འི་སྔོན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བའི་ལེའུ་འདི་ཅི་ནས། ཕྱི་མའི་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མའི་དུས་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པ་ཐ་མ་ལ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་འདི་ན་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་ནུབ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། བདུད་སྡིག་ཅན་གྱིས་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པ་དང་བདུད་ཀྱི་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ་དང་གནོད་ སྦྱིན་དང་དྲི་ཟ་དང་གྲུལ་བུམ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ངས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཏད་དོ། །སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་འདིར་སེམས་ཅན་ནད་པ་ནད་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྨན་ལྟ་བུར་འགྱུར་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་ཐོས་ནས་ལུས་ལ་ནད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཟུག་གོ ། རྒ་བས་མ་ཡིན་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བས་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། གལ་ཏེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐེག་པ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་ཞུགས་པ་གང་ལ་ལས། མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་འཛིན་པའི་དགེ་སློང་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་མཐོང་ན། དེ་ལ་ཙན་དན་གྱི་ཕྱེ་མ་དང་ཨུད་པ་ལ་སྔོན་པོས་མངོན་པར་གཏོར་བར་བྱའོ། །མངོན་པར་གཏོར་ནས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོར་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་རྩྭ་ལེན་པར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོར་རྩྭ་འདིང་བར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་བདུད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཕམ་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དུང་འབུད་པར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྔ་རྡུང་བར་འགྱུར། འདི་ནི་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལས་རྒལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱའོ། །སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐེག་པ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་ཞུགས་པས། མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་འཛིན་པའི་དགེ་སློང་མཐོང་ནས་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དག་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཅི་འདྲ་བ་དག་བཤད་པ་དེ་འདྲ་བ་དག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྔོན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བའི་ལེའུ་འདི་བཤད་པ་ན། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་གིས། སྒྲ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མཁས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཟུངས་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་མང་དེས་ཀྱང་། སྐར་མའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ། དེ་ལྟར་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཆོས་དྲིས་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེ

從前的加行品，務必使它在後世，後世的末法五百年，在此贍部洲中流傳而不隱沒，為了使惡魔無法得逞，以及魔類的諸天、龍、藥叉、乾闥婆和布單那等無法得逞，我將此交付於你。星王花遍知，因此，加持此法類，使它在此贍部洲，對於為疾病所苦的生病眾生，能如藥物一般。聽聞此法類後，身體不會為疾病所侵擾，不會因衰老或非時而死亡。星王花遍知，如果對於進入菩薩乘者，見到如此受持此經的僧侶，應以旃檀香粉和青蓮花加以散佈。散佈後，應如此心想：這位善男子將趨向菩提之精華，他將取草，他將在菩提之精華中鋪草，他將戰勝魔之黨羽，他將吹響法螺，他將敲響法鼓，他將超越輪迴之苦海。星王花遍知，凡是善男子或善女子，進入菩薩乘後，見到如此受持此經的僧侶，應如是發心。如此一來，他的功德將如如來所說一般。在宣說此藥王如來往昔行願品時，八萬四千位菩薩，獲得了精通一切音聲的陀羅尼。薄伽梵如來應供正等覺寶積佛也說道：星王花遍知，你如此向如來請問不可思議的功德之法，真是太好了！
English
This chapter on preliminary practices from the past, it is imperative that in future times, in the final five hundred years of the degenerate age, it circulates in this Jambudvipa and does not disappear. In order to prevent evil demons from taking advantage, and to prevent gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, and putanas of the demonic class from taking advantage, I entrust this to you. Star King Flower All-Knowing, therefore, bless this Dharma category so that in this Jambudvipa, for sick beings afflicted by diseases, it may become like medicine. After hearing this Dharma category, the body will not be afflicted by diseases, and one will not die from old age or untimely death. Star King Flower All-Knowing, if one who has entered the Bodhisattva Vehicle sees such a monk who upholds this sutra, one should scatter sandalwood powder and blue lotus flowers upon him. After scattering them, one should think thus: This noble son will go to the essence of Bodhi, he will take grass, he will spread grass in the essence of Bodhi, he will defeat the forces of Mara, he will blow the conch of Dharma, he will beat the drum of Dharma, he will cross the ocean of samsara. Star King Flower All-Knowing, any noble son or noble daughter who has entered the Bodhisattva Vehicle, upon seeing such a monk who upholds this sutra, should generate such a thought. In this way, his merits will be just as the Tathagata has said. When this chapter on the past vows of Bhaisajyaraja was being taught, eighty-four thousand Bodhisattvas obtained the dharani of being skilled in all sounds. The Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Ratnakara also said: Star King Flower All-Knowing, it is excellent that you have asked the Tathagata about the inconceivable Dharma of qualities in this way!
