于众多血汗之中，示现种种苦行是为教法，为了众生利益而常行利他的导师们，我供养他们。为了众生利益而常行布施、持戒、调伏、忍辱，导师您的伟大誓愿，真是太稀有了，已经圆满了。之后，龙王海以符合仪轨的偈颂赞叹世尊，并对世尊如此禀告：如果请问之后，为了请示授记，世尊您能给我机会，我想向世尊如来、应供、正等觉请问一些问题。如此禀告之后，世尊对龙王海如此说道：龙王，你想要问什么就问如来吧，我会以预言回答你的问题，让你心满意足。之后，世尊开启了提问授记的机会，龙王海对世尊如此禀告：世尊，菩萨们要如何才能完全断除一切恶趣和恶道，超越八无暇，转生到天人和人道呢？世尊，菩萨们要如何才能恒常不断地见到佛，遇到善知识，住在适宜的地方呢？世尊，菩萨们要如何才能具足信心，具有强烈的意乐，依赖业果，舍弃一切不善法，充满一切善法呢？世尊，菩萨们要如何才能为了佛法而精进，寻求佛法，以佛法的喜悦而感到喜悦，不因寻求听闻而寻求仪轨，因修习听闻而显着超胜呢？世尊，菩萨们要如何才能对出家生起信心，喜欢在森林和森林边缘游荡，对高贵的种姓、修习的功德和减少资具感到欢喜，圆满出家的功德呢？

In the midst of much blood and sweat, showing various austerities is the teaching, and I offer to the guides who constantly benefit beings for the sake of beings. For the sake of beings, constantly practicing generosity, discipline, taming, and patience, your great aspiration, O guide, is truly rare and has been fulfilled. Then, the Dragon King Sea praised the Blessed One with verses conforming to the ritual, and reported to the Blessed One as follows: If I may ask, for the sake of requesting a prophecy, if the Blessed One would grant me the opportunity, I would like to ask the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, some questions. After reporting this, the Blessed One said to the Dragon King Sea: Dragon King, ask the Thus-Gone One whatever you want, and I will answer your questions with prophecies and make you satisfied. Then, the Blessed One opened the opportunity for asking questions and giving prophecies, and the Dragon King Sea reported to the Blessed One as follows: Blessed One, how can Bodhisattvas completely cut off all evil destinies and evil paths, transcend the eight unfavorable conditions, and be born in the realms of gods and humans? Blessed One, how can Bodhisattvas constantly and continuously see the Buddha, meet virtuous friends, and dwell in suitable places? Blessed One, how can Bodhisattvas have faith, have strong aspiration, rely on the results of karma, abandon all non-virtuous dharmas, and be filled with all virtuous dharmas? Blessed One, how can Bodhisattvas strive for the sake of the Dharma, seek the Dharma, rejoice in the joy of the Dharma, not seek rituals by seeking to hear, and be manifestly superior by practicing hearing? Blessed One, how can Bodhisattvas develop faith in renunciation, like to wander in forests and forest edges, be delighted in noble lineage, cultivated qualities, and reducing possessions, and perfect the qualities of renunciation?

这是为了讲述。世尊，如何菩萨们安住于甚深之法的状态，完全舍弃断见和常见，进入因和缘的法，远离一切见解的形态？世尊，如何菩萨们以神通的智慧而嬉戏，见到无有障碍的智慧？世尊，如何菩萨们寻求众生的行为、思想和仪轨？世尊，如何菩萨们善于使之成熟，受持、读诵和解释？世尊，如何菩萨们摧伏魔军，远离一切恐惧和怖畏，行菩萨之行？世尊，如何菩萨们正确地趋入不退转之法，获得安忍，获得授记？如是请问之后，世尊对龙王海说道：龙王，好啊，好啊！你思虑向如来请问此事，龙王，你真好啊！龙王，因此好好地听，好好地记住，我将为你讲述。世尊，好的。如是禀告之后，龙王海听从世尊的教诲，世尊对他说道：龙王，如果具备四法，菩萨们将彻底断除一切恶趣和恶道。是哪四法呢？即：对一切众生没有嗔恨心；正确地受持十善业道，并且守护一切；不议论他人的过失，也不轻蔑他人；反省自己的错误，而不反省他人的错误。龙王，如果具备这四法，菩萨们将彻底断除一切恶趣和恶道。龙王，如果具备四法，菩萨们将舍弃一切无暇之处。是哪四法呢？

This is for the purpose of explaining. O Blessed One, how do Bodhisattvas abide in the state of profound Dharma, completely abandon views of annihilation and permanence, enter into the Dharma of causes and conditions, and be free from all forms of views? O Blessed One, how do Bodhisattvas sport with the wisdom of clairvoyance and see the unobstructed wisdom? O Blessed One, how do Bodhisattvas seek the conduct, thoughts, and rituals of sentient beings? O Blessed One, how are Bodhisattvas skilled in maturing, upholding, reciting, and explaining? O Blessed One, how do Bodhisattvas conquer the armies of Mara, be free from all fear and dread, and practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva? O Blessed One, how do Bodhisattvas correctly enter the irreversible Dharma, obtain forbearance, and receive prophecies? After thus requesting, the Blessed One spoke to the Dragon King Ocean: O Dragon King, well done, well done! That you think of asking the Tathagata about this matter, O Dragon King, you are truly good! O Dragon King, therefore listen well and keep it in mind, and I will tell you. O Blessed One, very well. After thus reporting, the Dragon King Ocean listened to the Blessed One's teachings, and the Blessed One said to him: O Dragon King, if endowed with four qualities, Bodhisattvas will completely cut off all evil destinies and evil paths. What are the four? Namely: having no anger towards all sentient beings; correctly taking up the ten virtuous paths of action and protecting all; not discussing the faults of others, nor despising others; reflecting on one's own mistakes, but not reflecting on the mistakes of others. O Dragon King, if endowed with these four qualities, Bodhisattvas will completely cut off all evil destinies and evil paths. O Dragon King, if endowed with four qualities, Bodhisattvas will abandon all unfavorable conditions. What are the four?

例如说，这三种珍宝，即佛宝、法宝、僧宝的赞颂经常宣说，对于佛法渴求者不使散乱，不使他人产生后悔，消除众生后悔的心情。龙王，如果具备这四种法，菩萨们将舍弃一切无暇之处。龙王，如果具备四种法，菩萨们将往生天人和人道。四种法是什么呢？例如说，不舍弃菩提心，也向他人宣说；不舍弃已经如法受持的戒律，不使其衰损；对于愿望具有清净的意乐；为了使众生完全成熟，对他们生起大悲心。龙王，如果具备这四种法，菩萨们将往生天人和人道。龙王，如果具备八种法，菩萨们将不会与见到佛陀分离。八种法是什么呢？例如说，忆念佛陀，作意于佛陀；恭敬供养如来；经常宣说如来的赞颂；使他人制作如来的身像；使众生正确地进入观看如来；听到何处有佛陀居住的佛刹，就在那里发愿往生；不怯懦，对广大的法生起信心；渴求佛陀的智慧。龙王，如果具备这八种法，菩萨们将不会与见到佛陀分离。龙王，如果具备四种法，菩萨们将能够找到善知识。四种法是什么呢？例如说，以无有虚伪和欺骗之心恭敬承侍善知识；珍爱、恭敬和尊重佛法；容易接受教诲，容易养活，知足；没有傲慢心，恭敬侍奉。龙王，如果具备这四种法，菩萨们将能够找到善知识。

For example, these three jewels, namely, constantly proclaiming the praises of the Buddha Jewel, the Dharma Jewel, and the Sangha Jewel, not distracting those who desire the Dharma, not causing others to regret, and eliminating the regret of beings who are regretting. Dragon Lord, if you possess these four dharmas, Bodhisattvas will abandon all unfavorable conditions. Dragon Lord, if you possess four dharmas, Bodhisattvas will go to the births of gods and humans. What are the four? For example, not abandoning the mind of enlightenment and also proclaiming it to others; not abandoning the precepts that have been properly taken and not causing them to deteriorate; having pure intention for aspirations; and generating great compassion for those beings in order to fully ripen them. Dragon Lord, if you possess these four dharmas, Bodhisattvas will go to the births of gods and humans. Dragon Lord, if you possess eight dharmas, Bodhisattvas will not be separated from seeing the Buddha. What are the eight? For example, keeping the Buddha in mind and contemplating the Tathagata; making offerings and showing reverence to the Tathagata; constantly proclaiming the praises of the Tathagata; causing others to make images of the Tathagata; properly leading beings to see the Tathagata; aspiring to be born in whatever Buddha field one hears that the Tathagata resides in; not being timid and having faith in the vastness; and desiring the wisdom of the Buddha. Dragon Lord, if you possess these eight dharmas, Bodhisattvas will not be separated from seeing the Buddha. Dragon Lord, if you possess four dharmas, Bodhisattvas will be able to find spiritual friends. What are the four? For example, serving spiritual friends with a mind free of deceit and deception; cherishing, respecting, and honoring the Dharma; being easy to instruct, easy to nourish, and content; and being without arrogance and serving respectfully. Dragon Lord, if you possess these four dharmas, Bodhisattvas will be able to find spiritual friends.
