For the sake of the earth, may I not seek fruition, but may I practice the perfections with the power of steadfast joy. For the sake of each and every sentient being, in order to plant the seeds of virtue in their minds, may I rejoice in experiencing the suffering of sentient beings in the Avici hell for ten great kalpas. Likewise, may I also rejoice in the suffering of animals, hungry ghosts, impoverished yakshas, and impoverished humans. Just as the seeds of virtue are planted in the mind of one sentient being, may it be so for all sentient beings. May I fully embrace views such as annihilationism and disciplines that burn the mind. In order to fully awaken to perfect enlightenment in my last existence, except for being separated by only one lifetime and residing in the Tushita heaven waiting for the time, until the end of the kalpa, may I not seek the happiness of the gods, but may I long remain in samsara, serving the Tathagata Bhagavan, as numerous as the atoms of the Buddha-fields, and may I offer to each Buddha various offerings as numerous as the atoms of the Buddha-fields. May I realize from each Buddha qualities as numerous as the atoms of the Buddha-fields. May I grant sentient beings as numerous as the atoms of the Buddha-fields to attain perfect and complete enlightenment. Likewise, may I grant sentient beings of the Pratyekabuddha vehicle and the Shravaka vehicle to attain realization according to their aspirations. Even if Buddhas do not appear in the world, may I, through my ascetic conduct, lead sentient beings to engage in the path of the ten virtuous actions. I, may all those who have faith in the moon, the sun, and the realm of Brahma be united with virtuous dharmas through the form of Brahma. Likewise, may those who fly in the sky be united with virtuous conduct through the form of those who fly in the sky, and may all those in the realm of Indra be united with virtuous conduct through the form of Indra. May I satisfy hungry beings with my own flesh and blood. May I completely protect suffering beings with my own body and life. Venerable Bhagavan, for the sake of those whose minds are decaying and whose roots of virtue are completely degenerating for a long time, when I practice with great strength, may I endure various cruel, barbaric, and unbearable sufferings for the sake of sentient beings in samsara for a long time. Countless eons have passed, like the sands of one Ganges river, and the remaining countless eons have fallen upon the second Ganges river of sands. When the son of a Brahmin, Star Controller, attains unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, becomes a Buddha, and is called the Tathagata Destroyer of Aeons, at that time, may I, with the eye of noble wisdom, in the realms of the ten directions, as numerous as the dust particles of Buddha-fields, see the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, dwelling, turning the wheel of Dharma, abiding and living. May I, for those sentient beings whose minds are decaying, those who are associated with the roots of non-virtue, those who are separated from the seven treasures, those who have abandoned empty Buddha-fields, those who commit the five heinous crimes, those who abandon the sacred Dharma, those who are destroyed by evil paths, and those who have obtained suffering, first grant and place them in the correct holding of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete Bodhicitta, and guide them well. May I first grant them the correct holding of the perfection of generosity, up to the perfection of wisdom, and tame, place, and guide them.

May it be placed in peace. May I also place the seeds of virtue of those sentient beings in the unsurpassed Nirvana, and may I completely liberate them from the evil realms. May I also be united with the accumulation of wisdom and merit. May I also offer to those Buddha-fields where the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, reside, live and dwell. At that time, may I also receive the prediction of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. May I also attain samadhi, dharani, and patience. May I also attain the bhumis. May I cause those sentient beings to correctly uphold and learn the aspiration for the qualities and array of the Buddha-fields. May they also uphold the qualities and array of the Buddha-fields as they desire. When the Good Aeon arrives, when the Victorious Sun, the Destructive Aeon, arises, may I see in the ten directions, in Buddha-fields as numerous as atoms, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who reside, live, and teach the Dharma to sentient beings. At that time, may I go to the presence of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Buddha of the Destructive Aeon, not long after his manifestation of perfect enlightenment. Having gone, may I also make various offerings. May I also make complete requests. May I also renounce. May I also be diligent in discipline, learning, and samadhi. May I also teach the supreme Dharma. At that time, may I also teach the Dharma to those sentient beings whose minds are coarse, who are associated with unwholesome roots, who have entered the path of wrong views, who commit the five heinous crimes, who are destroyed by evil paths, and who have obtained great fear. May I completely take hold of those who are subdued. When the sun of the Victorious One sets, I will naturally accomplish the deeds of the Buddha, and until beings reach the age of one hundred years, I will unite sentient beings with the three objects of performing merit.
