient beings in Dharma-related discussions. Through remembering previous lives, he thoroughly and correctly knows and remembers the death and rebirth between the end of the prior limit of himself and others. With aspects and locations, he speaks truthfully, as it is in reality and not otherwise. He also attains effortless accomplishment in miraculous activities, and thus demonstrates all actions. Lord of Nagas, these are the superknowledges of a Bodhisattva. Among them, the complete fulfillment of all purposes by mastering one's own mind is his play. He also universally shows the complete Nirvana of the Buddha, but does not completely pass into Nirvana by completely passing into Nirvana forever. Among them, what is the superknowledge of a Bodhisattva that directly realizes the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements? Not being attached to the liberation of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, but particularly focusing on the liberation of the wisdom of the Buddha, and not directly realizing the wisdom of the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements by its own nature, but also abiding in the continuum of Samsara for the sole purpose of causing all sentient beings to exhaust defilements, this is the sixth superknowledge of a Bodhisattva. Lord of Nagas, possessing four qualities, a Bodhisattva enters the path of seeing unobstructed wisdom. What are the four? The five superknowledges encompassed by the wisdom of omniscience, the four analytical understandings encompassed by great love and great compassion, the four formless absorptions encompassed by skillful means and wisdom, and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment encompassed by emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. Lord of Nagas, possessing these four qualities, a Bodhisattva enters the path of seeing unobstructed wisdom.

Yes. What is the unobstructed wisdom seeing of that Lord of Nagas? It is seeing all the afflictions and also completely destroying all the afflictions in the form of connecting habitual tendencies; also seeing samsara and also completely inclining towards nirvana; also seeing the grounds of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas and also completely inclining towards the essence of enlightenment; also engaging in accordance with the conduct of sentient beings and also knowing that the conduct of sentient beings is solitary. This is called unobstructed wisdom seeing. Furthermore, unobstructed wisdom seeing is also engaging in accordance with all activities of conditioned things, and also attaining the unconditioned; also seeing the pacification of all conditioned things, and also attaining the unconditioned. Lord of Nagas, when a Bodhisattva engages in the conditioned, he is unobstructed by knowing the unconditioned; and when he attains the unconditioned, he is also not obstructed by the dharmas of the unconditioned. There, what is unobstructed wisdom? That is called the unobstructed wisdom seeing of a Bodhisattva. Lord of Nagas, if endowed with four qualities, a Bodhisattva will know the conduct, thoughts, and rituals of sentient beings. What are the four? They are the knowledge of engaging in accordance with the world, the knowledge of being skilled in entering into samadhi, knowledge, thoughts that can be put into practice, and the means of controlling the mind. Lord of Nagas, if endowed with these four qualities, a Bodhisattva will know the conduct, thoughts, and rituals of sentient beings. Lord of Nagas, if endowed with five qualities, a Bodhisattva will fully ripen sentient beings. What are the five? They are not looking to one's own happiness, so the mind is not completely weary; giving happiness to sentient beings with steadfast diligence; great compassion; engaging in accordance with the conduct of sentient beings as it is; and also establishing them in even more excellent qualities. Lord of Nagas, if endowed with these five qualities, a Bodhisattva will fully ripen sentient beings. Lord of Nagas, if endowed with six qualities, a Bodhisattva will uphold, read, and explain.
