Ra. Its waters and lotuses, utpala and white lotuses, will all be completely covered. That intermediate world of the four continents, named Delightful and Lovely, is the birthplace of the Tathagata. That self-born one will arise from a Brahmin lineage. The mother of the Sage will be named "Possessing Strength," and the father will be named "Brahma's Wealth." His son will be named "Universally Renowned Sound," like my son Rahula. The excellent consort of that Tathagata will be Great Wisdom, like my Earth-Holder. His maternal aunt will be named Great Fame, like my Great Queen, Mistress of Beings. The noble being who attends upon the Sage will be named "Always Following," like my attendant, desirous and respectful. He will attend to that guide. The excellent horse of that Sage will be named "Powerful," and he will ride it when the Tathagata manifests enlightenment, like my excellent horse, praised and endowed. The perfect Bodhi tree of that Tathagata will be named Dharma's Victory, and it will arise at that time. The excellent tree will be multiplied a hundred thousand times, and eighty kotis will surround it. Beneath that excellent tree, alas, the Dharma King, the self-born, unequaled, named Truth, will abide, and the unsurpassed, supremely peaceful Bodhi, the sorrowless, will be manifestly awakened. There will be no Mara there, nor any of Mara's retinue, nor will Mara's deeds arise there. The Victorious Sage, the unequaled person, his Buddha-field will be without harm. Many humans and gods will gather, and purity and extreme gentleness will arise at that time. All of them will go before the Tathagata with flower garlands, garments, songs, and the sounds of musical instruments. The Victorious One will declare this Sutra of Good Thought, along with other Sutras, to the righteous ones. Having heard this Sutra, excellently spoken by the Victorious One, countless beings, as many as the sands of the Ganges, will become irreversibly turned towards the supreme enlightenment of the Sage. The inferior vehicle will not arise there, nor will the vehicle of the solitary realizer arise in that land. In that supreme Buddha-field of the Victorious One, Bodhisattvas will arise, all courageous and wise, an assembly of the supreme among bipeds.

Firstly, all the princes who arise with the name of radiant light are irreversible Bodhisattvas, appearing in numbers greater than the pure Ganges sands. The second assembly, endowed with excellent wisdom, consists of eighty kotis of those who attain enlightenment in one lifetime. The third assembly, the supreme Bodhisattvas, will consist of sixty kotis of thousands. The lifespan of that Sugata will become a complete sixty intermediate kalpas. After that Victorious One passes into Nirvana, the lamp of Dharma that guides beings will remain for eighty kotis of thousands of years. He will greatly increase his relics and will subdue a vast number of beings to be tamed. That great sage, the Bodhisattva, will pass into Nirvana after making the prophecy of Great Crest. This one will become the Sage named Great Adornment. This Victorious One will become the victor over the enemy of Mara. The field of that Victorious One is adorned in this way, and his deeds for the benefit of the world are also like this. The enlightenment of the Victorious One is incomparable and without defilement, becoming the perfectly peaceful and complete Buddha, the Protector. My knowledge is like the extent of the sky, fully knowing the arising of many kalpas. The past is already known, what is there to contemplate now? Possessing unobstructed all-encompassing wisdom. My words are pure and without falsehood, not speaking falsely, but in the ultimate truth. I will never lie from where I dwell. Please have faith in these words that have been spoken. Having heard the words of this great sage, all the retinue became joyful, praying, "May we be born in that realm at that time!" With faith, they made aspirations to be born in that pure realm. They will be born in that supreme world realm, and the guide of the world prophesied to them, saying, "There, after you have attained the state of Sugata, you will all accomplish many benefits for sentient beings." When this King of Sutras was taught, this great earth also shook in six ways. The Bodhisattvas abiding in lotuses, at that time, with palms joined, requested the Sage, saying, "This supreme Dharma that you have spoken, O Sage, is incomparable, and its nature is exceedingly virtuous. We are here to listen to the most supreme Dharma and to seek the Dharma of the Victorious One." Then, the entire assembly, complete with everything, was satisfied and pleased.
