Generate the perception of closeness towards all Tathagatas. Generate the perception of a teacher towards all Bodhisattvas. To those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who reside in the ten directions of the world, I constantly pay homage with superior intention and respect. When teaching the Dharma, teach the Dharma without adding or subtracting anything. When clearly explaining this Dharma category, one should equally enjoy the joy of the Dharma, and even to a few, one should especially benefit them with the joy of the Dharma. Manjushri, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who possesses these three qualities, when the Tathagata has passed into complete Nirvana, and at the time of the final decline of the sacred Dharma, if he correctly explains this Dharma category, abiding in the touch of bliss and without harm, he will clearly explain this Dharma category, and the companions who walk in accordance with the Dharma will also appear. Those who listen to this Dharma category, and who listen, believe, trust, uphold, understand, write, cause others to write, make it into a scripture and respect, honor, make offerings, and worship it, will also appear. The Bhagavan spoke thus, the Sugata having spoken thus, the Teacher further spoke thus: Whoever wishes to explain this sutra, The Dharma speaker should abandon Deceit and arrogance, as well as slander, Completely and entirely. Likewise, the wise should not be jealous of others. Never speak ill of anyone at any time. Never argue with views. Do not ever have a place of doubt, saying that you will not attain unsurpassable wisdom. That is always mindful and gentle, Will become a son of the Sugata, endowed with patience. Even if this Dharma is repeatedly taught, There is not the slightest bit of weariness here. Whatever Bodhisattvas are in the ten Worlds, with compassion for sentient beings, All those are my teachers, The wise should generate respect like a guru. Remembering the Buddha, the supreme two-legged one, Constantly generate a close mind towards all the Buddhas. Completely abandoning all thoughts of arrogance, Only then

There will be no obstacles arising there. Having heard such a Dharma, the wise should guard it well at that time. For the sake of dwelling in bliss and entering into samadhi, numerous beings will guard it well. Manjushri, furthermore, after the Tathagata has completely passed into Nirvana, at the time when the sacred Dharma is abandoned, that Bhikshu, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who desires to uphold this category of Dharma, should dwell even further away than those who live at home and those who have renounced. He should dwell in loving-kindness. He should generate compassion for all those sentient beings who have not truly entered into Bodhi. He should think thus: Alas! Those sentient beings who do not listen to the Tathagata's skillful means, who speak with hidden intentions, who do not understand, do not comprehend, do not ask, do not believe, and do not admire, are of an extremely perverse nature of wisdom. Furthermore, these sentient beings do not enter into this category of Dharma and cannot comprehend it. Thus, after I have manifestly awakened into unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, I will, through the power of miraculous abilities, lead them to where they should abide, make them believe, make them enter, and make them mature. He should think thus. Manjushri, that Bodhisattva Mahasattva who possesses these four Dharmas, after the Tathagata has completely passed into Nirvana, if he truly reveals this category of Dharma, there will be no harm. Bhikshus and Bhikshunis, Upasakas and Upasikas, kings and princes, great ministers of kings, those belonging to the great dignitaries of kings, people of towns and people of villages, Brahmins and householders, will respect, honor, revere, and make offerings. The faithful gods who dwell in the sky will also follow after him for the sake of hearing the Dharma. The sons of the gods will also always follow after him for the sake of protecting him. Whether he dwells in a town or a monastery, those who inquire about the Dharma will go to him day and night, and he will answer.

Therefore, they become delighted and pleased. What is the reason for this? Manjushri, it is because this category of Dharma is blessed by all the Buddhas. Manjushri, it is because this category of Dharma is constantly blessed by the Tathagatas, Arhats, and Samyaksambuddhas who have appeared in the past, will appear in the future, and are appearing in the present. Manjushri, even hearing the sound, tone, or name of this category of Dharma is difficult to find in many world realms. Manjushri, for example, a powerful Chakravartin king is able to rule his kingdom with strength. If an opposing king comes to fight him, then that powerful Chakravartin king has many soldiers, and they fight with those enemies. When the king sees the soldiers fighting, he becomes happy and pleased with those soldiers. After he is happy and pleased, he gives various kinds of gifts to those soldiers, such as giving villages and the fields of villages. He gives cities and the fields of cities, clothes, helmets, bracelets, necklaces, golden ornaments, earrings, semoto, collars, conch shells, gold, silver, gems, pearls, beryl, conch shells, man শেল, and coral. He also gives elephants, horses, chariots, infantry, male servants, and female servants. He also gives mounts and burdens, but he does not give the jewel on the crown to anyone. What is the reason for this? It is because the jewel worn on the king's crown is unique. Manjushri, when the king also gives the jewel on the crown, all the four divisions of the king's army become amazed and rare. Manjushri, similarly, in the three realms produced from the merit of the hand strength of the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha himself, in the three realms where he acts as the Dharma king, he subdues the evil demons, and then the Tathagata's noble army and the demons
