དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་ན་དགའ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ། ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ཤིང་ཏ་ལ་བདུན་ཙམ་དུ་མངོན་པར་འཕགས་ཏེ། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་གྱི་ཁང་པ་བརྩེགས་པར་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེ་ལོགས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བཏུད་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདིས་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །དཔའ་བོ་མི་དབང་ཤིན་ཏུ་དྲི་མེད་ཞལ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་འདིར་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་འོད་ཟེར་མཛེས། །བདེ་གཤེགས་ཁྱོད་ལ་བདག་གིས་མཆོད་མཆོག་བགྱིས། །མགོན་པོ་ལྟ་བའི་སླད་དུ་བདག་འདིར་མཆིས། །སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། དེའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་ན་དགའ་བས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་སྨྲས་ནས། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉི་ཟླ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་འོད་དཔལ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཁྱོད་ད་དུང་བཞུགས་སམ། སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉི་ཟླ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་འོད་དཔལ་གྱིས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་ ངའི་ཁྲི་ཤོམས་ཤིག་དང་ང་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའོ། །སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། In the scripture of the perfect Buddha, the glorious light of the sun and moon without stain, he was born in the house given by King Vimala (Immaculate). He was born miraculously on the lap in a lotus position. As soon as the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, who brings joy to all sentient beings upon being seen, was born, he spoke the following verses to his parents: "Supreme king, I walk here, and there I attain Samadhi. I completely give up my body without any reservation. I firmly engage in diligent and great ascetic practices." Knowing the King of Stars, the All-Blooming Flower, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, who brings joy to all sentient beings upon being seen, spoke those verses and then said to his parents: "Parents, after I make offerings to which Bhagavan, will I obtain the Dharani that masters all sounds? And also, this category of the sacred Dharma, the White Lotus Dharma, is filled with hundreds of thousands of kotis of verses. From that Bhagavan, I have heard of eighty kotis that are not confused. That Bhagavan, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, the glorious light of the sun and moon without stain, is still alive and dwelling. Seated in a lotus position in a palace made of seven kinds of jewels, he went to the presence of that Bhagavan. Upon arriving, he bowed his head at the feet of the Bhagavan and circumambulated the Bhagavan seven times. Then, in the place where the Bhagavan was, he folded his palms respectfully and, paying homage to the Bhagavan, praised him with these verses: "Hero, king of men, your face is utterly immaculate. Star King Flower Blooming Manifest Knowledge." Then the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Sun Moon Immaculate Glory, to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sarvasattvapriyadarshana, thus spoke: "Son of good family, the time for me to enter complete nirvana has arrived. Son of good family, the time for my life to end has arrived, son of good family, you go and prepare my seat, and I shall enter complete nirvana. Star King Flower Blooming Manifest Knowledge." Then the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Sun Moon Immaculate Glory, to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sarvasattvapriyadarshana, thus spoke: "Son of good family, this doctrine I completely entrust to you. These Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, these great Shravakas, these Buddhas' Bodhi, these worlds, these jewel space treasuries, these jewel trees, and these sons of gods who attend to me, I also completely entrust to you. After knowing that the Tathagata's body was burned and pacified, he collected the relics, wept and wailed, and uttered lamentations. He placed the Tathagata's relics inside them and built 84,000 seven-jeweled stupas, reaching up to the Brahma world, well adorned with garlands of umbrellas, and well hung with silks and bells. After building these stupas, he thought: I will offer to the Bhagavan Sun Moon Immaculate Light Glory, the Tathagata's relics. If I do this, it will be even more excellent, so I will offer to the Tathagata's relics. Star King Flower Blossom Manifest Knowledge, then the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, beloved by all sentient beings, said to the assembly of Bodhisattvas who possessed everything, the great Shravakas, the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans, and non-human beings: Noble sons, all of you should contemplate offering to the relics of the Bhagavan.
